To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 11月26日的晚餐，點了一個臘味煲仔飯，一份古法炆黃立鯧。黃立鯧，好咸狠咸。要收78，加飲及白飯，要90。臘味雞煲仔飯，要72，比起快餐店的58要貴很多。而快餐店的是一條美味臘腸，這裡的是一條很咸的潤腸，這潤腸煮出來已經成條爆裂，散嗮。快餐店的反而好吃又有很和味的飯焦。總之一句講嗮，差過快餐店的很多

記得以前新年成日都諗要去邊度食嘢！因為初一至初三多數開得既都會+2-3收費！隨著時代變遷就真係好耐冇呢支歌仔唱喇！所以今日拜年之前都費事煮直接去左附近茶餐廳食下午茶，銀龍下午茶選擇都幾多！見唔係好肚餓我就叫咗一個四寶淮山麵，淮山麵食落去好滑！魚蛋彈牙，魚皮餃新鮮美味！星洲炒米餡料都好多，蝦仁都算大粒而且冇雪味！炒得好有火喉咖喱辣味有剛剛好，幾唔錯！餐飲可以揀飲檸檬柑桔蜜，天氣凍凍地又d乾燥，女朋友話滋潤分喉嚨都幾舒服！

比錢買難受叫左碟海南雞飯碟雞斬到甩頭甩骨，雞肉又老又殘真係搞唔掂最離譜係班廚部班人既禮貌果陣問店員碟雞點解有骨侍應答間餐廳既海南雞係有骨架啦，OK FINE，平時食開咁多間都無骨所以先覺得奇怪。（P.S. 事後查番海南雞本身係有骨，無骨係後來興起）轉個頭有另一位食客叫海南雞，廚部勁大聲同個侍應講：你記得同個客講我地啲雞有骨架，唔係又係到嘈。我幾時有嘈？我好聲好氣問左一句，都冇罵你斬雞差，又蒸到隻雞老過你啲肉以後唔會再幫襯

現在外賣自取有9折優惠⋯本來都不想外賣的，但這裡生意絡繹不絕，又要等位，外賣實在是不二之選。上網看食評一般，之所以仍然來這餐廳，絕對是因為這個商場裡只有這一間港式茶餐廳，沒別的選擇了。乍看之下，早餐的選擇和款式都挺多的！經典早餐之選，一定是沙嗲牛肉麵和凍奶茶！難得有淮山麵，就選擇試一試。外賣關係，最好就分湯上了。沒有另收+1，算是不錯。沙嗲牛肉的份量都算多，麵也尚算彈牙，吃這碗麵很滿意，特別是相對於「香滑炒蛋」和「法國牛角酥」。肉眼可見，炒蛋就是普通，沒有香滑口感。而牛角酥命名「法國牛角酥」⋯也是非常普通、不脆口，反倒有點煙靭，與想像中有出入。至於奶茶就不過不失。
