To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 像銀龍這個做法,就比較醒目,預先已經弄好另一張餐牌,明碼實價,沒有服務費,叫客人吃得比較安心。
由於妻子生怕肚餓,還是點了個飯,竟然在下午茶點福建炒飯,令我捧腹大笑,汁醬都不算太多,但炒飯都算有輕微鑊氣,還算夠熱。
我的特色西多士,原來是已小塊的麵包做多士,弄成特色西多士,不算太過油膩,亦都不會太厚,但亦都有牛油以及糖漿,和傳統的正方形西多士稍微不同,不過其實中間的花生醬,少許失望,但味道來說也不太差。
佢仲有雞翼,溫度高,不覺得油,亦都不太油膩,肉香非凡,味道相當不錯。
不過令我喜出望外的,就是因為先前無論在青衣還是美孚的銀龍,感覺上奶茶咖啡都只是中規中矩,不覺得特別出色。但反而這次來到,可能都接近五六時,茶滾得比較耐,因此覺得,這杯鴛鴦的味道挺為香濃,奶茶以及咖啡味道都出眾加煉奶亦都不會太甜,感覺比起大埔其他小店都未必遜色,更勝於某些小型茶餐廳。
簡咗位坐底就水都冇一杯就即刻有位姐姐企定定喺隔離等我落單,我話轉頭落單,我睇咗一陣再叫人嚟,今次係個肥叔叔,四萬咁嘅口問我想食咩,都係水都冇杯俾我,少少哋就試吓個下午茶,叫咗個XO醬金菇肥牛炒烏東下午茶餐,再加$6叫咗杯凍檸賓少冰;
凍檸賓講明少冰,就同正常冰冇分別,即刻叫肥叔攞個杯仔俾我,又係四萬咁口攞嚟,拔咗細半杯冰出嚟,淨返大半杯檸賓飲;仲話係咪蹝嘢食店,真係配咩?!
等一陣好快就有XO醬金菇肥牛炒烏東食,係我自己要走韮走蔥,所以成碟嘢都係黑墨墨嘅豉油色,香味就當然只有豉油香,完全冇XO香味,食落更加冇XO味,加幾辣椒絲就話會辣,辣都唔辣下,只得個咸字,仲話係少鹽少糖食店,真係一啲都唔配。肥牛份量一般,但金菇得一兩條,想搵多條都冇,烏東麵質太淋,如果炒嘅就唔應該太淋。整體嘢食唔值得再食,水吧先生沖嘢飲沖得太麻木喇,多啲留意火記寫客人嘅要求,樓面員工服務非常好,識對客人笑,只要記得客人入坐時係唔係都整杯水先實冇死。
一間餐廳最緊要係啲嘢好食,有幾好嘅服務都係唔會發揮得到,有幾近民居都係冇用,啲嘢唔好食永遠都唔會有回頭客。
兩份奄列水準大不同,一份ok,一份炒到上左年紀,好在有蛋香。牛角包似去便利店買完叮熱水準,加埋份奄列勉強合格。
沙爹牛肉麵 - 沙爹牛肉唔夠花生香,普通。麵質好差,大多數茶記已經改善即食麵質素嘅環境底下,仲用以前有如批發「大x麵」質素嘅即食麵,失敗!
豬骨湯天然豬肉煲意粉 - 個名.....唉.....湯底似用心煲嘅豬骨湯嘅,豬肉材料應該不俗,濃肉味,但鞋口;意粉太硬,呢個新產品唔掂....
奶茶算係保持水準兼中上評分,茶味濃郁,而且質感黏口,唔錯。
其實餐廳各種菜色套餐都會時不時轉變一下,亦常有新口味推出,中式出品較合乎茶記標準,證明老板係有心經營。但廚房水準同新產品吸引力唔穩定,價錢唔平,員工唔熟悉公司新產品、宣傳、不顧及食客的態度,真係有待改善。

香港人公事繁忙, 作為奴工的我們每天都要為3餐勞動, 然後, 上午茶吃什麼? 又不想太熱氣,

四寶河由長條形的粉組成, 白烚, 魚蛋是比較圓的, 裡面沒有菜, 沒有蕃茄,
少少的四寶 魚蛋魚皮交 (才5顆), 菜肉都不夠, 再配以香港人最喜愛的 凍檸檬茶, 香濃的紅茶味, 面有幾片薄薄的檸檬, 完全沒有感覺到檸檬味, 味道超淡, 完全吃不了味道的. 最重要是, 上餐快, 也鄰近地鐵站, 方便上班族.
一去到睇個餐牌,估唔到早餐供應時間去到1130am
哈哈哈我就即刻點左個西式早餐黎食喇
久違了既沙嗲牛肉麵 +炒蛋 +牛角包
份量正常 岩哂本身唔大食既我
雖然係茶餐廳
坐得好舒服 完全無壓迫感
侍應哥哥姐姐都好有禮貌 值得一讚
失哂預算,唔知去邊度睇好,個肚又餓喎,咁惟有去附近搵間野醫左肚再講啦
呢間銀龍似乎係新開,啲裝飾都幾新,裡面又光猛,唔使等就有位
諗住係普通茶記,點知又有少少喜出望外!蕃茄煮得出奇地好食,啲蛋炒得岩岩好,牛肉不淋也不硬,perfect match ah! 絕對好食過其他茶記既出品🤤
標榜係招牌菜,但味道只係普通。飯有陣噥味,叉燒粒太硬身,食完非常口乾,好彩加左十蚊有杯凍檸水
食完飯大家感覺好左唔少,決定繼續搵地方睇波去了💪🏿
