河內雞絲粉$75: 這菜式十分依賴湯底是否夠鮮味,合格有餘,只是雞絲不足,如果是單人,單是叫河內雞絲粉,恐怕難以飽肚。

今日做獨行俠,見秋意漸濃,去左東涌outlet shopping, 睇吓有無筍野。 行到攰走左入「芽莊」食個下午茶餐 ,好貴呀😱$110 ,個set 有春卷,生牛肉河及越南咖啡。牛肉只得三片,有牛肉味,都算係牛既好味位置,不過三塊就太少。春卷夠熱,亦無翻炸,生菜撕開後都足夠包著三條春卷進食。 咖啡一般,唔夠香濃。用左較正宗做 越南菜/泰菜既黃色及綠色辣椒 同泰國芽菜,係肥嘟嘟,短身的,較脆口,見到有認真做,不過湯底⋯偏咸,無乜味。在街食都預左食唔到真正用牛骨熬既湯底,熬一煲越式牛骨湯係好花時間,功夫。整體來說,一分錢 一分貨囉,羊毛出在羊身上,好似切半粒青檸咁,其實無必要半粒,太多了。

我地叫左燒豬扒撈檬同埋香茅牛肉撈檬。
燒豬扒撈檬啲豬扒好厚肉,燒得好好味。啲肉唔會燒到好老,火喉岩岩好。燒出黎唔乾,都有肉汁。
香矛牛肉撈檬,啲牛肉既汁好濃,食落唔un。

兩個撈檬入面會有青瓜絲,紅蘿蔔絲,芽菜,花生碎同炸乾蒜,配菜好豐富!
唯一唔同嘅就係香茅牛肉撈檬有菠蘿。菠蘿係新鮮既,吾係平時食開既罐頭菠蘿,超甜。
啲配菜加埋檬粉口感好爽,食落有吾同層次既口感。


我哋嗌左杯凍青檸茶,佢嘅茶味好重加埋青檸汁一流,非常解渴。

環境好舒服,我哋坐係窗邊位,啲梳化都幾靚。

tung chung island has alot of people because of the big buddha and the citygate outlet mall. thousands of people flocking everyday. Seeing the Big buddha is amazing ! but there is alot of walking! but anwyay its still worth it. Of course we ordered Pho! beef bbq, spring roll and fried rice ( which they only have one kind of fried rice on the menu)
and there is a complimentary vegetable dish also. Their sauce was so good! sweet vinegar!
all in all we love all the things we ordered! so good !!

will be back for another Pho noodles! I need to practice saying " Fa" instead of "Fo", hahah
though the food are a lil bit pricey, still a good one cause the food are so great!
our bill is about 370 dollars and we are group of five .

今天在酒店突然很想食一餐熱的東西開Open rice 看很多人說東涌這間芽莊的出品不錯所以就去了吃我一坐下看完厚厚的餐牌後決定了要一碗生牛肉加爽牛腩河、一條燒魚、一個燒牛肉濱海、白飯一碗。因為點了湯河所以送來一碟有青檸、香草如九層塔、辣椒吃粉的調味料。十分鐘左右送來牛肉濱海,用生菜包住香葉、牛柳、濱海一起包來吃牛柳醃得很好燒得剛熟很快就吃完一件。燒魚要等二十至廿五分鐘用的是黃䱽,魚肉算新鮮肉質不腥燒得剛剛好醬汁調得很好有追住吃的衝動。湯河送來有煙冒出加入青檸、九層塔喝了口湯感覺舒服生牛肉是真正的生牛肉將牛肉浸入熱湯轉成剛熟入口軟腍爽腩是切成薄片入口有頭河粉的份量不多很快可以吃了一碗!整餐來說我會比不錯的分數~

今日同屋企人黎東薈城行街,行左好耐行到好攰。到咗五點鐘左右,就想搵啲嘢食。本來諗住搵下午茶食,不過行咗幾間都冇lunch set。最後,就揀咗呢一間越南菜。由於時間只係五點幾,所以間舖都冇乜人,唔使等位。但係屋企人話,呢間野夜晚要等好耐位嘅。所以想黎食嘅話,就記得早啲嚟啦。我哋三個人,叫咗兩個生牛肉河,同埋一個香茅牛肉撈檬。個生牛肉可好好食,個湯底好有香料嘅香味。啲牛肉亦都非常嫩滑😋😋佢係真係生嘅,落到湯浸左陣,就變成半生熟。而個香茅牛肉撈檬,味道都唔錯,但係個人應為個河粉比較出色。東薈城嘅食肆比較少,我諗呢一間都算比較好喇。

今日同屋企人黎東薈城行街,行左好耐行到好攰。到咗五點鐘左右,就想搵啲嘢食。本來諗住搵下午茶食,不過行咗幾間都冇lunch set。最後,就揀咗呢一間越南菜。

由於時間只係五點幾,所以間舖都冇乜人,唔使等位。但係屋企人話,呢間野夜晚要等好耐位嘅。所以想黎食嘅話,就記得早啲嚟啦。

我哋三個人,叫咗兩個生牛肉河,同埋一個香茅牛肉撈檬。個生牛肉可好好食,個湯底好有香料嘅香味。啲牛肉亦都非常嫩滑😋😋佢係真係生嘅,落到湯浸左陣,就變成半生熟。而個香茅牛肉撈檬,味道都唔錯,但係個人應為個河粉比較出色。東薈城嘅食肆比較少,我諗呢一間都算比較好喇。

在香港說起越南菜,還未太多人知道集團式的餐廳有哪一些。在東涌東薈城這個商場,充滿各式各樣的餐廳,而這所集團式的越南菜,都在這裡佔一席位。雖然越南菜不是大眾化,但不少香港人,甚至外國人都到店內一試!我們點了越式湯檬粉,青檸梳打和越南咖啡。食物方面,這個湯檬粉的質素比尖沙咀分店略嫌遜色,份量中等,迎合香港人口味!至於飲品方面都不錯👍

Nah Trang is a franchise Vietnamese restaurant which offers a wide variety of Vietnamese food. A simple wooden interior decoration with spacious seating make people feel at ease. The people were friendly and responsive. We placed our orders and the food arrived shortly. When having Asian cuisine, I find frustrating when the dishes we order comes with a lag time. By the time the last dish came, we would already be full and they didn't get the attention they deserve. Luckily, it did not happen here.

I would definitely come back for lunch if I was in the area. Let's have a recap on what I had.

我們一行三人到這間餐廳食野,我們叫咗順化蔗蝦, 會安軟殼蟹卷, 燒雞撈檬,象牙炒飯。燒雞撈檬 ($68),個燒雞好好食,好入味, 好香口,香脆, 另外自己撈自家製檬汁,檬汁倒上去,好好食,好鍾意食撈檬汁。會安軟殼蟹卷($78) 有4件,個軟殼蟹好脆口,入面有青瓜,個外皮好薄,配自家製檬汁,仲有少少配料菜。順化蔗蝦($82), 有三件, 我們剛好3個人,1人1件,食多件都無, 蔗蝦好味道,好有蝦味道,蝦有蔗味,都彈口, 佢另外有個醬汁畀你點來食, 仲有一碟嘢, 入面有青瓜2片,有生菜2片,同埋有薄荷葉好多片,畀你包住個隻蝦食, 都幾特別,但係我們不喜歡食薄荷葉 , 有三件蝦,但是得兩塊生菜,兩塊青瓜,即是話有一個人無得夾嚟食, 好好食個汁,個蔗可以咬來食,食到有啲蝦嘅味道,味道幾特別。芽莊炒飯($96),個飯好豐富,有好多配料,有蛋,有菜,有圓咕碌好像蠟腸甜甜鹹鹹的,有豬肉絲,仲有其他唔知什麼配料,個飯都好重味,覺得鹹左些,都好食。好豐富的晚餐。。
