侍應首先推着餐車送來主廚烹調好的鯛魚,靜待我們給這道菜打卡後,就在我們的面前俐落地把它「肢解」——去頭去尾去骨去鰭,才將整條魚肉排列上碟,很地道的處理手法(註:侍應可有先詢問我們要不要吃魚頭,所以喜歡吃魚頭的,也不用擔心被暴殄天物 😅。)。魚肉質感嫩滑,完全沒有腥味,即使本身怕魚腥的我,都忍不住連魚皮放入口中,淋上檸檬汁後魚肉更顯鮮甜,鮮味層次分明。配菜有金黃脆香的迷你薯仔及翠綠入味的菠菜,鯛魚和蔬菜都沒有多餘的烹調工序,食出最原始自然風味,交替一起吃,相當匹配和諧。

這道泡芙加入了雲呢拿雪糕、鮮忌廉,再有一小瓶另上的特製朱古力醬汁。這款黑朱古力醬調得香濃幼滑,雖然本身略帶苦味,但將之淋在法式泡芙上之後,雪糕與忌廉的甜味恰好中和黑朱古力的苦,變成絲滑的牛奶朱古力醬,加上香軟的泡芙,口感與味道都讓人驚喜、滋味無窮!


是夜有兩枱客均是慶生宴,侍應端上寫上壽星仔/女名字的甜品時,都會唱一首足本生日歌。意外發現,這家是一間上佳的慶生餐廳呢!其中一枱是與我鄰座的一對法藉男女,他們還與法藉侍應一起唱法文生日歌。連法國人都會來慶生,餐廳水準可見一斑 😄!想吃一道浪漫法國大餐慶生,我推 👍!

有Restaurant week可以試到好多平時唔知唔熟嘅餐廳。今次去到上環近文武廟法式小餐館,餐廳唔算大,座位之間闊啲會好啲。午市套餐$198,有前菜主菜甜品同餐茶。揀左法式小蝸牛,雖然好多蒜蓉,同夠哂熱辣,但鹹味鮮味略嫌不足。雞肝醬食落唔腥,份量都多,但似普通貨色。主菜加錢要左flat iron steak 明明要咗五成熟,但嚟到變左一成。牛肉味唔出,肉汁就算咁生都欠奉,食落肉質普通。同專食牛扒嘅舖頭俾略為失色。另一個主菜要咗sea bass ,反而更令人驚喜。魚肉嫩滑冇骨,白汁唔會太肥配魚啱哂。甜品份量好大,一人一個雲呢拿雪糕泡芙,另外蛋白檸檬批都好好食,蛋白霜平衡咗檸檬酸,批皮都好香牛油味。不過總括而言,呢間未算太大驚喜,價錢還可以。餐廳有位講廣東話嘅外國人侍應服務態度幾好。

上環呢間法國餐廳環境裝修的好典雅,令人好似置身於法國小餐館既感覺。打開餐牌,見到餐廳有多款傳統法國菜。今次點左法式燴羊肉,羊肉煮得好腍好入味,但唔會有羶味,再配上時令蔬菜,好味道。另外,亦都點左法國海鹽烤牛骨髓,第一次食牛骨髓,佢既口感好軟滑,鹹鹹香香,塗上香脆既麵包上食好惹味。黎法國餐又點少得法國蝸牛呢,蝸牛加入左蒜蓉、牛油同香料去焗,超香,口感彈牙,令人食唔停。最後,仲點左法式泡芙慶祝朋友生日,完美!
