同家人去行新開嘅SOGO,見食評唔錯去試試,主要見有西班牙海鮮飯,老人家應該啱食。walkin 排咗大概20-25分鐘隊,入座前先講西班牙海鮮飯售罄,咁都照入,試一試新餐廳。最離譜,發現比我哋後入嘅人叫到西班牙海鮮飯!個侍應話係我哋落單之後先有(?),本身入座之前我哋已經表示想食,當時佢仲好好心地同我哋推介其他菜色,然後個待應先搵經理處理,但口罩經理解釋嚟嚟去去得一句,態度差,原本開開心心嘅飯都冇心情繼續食。軟殼蟹蟹肉西班牙飯 $198蟹肉偏少,1隻軟殼蟹,飯未熟已經拎咗去焗,明顯飯好硬,絕對唔係想像中西班牙飯成盤拎去煮。Spanish Sucking Pig $268好食嘅,肥瘦分明有脆皮,蘋果蓉解膩。Gambas Al Ajillo $128蒜油唔會錯,但一片簿麵包唔過癮。Iberia Ham Fig Salad $118份量偏少。

今日去開啟德SOGO,買完嘢已經到lunch時間,順便search有咩嘢食,見呢間有set lunch唔使煩,即管試吓。餐廳環境開揚,好光猛,好新淨,應該新開無幾耐。同朋友嗌咗唔同嘅set,又可以試多幾款唔同嘅嘢食✌️D食物上枱,賣相都好靚仔。我最欣賞嘅係佢嘅主菜-香烤慢煮豬頸肉配火箭菜沙律酸種面包,簡單配搭,口感出奇豐富,豬頸肉彈牙,仲有陣燒烤嘅香味,面包外脆內軟,夾埋火箭菜,一口咬落,非常清新,好味👍甜品方面,蕃薯糖水就食得多,蕃薯蛋糕真係未試過,食落囗感順滑,好似食緊雪糕甘,芝士同蕃薯原來可以夾到🤭蛋糕面再唧上滿滿蕃薯蓉更突出蕃薯味,而不會被芝士味過分蓋過,加分👍有驚喜嘅一款甜品,蕃薯迷一定要試🤭其他嘢食不過不失,要注意返,香蒜辣椒欖油大蜆扁意粉,D蜆唔夠味同有D沙。

呢日去左啟德雙子匯呢間新餐廳食dinner,呢間餐廳係主打西班牙加日本fusion菜,餐廳午市係cafe,晚市係bar& restaurant,有戶外位置,好chill。主食方面,我哋點左北海道帶子蒜油扁意粉,帶子大大粒,超新鮮,意粉口感好好,再加埋蒜油,好香。另外仲點咗軟殼蟹蟹膏西班牙飯,份量好大,非常抵食,軟殼蟹炸到酥脆,入面都有幾多蟹膏,好味道。梅酒浸蜆好特別,第一次食呢個菜,每一隻凍蜆都吸收咗梅酒嘅味道,鮮甜得來又帶酒香,好啱我呢個酒鬼。食埋黑松露薯條,勁惹味。呢度嘅Cocktail同mocktail都好正,今次點左Uji,係whisky加matcha再加其他材料,味道清新!

啟德Sogo 終於開幕,今日與朋友去逛逛,順便食午餐。揀了Nisugu,位於Sogo 14樓,有大玻璃窗,採光非常好,而且由高處望出去景觀很好,感覺很悠閒。餐廳提供西式及日式午市套餐,兩種都很吸引,我哋就日式及西式各揀一set。西式套餐包括:車厘茄水牛芝士沙律的火箭菜很新鮮,水牛芝士十分creamy,好食。蒜片欖油大蝦雖是油浸,但食落不油膩,而且大蝦很彈牙爽口。香蒜辣椒欖油大蜆扁意粉十分惹味,碟邊圍滿了大蜆,賣相十分吸引。蜆肉新鮮又大隻。日式套餐亦非常豐富,頭盤的明太子玉子燒非常好食,明太子醬給得很大方,很鮮味。主菜是紅酒燴牛臉頰,份量非常多,滿滿一碗,兩個人都夠食,牛臉頰燉得非常軟淋,味道亦很好。米飯揀了三文魚子飯,還可以揀三色藜麥飯,健康度立即升級了!三文魚子新鮮,份量足夠,每一口飯都可以食到三文魚子。還配了足料味噌湯,讚!飲品揀了髒抹茶及焙茶拿鐵,賣相一流,味道香濃又不會太甜,正。甜品揀了焦糖蕃薯蒙布朗巴斯克蛋糕及抹茶Tiramisu,賣相精緻,打卡一流。焦糖蕃薯味道非常突出,芝士蛋糕味道香濃,不會過甜,令人一口接一只地食。抹茶Tiramisu 茶味十足又軟滑,非常讚。

今日難得有假期,約吓朋友行Sogo和食午餐,去到食匯堂見到一間環境很舒適的餐廳,便入去試吓。佢哋嘅午餐好豐富,包括沙律 ,主食,小食及飲品。沙律: 凱撒沙律,煙肉粒很脆口。車厘茄水牛沙律,火箭菜很新鮮配上意大利陳醋酸酸甜甜很開胃。小食:火腿可樂餅,餡料很豐富。蒜片欖油大蝦鐵板上菜熱辣辣咬落去大蝦 鮮甜彈牙。主菜 :壽喜燒牛肉炒烏冬配醬油蛋黃, 牛肉肉質鮮嫩配合蛋黃更是嫩滑鮮美。香蒜辣椒欖油大蜆扁意粉,蒜香味很濃大蜆很鮮甜。 飲品:摩卡咖啡,手冲咖啡很有特色。抹茶拿鐵抹茶味很濃不會太甜。甜品:流心焦糖燉蛋法式西多士配合桃碎及焦糖餅乾,外面脆卜卜內裏很鬆軟很美味。雜莓焦糖布甸很嫩滑。過程中朋友不小心掉落飲管,服務員很貼心我們都未說便已經很快送來飲管真係很窩心。

很久沒有吃西班牙菜,去了一間在家附近新開的餐廳嘗試了一下。首先,蕃茄搭配酸種麵包,新鮮清爽的蕃茄鋪在脆脆的麵包上,口感極佳,又醒胃。接著,蒜片橄欖油大蝦熱騰騰地上桌,散發油香,蝦肉彈牙可口。檸檬鹽麴烤雞翼既有烤的惹味,肉質又保持鮮嫩多汁。我特別喜歡的伊比利亞火腿無花果沙律,這裡的食材新鮮,調味也十分到位。西班牙海鮮飯則做得香濃糯軟,還帶有脆底,口感非常豐富。一頓有驚喜的家常便飯。一定會再回來嘗試其他菜品。
