疫情過後終於有煙花睇,初二晚大食會團拜,會長就專登安排一訪天后樓上鐵板燒「延」,務求邊食好西邊睇花火!位於22樓高層嘅餐廳佔用面積全層,步出𨋢門已可見應節嘅賀年靚花。鐵板區域共分開三間廂房,一大兩細,大房可容納上十人,細房頂盡只可坐七個人,晚市最低消費分別設為$10,000/大房及$8,000/細房。龍年九男女晚聚好自然地入座最大嗰間房,闊落舒適,私隱度高,抽氣系統都好強。大房可以打通埋隔壁同樣可觀賞維港靚景嘅細房,變成一間十七人房,最適合小型派對。冇景睇嗰間細房同其他兩間一樣光猛企理,高雅大方。經理Winnie姐姐介紹房間時歡迎大家四周參觀,而且有問必答,好客誠懇。菜單早已於訂座時預設好。每位席上擺有自用嘅餐具及調味醬汁,大家只需飯來張口。飯前梗係要先展示一吓最新鮮嘅海鮮正貨啦!有成四公斤重嘅北海道鱈場蟹仲郁緊架!啲斑馬瀨尿蝦身材都唔弱。當晚負責燒煮海陸鐵板大餐嘅料理人為Jimmy師傅,開爐即生炒蒜片。前菜:大廚開始表演之時,晚餐已正式由兩款軟嫩嘅假蟹柳豆腐及濃味嘅豬肉麵醬青瓜揭序。蘆薈茄子豆腐沙律:豆腐沙律清新爽潤,輕輕淋上麻醬已夠惹味,特別在透明清涼嘅蘆薈粒粒令口感更豐富。生炒蒜
