Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食完「很得輝」嘅炸雞髀,向前行多兩個街口,買外賣。話說呢間餐廳係前排睇「空肚講宵夜」,有一集講大角咀,其中一樣嘢食就係鵝肝,我見到都好吸引喎,即刻上網摷吓係邊間,終於比我搵到,就係「尚御潮滷居」。酒香鵝肝,半份($110)因為淺嚐,無要一份,半份已經足夠了(大約有十數片)。師傅切好後,會倒入大約兩三湯匙嘅酒浸住鵝肝,拎到返屋企,打開個盒,酒香味仍有。鵝肝口感十分軟滑,除外層稍稍無咁滑,裡面幾乎入口即溶。因為鵝肝本身浸煮時已經有底味,再加上酒,層次再豐富啲,整體不錯。滷水鵝頭頸,例牌($68)屬於「外賣優惠專區」餐牌,睇住師傅斬,一直斬,繼續斬,咁多嘅,足足斬咗成個鵝頭+成條鵝頸,真係好大份(諗住例牌,都唔會好多啫)。至於味道,滷水味唔咸(初頭覺得可以再咸少少,味再濃丁丁就好,但食吓食吓,又幾夠味喎),香料味亦有。鵝頸皮滑,接近無肥膏,但鵝頸肉好有咬口,都要有番咁上下牙力先咬得開,但慢慢噒吓骨,嘆下啤酒,都幾疏肝。

朋友聚餐有一位常常光顧的,所以幫忙提前安排訂座,餐廳服務人員態度親切,上菜速度適中及整體餐廳環境乾淨又舒適,不過空間偏狹窄我們12人,提前點菜,特別欣賞鵝肝、雞腳筋。鵝肝清爽不會過份膩,吃起來有一種清爽的感覺;雞腳筋以芥末調味為主,咀嚼起來韌韌爽爽,挺開胃也停不下來鵝片和醉鴿都中上水平,必吃之二蠔餅很脆,但份量比想像細一些,蠔仔也不算多,不過都是肥美新鮮的。馬友魚肉質新鮮又充滿彈性,兩條12人剛剛好!冰鎮鮑魚很新鮮彈牙,店家幫忙先切片,方便分享很貼心!整體而言都滿意,性價比也高,值得再來!

我忍唔住燥返佢「你今朝唔係提呢堆餸!」屋企人都話「生炒骨都要留呀?唔係呀?」佢先收聲。

呢啲所謂嘅隱世小店,受歡迎少少就喪比氣客受,自問真係受唔起。如果真係咁怕忙,就唔好接受節目訪問啦。
