朋友介紹這裡的大廚是米芝蓮食府出來的,一嚐之後,果然功架十足。今晚吃了以下菜式:墨魚片、千層豬耳、滷水鵝肝、醉鵝、凍魚、上湯蘿蔔、滷水鵝片。全部菜式也很滿意!特別是墨魚片和滷水鵝肝,外面根本吃不到!上湯蘿蔔看似簡單,卻做得清甜沒有渣!順帶一提,這裡的自家炒辣椒醬,好味極了,愛吃辣的一定要試。店面位置不多,會比較迫,也能聽到鄰桌對話。看見熟客很多,要有排隊的準備呢,但還是很值得的,有米芝蓮級數,卻是平民價!
