個SCONE 係無柚子味既 但都幾好食

呢個都係from chope menu。男朋友係鱈魚粉絲,都估到佢一定會嗌呢個。呢個西京燒係店方既招牌菜之一。鱈魚燒得有微微焦香, 肉質細緻嫩滑 ,魚油香加上燒汁醬,入口帶有淡淡味噌的甘甜味,好惹味。唯一有少少遺憾係炭香味唔夠。

另一道頭盤就揀咗雜錦刺身,既然嚟食日本菜,當然食刺身就最能知道食材嘅用料喺點啦。話外話,既為高級餐廳,尤其日本菜,啲盛器都好賞心悅目,就好似頭盤呢兩隻碟,都非常有雅氣,而呢一道刺身三點,賣相精緻亮麗,有甜蝦、三文魚及金槍魚(吞拿魚),每一款刺身都色澤光亮,新鮮度十足,而甜蝦入口肉質黏黏哋卻又有啲爽身;三文魚鎅咗花,寧舍靚仔,十分油潤;金槍魚肉質柔軟且細緻,既鮮甜,魚味又濃。

刺身就可以知啲食材用料有幾鮮,而食天婦羅就可以知道師傅手勢有幾耍家,所以,小弟主菜就揀咗雜錦天婦羅,包括有兩隻海老、翠玉瓜、冬菇、紫蘇菜、西蘭花、蕃薯,以日本辣椒仔伴碟。唔單止炸得好靚,粉漿夠晒薄,而且,香脆得嚟半點油膩都無,如披上薄薄金黃外衣,盡顯功架。此外,海老肉鮮且爽,鮮蝦味突出,幾款野菜都好食,食出食材嘅原味,尤其啲冬菇同蕃薯,前者肉厚卻爽身,後者則又粉又甜,可見用料亦不賴。

老婆一向喺銀鱈魚嘅死粉,所以,晌主菜一欄,佢完全無懸念就選上鱈魚西京燒,賣相無太多花巧,但勝在件鱈魚份量十足,好有睇頭。除咗燒得焦香之外,肉質細緻嫩滑,極富油香,絕對喺高質素嘅貨色,再佐以點點甜味噌,味道更具層次。雖然個套餐已包頭盤,若然上主菜時,再附加少少冷鉢、漬物、先付之類,就變得更加相得益彰。

如果你單睇中文菜名就比較難意會,若留意英文菜名用上Cappuccino一詞,你就明白點解個甜品表面有咁多「泡」,真喺做到成杯意大利泡沫咖啡咁,而表面嘅泡泡幼滑如絲,口感輕柔,最得意喺帶有陣陣酒香;而最底層喺咖啡奶凍,非常香滑,並晌奶凍面鋪上唔少朱古力脆米,增加其口感,整體嚟講有驚喜。

另一款甜品又喺唔知咩葫蘆賣咩藥,初時以為喺有幾款朱古力甜品拼湊埋一齊,啊!原來喺朱古力心太軟伴抹茶雪糕。雖然,切開個心太軟時,裡面嘅朱古力漿唔喺澎湃咁流出,但亦做到流心嘅效果,此外,整個心太軟嘅朱古力味喺超香濃,面頭又糝咗少少果仁碎,好食;而抹茶雪糕既有抹茶嘅幽香,又有牛奶嘅奶香味,質感挺實而柔滑,兩款甜品都叫人食得稱心滿意。

很對不起大家,因為我是個不吃海膽的人,所以我沒有留意聽那是什麼,其他的剌身也是好吃肥美的部位,挺高質素,不過對我來說兩道冷盤太多了,又那麼的肥美,實在太佔我肚子的位置啦鳴鳴鳴。

我不評論這一道,因為我不喜歡這種天婦羅,是超級多菜一起下來炸的,我知道日本傳統的也是這樣,不過我總是覺得為什麼不直給蟹的我吃呢?

第二道熱盤
兩邊都是鱈魚西京燒,不過食材質素應該有分別的,因為chefs那邊就明顯更勝一籌,外脆內嫩,肉質細緻嫩滑,入口帶有淡淡味噌的甘甜味,又不會過甜,伴酒一流。而tasting那邊的是不錯,不過對比起身肉質沒有那麼厚跟滑。

第三道熱盤
A5 級日本和牛牛柳(Chefs) 
因為我只聽到chefs這邊的是A5級和牛,就趕快把手機拿出來拍,聽不到tasting那邊的那個國家的,只聽到都是和牛。不過其實這個時候我們已經是8成飽了,所以我們都只試了一塊Tasting那邊的,chefs這邊只有4塊,可是也不容小覷!入口即化甘甜,肉味豐厚,肉質鮮嫩,那種入口即化的感覺是一咬就咬出一堆肉汁肉油的感覺。我吃完兩塊我的能量BAR已經瞬間爆滿,達到100% 飽度了。

這個時候我們再問服務員有幾道還沒上,她跟我們說兩道,一道拉麵主食跟一道甜品,我們忍痛的取消了主食,因為連和牛我們都吃不完,真的沒有辦法能解決一道麵食了,所以直接叫了上甜品

甜品我沒有拍照,因為肚子已經撐到最大了,甜品分別是
凍威士忌咖啡杯(Chefs)
大豆奶酪(tatsing)
大豆那個我不吃不過朋友說是酸酸甜甜挺解膩,而我吃的凍威士忌咖啡杯,口感十分有層次,因為裹面放了很多配料像是雪糕、可可脆粒,有淡淡的whisky泡沫跟咖啡忌廉,難怪它英文名子叫Whisky Iced Cappuccino,怕酒味的人也不用怕,不是很重的酒味,反而是提取了whisky的酒香味,之前從沒吃過這類的甜品,大開眼界。

吃了甜品,基本已經喪失了一切的行動能力,要打車回家了。整晚的感覺不錯,是上菜慢了一點,我們晚上7點的預約,到了晚上9:45末能結帳離開,趕不了回家看醫生劇哈哈。

提醒一下,渣打信用卡好像有優惠喲!

The Japanese themed afternoon tea set for two at Nobu is up there when it comes to the quality of food. Four out of the five savoury canapes are seafood based, whilst the sweets are a combination of tarts, mousse and mini sponge cake. The waffle and scones are amongst the best I've had in HK! crispy and not too heavy. When the tea set is placed on the table, it is placed on top of dry ice, making a smoky entrance. the view of the harbour is great too.

I started with the Tonimomo which was very good and then the Matsuei Sour, which was more sweet than sour. I also tried the grilled shishito peppers and the sashimi tacos. The grilled peppers were fantastic, the tacos were okay. The menu is very limited and a little pricey for what you get. Honestly, come for dinner but do happy hour in the hotel lobby. It's at the same time and the menu is much larger and everything is at the same price point.
