是日去咗紅磡搵朋友整嘢，整緊嘅時候見到隔離有人拎住杯咖啡，即刻bling bling眼😂 一整完就行咗去Kerry Hotel下面間咖啡店飲杯咖啡❤️呢間咖啡店喺Kerry Hotel後面，碼頭附近，唔算好就腳，由地鐵站行上去都有段距離～ 當日天氣非常之好，可惜附近有工程，如果唔係可以望正個海都幾Chill😌間舖唔大，座位唔多，多數企位～ 例牌飲熱 #Latte ，有大同細嘅size，貪心的me要咗大杯～ 味道唔錯，唔會太苦咖啡味又香～ 路過可以一試🤭 continue reading

環境非常好，咖啡店位於紅磡碼頭附近，咖啡店內地方雖然唔大，只得兩三張枱但係因為喺碼頭附近，可以外賣後去碼頭海旁一邊睇海景，一邊飲咖啡咖啡方面，比起隔離嘅大型連鎖咖啡店好好多，香濃，一飲就知道唔係一般連鎖可以飲到嘅質素 continue reading

    🇭🇰香港｜早起追光的幸福感 源于海边咖啡馆

    在晴雨不定的台风季撞见一个万里无云的好天气，不出来溜达一圈都有些可惜。·无数次在此追逐晨光和仰叹日落的红磡码头，开了我很喜欢的Nodi。Nodi的开店思路跟我的需求很贴切，定位不是网红店，而是出品高效的外带型精品咖啡店。·纵观Nodi这两年的门店布局，选址基本都跟高级商场、写字楼、酒店挂钩，店面不大，且几乎不设座位，所以能在出品一杯水准不俗的咖啡的同时，让价格也没那么劝退。·印象深刻的一个瞬间是，之前在午休时间去过置地遮打店，单量大到需要五六位咖啡师站在吧台里做咖啡，Nodi真的很受到中环打工人的青睐。·红磡店的风格跟置地遮打店的金属风不一样，也是跟不远处的纯白色NOC截然相反的纯黑色店面，沿海滨长廊运动的人很多，完全可以停下来喝一杯。·门面十分低调，走进来是一片有点狭长的空间，得益于酒店G层的层高，店面显得很通透，细节处彰显出来的品位也绝对是加分项。·店里座位很少，不过只要阳光不算毒辣，坐门口的长凳就很好。这张长凳上留下过海边吹来的温暖晨风，以及跟Cedar分享三明治作早餐的快乐，这也是为何，我对Nodi如此念念不忘。·以意式咖啡为主，提供两款拼配和一款Seasonal SOE，小杯是双份ristretto，大杯是双份espresso，相比之下小杯会更浓。·【燕麦澳白】，选了Square Mile的哥伦比亚拼埃塞，另外一款是风味比较经典的三拼中深烘。虽然个人觉得做美式更有表现力，但热带水果的明亮风味在这杯奶咖中依然鲜明。·融合漂亮，奶泡柔软有力，一杯心满意足的澳白下肚后，仿佛对新一天的期待已经从心里冉冉升起。·【热美式】，和Cedar再访的时候，季节拼配已经换豆子了，日晒埃塞和水洗埃塞的拼配，产区都一样，四舍五入也是SOE。·这是一杯风味很温柔精致的美式，向味蕾里扩散着柠檬草和茉莉花香气，低温段风味也没有垮掉，像嘴里含着一颗酸酸甜甜的草莓糖。·下次还可以去喝单品，定期更新豆单这一点对我来说真的很有吸引力。也有当季限定特调、手冲和经典的几款pastry，靠墙一排展示着丰富的咖啡周边零售。·后来发现Nodi跟Tom Dixon的合作店已经结业了（难受，毕竟是在荷里活道而且是中环和soho交界处的两层小楼，租金毫无疑问全港数一数二贵。 continue reading

    紅磡碼頭環境好咖啡好嘅小店

    紅磡碼頭Kerry Hotel 地下但唔屬於酒店嘅一間小咖啡店，地方雖然細細，以黑色為主，但係因為樓底超高，採光度極好，一啲都唔覺得侷促，咖啡店亦都放咗好多咖啡用品，自家咖啡豆，同好多唔同牌子嘅咖啡豆售賣，雖然好多嘢，但係一啲都唔覺得混亂，一眼望落去，反而會覺得幾有型😎另外，要讚一讚咖啡師姐姐，又有禮貌又helpful又好傾🥰👍🏻手沖咖啡Ethicus - Guatemala $70- 一向都幾鍾意日本品牌炒嘅咖啡豆，呢到會比兩個杯去飲，一個可以熱嘅時候聞到佢嘅香氣同飲到堅果味，一個係溫熱嘅時候飲到佢嘅果味， 口感都幾唔錯Cinnamon Roll $28- 同杯咖啡一齊都幾夾總括嚟講，佢雖然地方細，但環境好咖啡好，如果店內冇位坐，可以買外賣出公園望住海景嘆咖啡都幾chill😎 continue reading
