堅持每日店內新鮮手工包製,餃子皮揉合加拿大麵粉更煙韌。餃子款式豐富,以梅頭和不見天豬肉炮製成軟腍偏瘦豬肉餡,再混合不同時蔬創作傳統和新派的口味,包括韮菜豬肉、芫茜豬肉、野生松茸豬肉、雲耳椰菜豬肉等。不論是鍾愛湯餃或是煎餃,甚至是外賣生餃子都有!

我同朋友都好鍾意食餃子,呢間餃子店質素好好, 皮薄餡靚, 已經幫襯過好多次,值得推介。香煎軟心芝土餃 ($69/10隻)呢款係每次黎到都必點,真係太好食。餃子煎至金黃香脆, 芝士保持住軟心既狀態,芝土味濃郁,配上香甜粟米同豬肉,口感味道各方面都好有層次,搭配得好好,明明好邪惡,但食完又唔會覺得太膩。至尊松茸猪肉煎餃 ($86/8隻)餃掂既餡料總係用新鮮既食材,採用左野生既松茸,除左味道更佳, 更主要係可以保持到更加高嘅營養價值。一咬落口,松茸味就充斥成個口腔,配上新鮮既豬肉,既美味又健康。元貝豬肉湯餃($51/7隻)餃子皮一啲都唔厚重,食落好軟無咩負擔感。 一絲絲既元貝味道好鮮,一啲都唔韌,豬肉既肥瘦好均勻, 一啲都唔肥膩,美中不足係我認為芹菜太搶味。好欣賞佢既狀元九鼎湯底,用料有生魚、蘋果、無花果、豬尾骨等,味道非常非常清甜,唔係坊間既味精湯,好飲又有益。四川涼麵($31)四川涼皮($33)天氣實在太熱,好想食啲開胃涼菜, 以為係開胃小菜嘅份量,點知份量係咁多,食完超飽。前者微辣清爽,配上麻醬,開胃解暑;後者晶瑩剔透,咬落爽彈,味道較辣較惹味。自家製山楂雪梨水($20)材料有山楂片、雪梨、 甘草等,所以唔會死甜,味道清甜偏酸,飲落開胃解膩解暑。蜜餞雞翼($25/3隻)正正常常嘅蜜糖雞翼, 但唔會太甜, 過下口癮記好。 continue reading

呢日午餐時間我哋去太子食餃子:餃掂 😊煎軟心芝士餃 (粟米豬肉) 10隻 $69賣相非常吸引!煎得好好,尤其是餃子嘅邊緣好香口好乾身同傳統餃子唔同,一咬落去有好多粟米餡,芝士份量啱啱好,食到芝士嘅鹹香,口感味道喜出望外,非常之夾嘅配搭😊餃子麵-雲耳椰菜豬肉餃子6隻 配麵 $57雲耳椰菜豬肉餃子感覺餡料豐富,同剛才嘅芝士餃子好唔同,感覺係家常嘅健康餃子,調味都啱啱好,主力係食返食材嘅原味道。椰菜雲耳口感豐富,就咁食或者加入店內嘅黑醋食都好好味。將麵另外夾再夾入碗仔內,再分別加入店內兩種特製辣椒醬食都好正,兩款辣椒油各有特色😊韭菜豬肉+ 芫茜豬肉雙併湯餃 (九鼎湯-蘋果生魚) $65佢嘅湯都係店嘅推介,冇味精嘅住家湯,感覺清甜溫和,值得配合埋餃子一邊食一邊飲,或者食完 餃子後慢慢一口一口飲都好好芫荽餃子我哋比較少食,感覺都幾清新,芫荽拼豬肉做餡料帶出咗芫荽嘅清甜而韭菜豬肉餃更帶出韭菜嘅香甜味,餡料豐富,食完好耐之後個口腔都繼續充滿韭菜味😊黑白松露醬 龍鳳蛋1隻 $18糖心蛋做得非常完美,配合松露醬汁,更提升香濃味道😊熱蜂蜜檸檬薏米水 支裝 $28薏米好足,酸酸甜甜好滋潤感覺呢間店都好多人支持好多熟客,仲有好多客人買回冰餃子回家。相信佢嘅出品都係令客人值得回頭再幫襯嘅好味食店😊 continue reading

位於太子大街,全店坐得大半滿的餃子店,每款餃子即叫即煎/即煮,全人手工製造,有十多款餃可選,皮薄內餡飽滿。新口味的餃子用上上料食材,好似至尊松茸餃湯/煎、軟心芝士煎餃、龍鳳松茸餃湯/煎,這些係其他餃子點也未見過,怎能一場來到不試一試呢🤣挑了三款餃子軟心芝士豬肉餃 韭菜豬肉餃煎餃 重慶鮮肉雲吞四川涼皮煎餃子方面,即叫即煎,雙面煎得挺香口,不枉我哋等待的時間! 每隻包得漲漲的,塞滿材料~推介韭菜豬肉,亦是三款中味道最濃厚的一款~ 咬開滿滿的韭菜豬肉,煎香後更是外脆內軟。它家的招牌之作 - 軟心芝士豬肉餃,趁食吃時芝士多到噴出黎,正!👍重慶鮮肉雲吞,一口一啖,吃了大碗18隻,吃完飽飽的,配埋四川涼皮一齊食,爽~最後來番杯檸檬蜂蜜薏米水和豆漿~ continue reading
