今日路經此地,無意發現開左間新cafe,據說係上個月先開張,餐廳嘅裝修比較簡單,枱頭加左啲鮮花做陪襯,感覺幾舒服,約朋友傾偈係個唔錯嘅選擇。除左一般cafe有嘅咖啡之外,仲有特別嘅越式咖啡,而今日就試左佢款泡沫黑咖啡。佢會喺平時杯黑咖啡以外再加一層泡沫(但不是奶泡)飲起來更有質感,而比平時飲嘅Americano 更濃郁(畢竟佢都係比較細杯的),所以如果飲開較淡口嘅齋啡,呢杯就未必太適合你了。呢度除左飲料外仲有越式法包同埋啲pastries 以供選擇。

今日去亞士厘道和妹妹下午茶的時候,無意中去咗一間越南餐廳,走入去的時候已經覺得餐廳很舒服,我叫了越南法包,裡面的餡料合道好處唔會太酸亦不會太鹹,而且很多新鮮的蔬菜,味道我很喜歡。我門還叫了扎肉撈檬,扎肉很特別裏面是有軟骨的,原來店主專程在越南入口的,不是外面隨處可以吃到的扎肉,飲品就叫了椰子雪糕咖啡,椰子雪糕也是他們自家製的,十分有心思值得一讚,一杯可可味很重的熱朱古力。原來這間cafe並未正式開業,他們正式開業的時間是十月,我相信我一定會再來。

最近發覺多了一些主力賣越南法包的店舖,計灣仔及漆咸圍後,在亞士厘道又開多了一間,這裏以越南法包及越南咖啡為主打,其它奶啡也是以越南咖啡為基底,也是幾有趣的嘗試。越式扎肉法包外微脆帶煙韌,餡料非常豐富,內有越南扎肉、越南肝醬、蛋黃醬、肉鬆、芫荽、醃菜、紅蘿蔔、蕃茄、返肉鬆,大部分食材也是切成條狀。另一款越式kho quet法包,餡料多加入了越南蝦米及五花肉,也因此增加咗香氣及油脂,感覺味道更佳,但價錢貴多$40,是否物超所值,就真係見人見智了。店內比傳統外賣店大了不少,也有幾張枱可供客人慢慢享用,當然價錢貴少少也是情有可原。留意套餐(包+沙律)配飲品可享半價優惠,但只叫包配飲品便要收全費,不要攪錯。越南煉奶咖啡,甜度偏高,啡味淡薄;越南黑咖啡,口感較好,但味道偏苦,香氣低。#另加一服務費#NON CAFE地址: 尖沙咀亞士厘道24-38號天星大樓地下C號舖電話: 93862464
