日本生蠔又大隻又生鮮，刺身係得左口魚刺身多油得制之外🙈其他刺身都好鮮甜同好足料。串燒亦好入味，安格斯牛肉串同厚切牛舌串都有輕微嘅牛穌味，三個字形容：非常正。油甘魚鮫啲肉燒到好滑好嫩，值得推介～玉子燒好厚，好足料。佢哋個炒雜菜好香麻油味，配合埋冬菇同蘿蔔絲，好好食～

櫻壽司盛有十二件 $268拖羅入口即溶，海膽creamy,燒金目鯛好香，魚味重，深海池魚，真鯛、帆立貝等等…..另外推薦豚肉荔枝卷同牛舌，荔枝卷超有驚喜，咸甜配搭。牛舌好juicy 。

北海丼： 油甘魚、魚籽、海膽，碎蔥吞拿魚配飯魚料方面每一樣都很好，由其海膽超級鮮美，油甘魚是當日即劏的，我在2:00光顧，剛好看到師傳在劏魚。另外壽司飯很好味，我是很喜歡吃飯的，這店的飯十分有驚喜，黏稠度適中，淡淡的醋味，與魚料很好的融合，跟在日本高價刺身壽司店是可以匹比，如果是這樣的飯，$208是物超所值。下午是有配湯 一個沙律 一個胡麻豆腐 一杯柚子蜜 及芝士蛋糕作為甜品。作為中環區，我覺得性價比是很值。

今日再訪中環，傾吓得知師傅是omakase 出身，所有刺身處理得非常之好，價錢非常吸引🤩，清酒第二支有半價，本來為左飲酒黎，點知啲刺身都咁好味，即刻約左聖誕節同屋企人再食。
