Hello 大家好,又係我地Hkfunlife小編分享好餐廳既時間啦 平時路過眼望望,今日終於把持不住入去間餐廳探個究竟 呢間餐廳位於荃灣怡樂街1號海濱花園22座海裕閣108號地舖,叫做娘惹嫁到呢間餐廳室內光線充沛我地到達餐廳後,先掃安心出行或寫紙仔,等15分鐘左右便可入座。埋到枱見到有齊備嘅餐具,擺設一致,十分整齊。坐低之後,店員提供餐牌,厚厚的餐牌每頁都有膠套分隔,方便消毒。我地唔洗幾分鐘已經諗好要嗌咩。店員誠懇有幹勁,落單流程亦簡易迅速 如果你食到微辣,呢個就晒你,香得黎唔會辣到食唔到。                                                   continue reading

呢間之前喺西環開舖,但一直未有機會食,之後結左業,而家喺荃灣重開。男朋友之前想食但無開,今次帶我黎食,小店座位不多。呢到食祖傳娘惹菜,由當地娘惹血統的酒店總廚主理,野食全部都係即叫即整,全天然香料製成,不加味精。鮮蝦深海魚蛋喇沙麵底係米粉溝油麵,係馬來西亞最傳統的食法。麵上面舖滿配料有三隻蝦、三粒深海魚蛋、豆卜同蛋,魚蛋超級彈牙😍同平時食嘅好唔同,由馬來西亞入口80%深海魚肉製成,蝦大大隻蝦肉鮮味滿分,喇沙湯底味道濃郁杰身有椰香味,豆卜索滿湯汁。原味鴨蛋咖央多士由自家製傳統手打咖央同鮮蛋製成,多士有烘過上枱時熱辣辣香脆,帶有淡淡鴨蛋香味,味道帶椰香甜而不膩,滿滿嘅餡料塞滿多士,每一啖食得出好足料好滿足,餡料多到咇出黎🤤亞參鮮魚湯份量十足,魚幾大條多肉嫩滑唔算多骨,湯用新鮮菠蘿、辣椒乾、喇沙葉、洋蔥角加入亞蔘汁同喇沙湯熬成,味道酸酸甜甜又有魚嘅鮮味,十分開胃。食物令人回味值得一試,心思思想再黎試其他菜色,不過作為小店黎講定價略貴😬。 continue reading
