放假前夕,份外開心,歎啤酒食串燒,心情放鬆。環境設計有格調,菜式別緻帶點華麗。餐具都是貓貓🐱的,有點小可愛。三得得利sunset啤酒 價錢特惠,兩杯比較下來顏色較深,麥味很濃,啤酒入口苦中帶點清新。三得得利白啤酒順喉絲滑,味道比上一款輕盈,更適合女生飲。看著氣泡慢慢升起,頓時變得動感起來。燒羊肉串一客四串,一上桌就有羊肉芳香,主要調味是孜然粉和五香粉,質感有嚼勁,帶少少羊膻,基本上燒得夠味,吃起來羊味不會太過份。薄牛肉杏鮑菇卷牛肉包裹著爆汁的杏鮑菇,燒過後味道顯得濃縮,牛肉質地軟糯易入口,兩樣有齊又淋又脆的不同感受。牛舌芯賣相要好,黑椒鹽灑上厚切牛舌,簡簡單單卻彈牙滋味。柚子胡椒燒豬肋肉柚子味道好清爽,使爽口的豬肋肉更減膩,還甜甜的。生死豬紫蘇卷燒得漂亮,半肥瘦的豬肉片包著特濃郁味紫蘇,紫蘇食味獨特,令好有嚼頭的豬肉寧舍不同。唐揚雞芝麻醬冷稻庭烏冬雞件炸得金黃,沾了蛋黃醬吃格外味美。Q彈烏冬撈上蟹棒和芝麻醬就成一道簡單的主食,如果可以加上青瓜絲會更出色。皊叄木炸壽司相當出色,基本上已完全還原到炸腸仔壽司的味道,由飯到紫菜全是脆卜卜。雞頸肉有脆脆口感,不失雞肉細嫩,挺特別。燒左口魚邊拌飯燒左口魚邊滿是魚油,魚脂散落在芝麻香蔥珍珠米上,潤澤非常,魚肉不多但滋味無窮。用脆紫菜包著吃,有得吃又有得玩,加了紫菜令拌飯層次和惹味好了一倍。手作免治雞肉軟骨棒肉帶甜,入面的軟骨具脆爽感,沾上雞蛋汁,更上一層『溜』。脆炸軟殼蟹香噴噴,炸得完好有心機,原隻上的軟殼蟹炸得酥脆,不會吃得滿口是油,唧入檸檬🍋汁有點酸甜解膩,和蛋黃醬更是好朋友,送酒份外香口。食後感:好近地鐵站,地理位置一流。而且啤酒🍻便宜,又沒有加一,感覺親民。客人挺多的,要些時間等串燒出爐,正所謂慢工出細活,值得三五知己說東說西去等待。 continue reading

平時經過匆匆忙忙,今日終於停下來入店舖品嚐一下,餐廳的碗碟全部都是我最喜歡的貓貓。餐單上的串燒好吸引,有一些我比較喜歡吃的。豬腩片山葵卷豬腩片包住一條山葵,通透了的山鬼有點像啫喱,豬腩片肉質嫩,脆炸明太子青椒仔(6入)熱辣辣細細條青椒,燒至外層脆口,把明太子釀入青椒,咬入口明太子爆出來,配啤酒一流。串炸吉列蠔芝士燒(2入)生蠔好鮮味和肉質飽滿,外層有沙律和芝士醬,但不會感覺油膩。燒大蔥芯大蔥外層有木魚,而且大蔥不會有多餘殘渣,一同放進口更加豐富口感。鹽燒一夜干馬友(半身去骨)灑上檸檬汁魚肉外層魚皮脆口,馬友肉鮮嫩,真的完全沒有任何碎骨。唐揚雞芝麻醬冷稻庭烏冬炸雞大而多肉,肉汁已鎖在雞肉內,咬入口時都充滿肉汁,芝麻醬伴入蟹柳,吃烏冬時增加多一層口感,好開胃。蒲燒街市白鱔白鱔的皮燒到脆卜卜,有點乳豬皮感覺,一點也沒誇張,皮燒到金黃色白鱔肉彈牙。配搭兩款新出嘅啤酒淡淡而清的小麥味道,男女啱飲,其中一款是黑白啤酒混合。 continue reading
