This is a hidden gem. Excellent food. Highly highly recommend this place for parties, for small dinners at any time of the week.  It was a very special experience from the moment you walk in till the last cup of tea that they serve.

如果有10燈粒星我要比10粒,真心好好食。個strawberry mousse超正,香甜士多啤梨味,唔係人造個種士多啤梨味。mousse唔係純空氣感,係有實在食到既感覺。上面oreo碎仲配左d爆炸糖,一路食個口入面一路放煙花,好festive🤤中間個士多啤梨味雪糕都好好味,成個甜品加埋係完美。

平常用聖誕香料煮既Gluhwein係用紅酒,但ocean兩公婆好貼心,聖誕大餐會有一家大細所以用cranberry juice黎做。

成餐食完都好滿足,佢地對煮食既執著同熱誠令我好感動,成個餐廳好似一個秘密花園,喜歡explore同埋鐘意周圍食好野既朋友要去試下呀。

同咀刁既朋友食飯真係會痕爆頭,所以出動到跑馬地一帶找食,一行三個咀刁人~今次的頭盤fusion 左泰國特色火炙虎蝦配木瓜柚子粉絲,酸酸味味~磨菇湯用了另類煮法,超重磨菇料,係有層次既!重點係今次3個主菜各有特色,選左慢煮英國鴨但配的卻係芋頭容梅子紅酒汁,有點中西合璧。不過如果要選擇比星星既反而新鮮既澳洲和牛面頰堅好食,慢煮左12小時,面頰軟棉得來又有點彈牙,肉汁鎖住無流失,真係愛上了慢煮!香煎銀鱈魚配上矜貴藏紅花檸檬牛油汁,魚質彈牙唔散,唔算太鐘意食魚既我都覺得值得試,食時要撈埋個汁味道更出!要比分既話,第一係牛牛,第二係魚,第三係鴨~ 點品,今次係士多啤梨慕絲雪糕紅莓Oreo乾勝出,因為內藏亁坤!(會發聲的甜品😁)雖然菠蘿椰子五重奏都超級香濃好食!無得輸餐廳店主ocean 好nice, 全晚好詳盡介紹無一道菜,睇得出呢間私房菜對野食既passion,好難得有一間野食,service 同環境都好既私房菜!一定再食!!

今次的頭盤fusion 左泰國特色火炙虎蝦配木瓜柚子粉絲,酸酸味味~磨菇湯用了另類煮法,超重磨菇料,係有層次既!重點係今次3個主菜各有特色,選左慢煮英國鴨但配的卻係芋頭容梅子紅酒汁,有點中西合璧。不過如果要選擇比星星既反而新鮮既澳洲和牛面頰堅好食,慢煮左12小時,面頰軟棉得來又有點彈牙,肉汁鎖住無流失,真係愛上了慢煮!

Ocean 新裝修後第一次來,白色仿磚牆加添希臘小屋主題,配上藍白色窗廉布,全餐廳以藍白為主,令人有點在希臘聖托里尼嘅感覺。今次主㕑阿賢為我們準備煙黑毛豬泰式柚子沙律作Appetiser. 泰式柚子沙律醬汁配搭得天衣無縫。跟一般外面食的不太一樣。黑毛豬略嫌太乾,如配beef or tuna tarta 可能會更適合。跟著就是杏仁蟹肉忌廉湯,這個湯在西餐很少見。杏仁磿得比外面吃到的杏仁茶還要香滑,配上手折蟹肉和杏仁脆片,我確實忍不住大啖的喝下。可以再㖭嗎?主菜我點了紐西蘭安格斯牛柳,我太太點了智利鱸魚配法國藍青口。我眼前這個牛柳是藝術品嗎?擺碟十分有心思,有點像花園嘅感覺。牛柳水準十分高,外層煎得outside burn,medium rare 剛好,配合那非常有層次的配菜,實在是大滿足。智利鱸魚亦煎得十分香口,內裏嫩滑,亦是剛剛好。阿賢煎魚確有一手!甜點來一個招牌菠蘿五重奏同新出的榛子香橙crepe。為這頓飯畫上完美句號!一定要再來!
