去開新城市廣場行街,見到間裝修都幾靚嘅法式餐廳就衝咗入去試下個lunch。是日餐湯當日係薯仔湯,薯蓉口感都夠濃郁,味道都算ok。阿根廷安格斯肉眼牛扒 $195牛扒叫咗5成熟,跟餐有埋薯條,牛扒都算腍,肉汁ok多但肉味就還好,點埋個醬汁食就好味啲。紅酒燉牛面頰意粉 $135兩舊牛面頰都算幾大舊,食落酒味偏濃,肉質夠軟腍但牛面肉唔算太入味,意粉就軟硬適中,相對就較掛汁。法國生牛肉他他 $95用細細塊法式麵包鋪上牛肉他他嘅食法,味道有突出到他他嘅鮮牛味,肉汁醬汁都算ok。香蕉船 $95用法式可麗餅、雙色雪糕、花生、香蕉加埋朱古力醬同焦糖醬製成,醬嘅甜度就啱啱好會太死甜,整體算幾好。

星期日,風和日麗,和先生入沙田新城市廣場行下。這兒有個露天的恐龍樂園,兩老入去視察下,看看會唔會啱兩歲的孫仔玩。結論是有部份設施是可以的,不過實在太多人和太曬了,中暑指數過半。還是快快返回室內。

甜品係我嘅最愛,雖然跟brunch 可以以優惠價加配指定甜品,但係唔係太啱口味,所以我哋另外單點一份法式蘋果撻。

個撻皮好鬆脆,一啲都唔韌,配埋啲酸酸甜甜嘅蘋果蓉,食落去好清新解膩 ,伴碟仲要有一球雲呢拿雪糕,凍冰冰甜甜咁,簡直係Perfect Match。

凍肉醬係其中一款傳統嘅法式料理,通常係用唔同種類嘅肉及內臟製成。呢到嘅凍肉醬係以鴨肉為主。因為有內臟嘅味道,並非嗰個人都啱食,而家咁啱係好鐘意食內臟,所以就幾啱食,食落好重鴨肝嘅味道,我幾喜歡搭配上酸黃瓜一齊食,酸味配上肉醬嘅味道會十分之夾。

星期六同友達去Odelice 沙田分店食lunch,之前在The One食過Odelice覺得食物同服務都好好,決定試下沙田店。友達點了牛柳,因為牛柳個sauce有松露,友達唔鍾意松露味道,問可唔可以轉其他汁,明白餐廳set得個汁應該係覺得個汁同個食物好夾先咁設計個menu,有位唔識睇中文既女服務員知道我地既要求,入了廚房問師傅可唔可以轉,最後真係轉到汁,仲食咗個happy lunch。我覺得呢啲微細既服務,比當日的午餐,更impress到我地 當日點了brunch set的牛柳及duck confit,兩樣都好食,推介!

新城市廣場入邊幾乎間間餐廳都試過晒,今次就試呢間第一次食嘅法國餐廳Odelice!我係唔鍾意食生嘢嘅,所以呢通常叫牛扒我都會叫全熟㗎啦,但係上次喺其他餐廳叫全熟呢真係煮得太熟啦,有啲Over Cook所以呢今次我叫牛扒就叫咗七成,我expect呢上枱就係九成左右啦結果上到枱真係好生啊,同我同行嘅朋友一個叫五成一個叫三成,叫三成嗰個好似生嘅,叫五成嗰個好似三成。而我呢塊叫七成就好似五成一樣首先呢度隻碟嘅設計係彎彎地嘅大佬點切呀塊牛扒,第二,塊牛扒真係韌到呢我哋三個都咬到牙骹都甩啊
