今晚同朋友去了間特色京菜館,這間餐廳位於銅鑼灣渣甸街50號渣甸中心5樓,一出升降機就見到個古色故鄉嘅大招牌老北京,餐廳內裝修就很等色,很傳統,好有中式客棧感覺朋去發板,先來酸辣土豆絲作為醒胃前菜,口感清脆、帶著辣香與醋酸的雙重風味,隱約有陣濃厚北方口味另一個就是老北京必吃的賽螃蟹,賽螃蟹是著名的北京菜,但材料中沒有一絲蟹肉,最主要以蛋白模仿蟹肉,「賽」是「媲美」的意思,入口味道及質感,師傅煮比得上蟹肉的鮮甜及細嫩蒜泥白肉,食時用筷拌合蒜蓉,隨著熱氣,一股醬油、辣椒油和大蒜組合的香味直撲鼻端,使人食慾大振。蒜味濃厚,肥而不膩北京烤鴨(半隻),烤至金黃香脆的外皮,上枱時已香氣撲鼻! 口感脂香鬆脆,夾在鴨肉中的油脂香而不膩,鴨肉軟嫩,配搭青瓜、香蔥包著一口吃下,加上一齊入口味道十分配合宮保雞丁,夾一筷宮保雞丁入口,舌尖先感覺微麻、淺辣,而後衝擊味蕾的是一股甜意和酸酸的感覺,雞肉鮮嫩、花生香脆,使人欲罷不能最後加埋個甜品拔絲鴛鴦,以幼身糖絲,在蘋果和香蕉上打圈,入口唔會太甜,又唔會黐牙,拔絲鴛鴦有蘋果和香蕉,外邊脆甜,蘋果味道微酸,作為今晚結尾十分完滿,對於喜歡食京菜嘅朋友,絕對多一個選擇
