With a decor inspired by the old Hong Kong of the 1960s and 1970s, this dim sum restaurant has branches in Yuen Long, Tsuen Wan, and Tai Po. It specializes in Traditional Layer Cake made with the traditional method, incorporating lard-infused ice pork for an extra rich and flavorful taste. The nostalgic dim sum such as Golden Fried Taro Dumplings, Traditional Beef Balls, and Curried Steamed Squid.

依日去咗荃灣千色匯,行完係商場地舖 "老馮茶居" 歎番一盅兩件先 ~ 茶居店內以懷舊風格設計,枱櫈、碗筷、裝飾及食品都好特色,完全感受到老香港情懷,別有一番風味!老馮鮮蝦餃      $36蝦餃皮薄,唔會又濕又淋,餡料方面好多蝦肉,而且好大隻,仲好新鮮,爽口彈牙,連埋啲鮮筍 一齊食,口感豐富。XO醬蘿蔔糕       $30蘿蔔糕炸完非常香脆,形狀長長方方,外脆內軟,入面有臘味等食材,本身已經好夠味,連埋XO醬更加惹味。古法牛肉球        $26覺得牛肉球係精選之作,呢度用新鮮牛肉製,味道特別鮮嫩、香滑,味道特出之餘,十分美味。豉汁蒸鳳爪       $26鳳爪都幾大隻,醃得夠入味,外皮軟淋香口,而且較易咬開,水準同一般酒樓分別都幾大。豉汁蒸排骨       $26排骨嘅肉同脂肪分佈好均勻,口感軟身但有少少咬口,肉質鮮嫩,蒸製時間掌控得啱啱好,面層鋪滿蒜蓉,食起嚟更滋味。香滑牛肉腸        $26腸粉皮薄好滑,內裡餡料豐滿,口感好軟,牛肉非常新鮮,加埋豉油,更帶出牛肉腸嘅美味,很好吃。金牌炸芋角       $18炸芋角入口鬆化,炸得香脆,芋泥質地軟綿綿,入面餡料滿滿且熱辣辣,香酥美味。 continue reading

飲茶唔係一定要去茶樓~老馮茶居就係其中一個好選擇!裝修好有70-80年代情懷,入到去係有種穿梭時空咁~碗杯茶壺,連洗野個紅膠兜都一樣咁有Feel!點心種類都多,而且仲有啲創意野,例如見到有個新出品 - 麻辣豬手豬皮腸粉,腸粉份量多仲好滑嘟嘟!豬皮豬手好入味,唔會太辣但又好惹味🥰🥰 鮮蝦腐皮卷,超級脆卜卜,仲有大大隻蝦係入面~流沙芋泥包,搣開真係好流心~唔會好甜但好香芋頭味😚古法牛肉球,唔會好鬆泡泡,係懷舊味道!😛咖哩蒸魷魚,個咖哩汁超濃超正!! 必叫之選😍臘腸滑雞飯,臘腸味好香~雞件有雞味又嫩滑,配上蒸飯豉油十分出色😋最重要係性價比好高!叫左咁多點心都係人頭$100內~ continue reading

今次拉咗鬼佬去體驗下舊式香港嘅飲茶文化🫖(可惜都唔係推車仔🥹)呢間點心舖好多人幫襯,由我哋去到,到食完走,都一直有人等位。餐廳入面啲枱唔係好大,未必容納到一枱多過8人🤔有別於一般茶樓,呢間餐廳除咗有中茶飲,仲有其他飲品,例如凍/熱咖啡/奶茶,汽水,等等☕️呢度啲點心唔係計大中小點,而係明碼實價,價錢一目了然😌我哋4個人叫咗8樣點心,一個甜品(薑汁燉鮮奶),埋單都係$250左右,無加一服務費,茶錢只係$6一位,啲茶仲要係用茶葉沖(而家好多茶樓都係用茶包🥲),比起其他茶樓抵食👍🏻點心方面,所有食物都係即叫即整,所以擺到上枱都仲係熱辣辣,好正😋我哋超欣賞佢個蘿蔔糕,真係食到一絲絲蘿蔔😍而鬼佬就好鐘意個老馮金沙米皇腸,外軟內脆(腸粉入邊係炸蝦)😗值得一提嘅係鵪鶉蛋燒賣,而家真係買少見少,必食!留意番,佢哋啲包點係一籠2舊,如果多人食,記得叫多2籠🤗 continue reading

平時我除咗鍾意食米線、西餐外,我都鍾意飲茶,可以慢慢嘆茶又食到好多唔同款嘅點心。今晚嚟到荃灣,經過千色匯被〈老馮茶居〉的古色古香的裝修風格吸引到,又有唔少人幫襯,就試吓呢間啦。我哋叫咗幾款點心:鵪鶉蛋燒賣皇 —鵪鶉蛋的蛋黃好香燒賣皮好薄,包住好多豬肉,豬肉好彈牙.鮮蝦腐皮卷 —腐皮炸到好脆,入面有好多蝦肉,爽口彈牙沾少少喼汁一齊食,好味.高湯菜心 —每條菜心都爽口,淋上甜豉油食,正常發揮.老馮金沙米皇腸 —呢款點心好特別,有驚喜!腸粉皮好薄,中間有一層炸脆米再包住蝦肉,入面好多粒蝦,食到好爽每啖都好脆 ,有3層口感,沾埋麻醬豉油一齊食,好好味🤩.鴛鴦臘味飯 —天氣涼涼地想食返碗臘味飯飯唔會煮得過爛,充滿油香;甜豉油好味臘腸夠硬,唔太肥,唔會太油膶腸好粉,有酒香,味道好濃郁臘肉肥瘦比例平均,沒有油耗味臘鴨髀 夠鹹香,鴨肉幾腍,沒有油耗味整體呢煲飯都唔錯👍🏻.薑汁燉鮮奶 —好滑溜!薑味唔太重,薑汁唔會蓋咗奶味我本身唔鍾意食薑,食到少少薑汁幾暖胃,食得好滿足😋.古法千層糕 —每層分明,手功出色👍🏻蒸得好鬆軟!好香蛋黃味,夾著椰絲,比例好好,兩者都好出,又唔會太甜!好好味😋 continue reading
