同屋企人去咗元朗老馮茶居飲茶,屋企人最鐘意懷舊feel,一坐低見到啲環境同公雞碗碟就會講返陳年舊事😂牛肉腸啲腸粉皮都算ok,唔系好厚,凍咗食都無變硬,牛肉幾香芫茜味。古法千層糕就一般般,雖然重蛋黃味,仲食到啲蛋黃粒,但整個質感太淋,食落去一pat 野咁…燒賣幾好,從貌相睇有大大隻蝦,食落去又唔會太多肥豬肉,入面個餡都有蝦!沙嗲金錢肚幾重沙嗲味,蒸得入味同腍,底下有2-3件豆卜墊底。四寶滑雞扎有豬肚,冬菇,滑雞件、豬皮,幾大件,都ok。整體食物有好有唔好,各一半,勝在環境吸引。

肉和燒賣都太鹹了,古法千層糕又太甜了,我可能口味淡一些吧!口味比較重的人適合吧,我是覺得吃完后嗓子不舒服,可能太重口味了,個人飯後心得,希望以後能改善就好了,不然太重口味了!但我也是喜歡吃辣的人,少鹽少糖的食物我是OK的,多鹽多糖多醬油就不適合我的口味了!

元朗行山,朝早想飲完茶先出發,就諗起老馮茶居依次係我第2次嘗試黎飲茶,第一次係幾個月前,當時因為人龍太長所以放棄....今次等左半個鐘終於成功有位入面的裝修好有心思,個畫面好似去左六七十年代的香港一樣,好有懷舊feel我地叫左幾樣點心,每樣都有中上的水準,最為突出的有1. 鮮蝦腐皮卷腐皮卷表面炸得香口而脆,入面的鮮蝦好鮮甜2. 五柳炸雲吞雲吞亦都係炸得好脆,入面有足料的蝦肉,都係好鮮甜3. 蜜汁叉燒腸腸粉蒸得嫩滑,叉燒夠足料4. 老馮流沙芋泥包要趁熱食,一咬開,d 芋泥流哂出黎,有好香的芋泥味總括而言,點心有中上的水準,炸物尤其出色價錢亦都合理,推薦!

總括而言,點心有中上的水準,炸物尤其出色
