男朋友講左好多次帶我去食,因為佢講到好好食,尋日終於有時間...我12點幾去,星期一,算係幾多人,我就叫左魚蛋牛腩幼麵,男友就叫左招牌"片頭切腩撈粗",碗野一黎我就飲左啖湯,真係唔同d,雖然有牛腩汁,但都飲到d湯好清,d魚蛋亦好彈牙,之後我就問男朋友"牛腩"同"切腩"有咩分別,我食左一舊就知道喇!切腩d肉鬆d,牛腩d肉明顯實d,梗係啦,一分錢一分貨既!我走既時候點幾鐘,已經坐滿哂人喇,証明真係好好食呢!

東大街是一條名副其實的「食」街,要由街頭食到街尾,至少都要個幾兩個星期。假期一個人走在這裡,諗起好耐無食安利,又次次都鬼咁多人在門口排隊。剛巧今日一陣失魂雨,門前的人潮消失了,就立即把握機會來幫襯。要吃就吃最出名的,就叫了差不多檯檯都叫的片頭腩撈粗,牛腩當然是要爽腩。先來上湯,雖然略鹹,都唔算好多味精;這裡的爽腩,是純正的爽腩,即全部是邊位,一點腩肉的部份也沒有,都算少見。於我而言,當然非常合意,不喜吃邊位,為何叫爽腩。具咬口,有膠質的感覺,好正;魚片就麻麻地,口感不錯,幾彈牙,但無咩魚味,調味似乎是靠其他添加劑;撈粗麵撈得幾勻循,黑豉油味道不過甜,幾香,反而我覺得鹹一點會更好。份量不多,不過如果味道好的話,我覺得還是應該去重質而不是重量的。總體來說,比隔離的撈麵更好。似乎下次再來,叫個爽腩肥腩撈麵就最好了。店員充足,反應夠快,我碗麵改完又改,都立即做得到,不錯。狂風掃落葉般食完碗麵,埋單25蚊,物有所值。如果唔使在門外排隊的話,是絕對的值得一試。題外話:話說食食下,有對情侶在對面坐下,女的望住我碗麵,問:「係唔係花膠來架?」我答:「係爽腩。」我估爽腩都如花膠般膠質豐富的。

其實都幫襯過十次都有,多數去新舖,大間D坐得舒服D!次次都叫魚蛋河,男朋友有時會叫牛腩河或者片頭撈粗,但我覺得後者麻麻地。反而我地最愛係件多士。鮮油奶多,不是鮮奶油多呀。好好味O家。我地次次都一人一件。但佢一開二為一件,食左一件另一件已經溶漏晒油。下次都係一件兩份食完,先再叫多件。

筲箕灣東大街好多野食, 但講到最出名最多人都係安利, 每個周日, 東大街尾都泊滿很多車, 他們都應是遠道來吃安利的.媽媽說, 他們的湯底是用地寶魚(<-唔知係咪咁寫) 煲的, 所以特別好飲. 食物方面, 我愛吃他們的片頭河, 或切腩河. 最多人叫應該是切腩鼓油撈粗. 他們的食物係幾好味...不過我又覺得不至於好味到咁多人來排隊吃囉..

其實我都住附近既街坊前幾日放假lunch 落去試下啦,我好耐之前食過一次魚蛋少,味道普通啦唔洗排隊,一入到去坐埋最近廚房張台見大家都話呢道唔錯,叫左個"切腩片頭豉油撈粗"不過張台有2,3隻蒼蠅飛黎飛去..無所謂啦,又唔坐得耐既黎左湯先,之後黎埋撈粗片頭普普通通,係有d魚味而切腩好似比較瘦啦..都係味道麻麻撈粗我覺得好似無撈咁,不過都ok既....賣相都幾大件,但食完有d口渴但係食物品質值唔值呢個價真係見人見智比預期中失望,有點名過其實呢...

同個artist去柴灣studio做, 幾個鐘完事, 大家都唔想返去公司附近食, 咁我又提議呢度整碗牛腩粉吃, 佢都好讚成!正值午飯時間, 預搭檯; 一侍仔就叫我地搭張全女班, 我地呀artist話晒都有少爺脾氣, 侍仔見唔對路都問句得唔得, artist梗係話唔得啦, 咪唯有按排另一張令我地坐起無咁異相檯搭囉!我要碗清湯腩河, 腩肉腍身, 但個人覺得肉味唔濃, 而且成碗份量偏少, 一定要再叫食至頂得! 我地聽到人地叫份鮮油奶多, 都叫份share; 嘩, 幾細塊, 但舊牛油就好厚, 好似擺塊芝士咁, 等陣溶溶地, 一流呀! 不過, 呢度最唔好, 就係唔坐得耐, 攪到我地連飲都唔係果度叫要出去公園飲! 陰功!!

很久沒有來了,燒烤之前,來這裡食個早餐.我還是叫了魚蛋粉和奶茶.魚蛋粉- 魚蛋比以前明顯差了,口感麻麻,魚蛋味又唔夠,河粉還可以.奶茶- 都唔錯,只是茶味比較淡.最後叫了我最喜愛的鮮油奶多士,味道好香,牛油也好味,多士也好脆;但一定要新鮮立刻食,唔係溶了就差很遠了.

很久沒有來了,燒烤之前,來這裡食個早餐.

魚蛋粉- 魚蛋比以前明顯差了,口感麻麻,魚蛋味又唔夠,河粉還可以.
奶茶- 都唔錯,只是茶味比較淡.
最後叫了我最喜愛的鮮油奶多士,味道好香,牛油也好味,多士也好脆;但一定要新鮮立刻食,唔係溶了就差很遠了.

今日點幾鐘去到,都幾多人下,搵個位坐低後,望左兩望個餐牌,叫左個切腩片頭撈粗($25)加杯凍檸蜜($11)。個麵就真係幾好食喇~但係個牛腩係就係"林",但係好乾,好難"趙",口感麻麻~~~我覺得耐唔耐經過開食返豌都ok既~講真,sao基灣選擇唔多,食下呢間都無妨~
