有日經過PP,見到呢間個樣好靚的餐廳決定入去試一下見到個MENU其實我地都唔知叫咩食好佢地宜家做緊個白松露promotion, 真係好香好好聞不過之後問個waitress, 佢話第一次食佢又唔建議我地食呢D咁重味GE野即刻覺得呢間野好好,唔係硬推一定要食貴野佢介紹左兩款比較classic 的意粉比我地因為唔食羊所以揀左lobster...餐廳好細心,知我地share, 佢就分開兩碟上比我地之後其實我地都唔知食乜好餐廳就介紹我地食青口佢呢到D青口係細細隻的,但佢都係啖啖肉好嫩口幾好味,其實份量都好多最後其實我黎的主因係想食甜品果然呢到的甜品無令我失望叫左個Tiramisu, 佢配上一個hazunut sorbet好好味,cream 的比例係好多但唔會覺得好油好漏的⋯⋯唔夠三分鐘我地就已經食晒呢間餐廳真係好唔錯!!下次想試佢地brunch, 好似好靚咁

中秋佳節,當然要食一頓美味的晚餐。這次我們去品嚐意大利菜。點菜後侍應為我們送上麵包,麵包籃裡共有三款包,其中一款是脆片。包可以沾醋及橄欖油,我們點了前菜-煙三文魚他他,可以用來配麵包一起吃。煙三文魚很肥美,將蛋及煙三文魚混合才吃,味道會更加濃郁、美味。原隻燒春雞,餐牌寫着它叫 spring chicken "diavola"。Diavola 是意大利文,有惡魔的意思;餐牌寫着材料包括chilli,我還以為是一道火辣的菜餚,但原來這道菜不是辣的。我會錯意了,我想餐牌所指的是甜椒吧!燒甜椒、矮瓜及青瓜雖然是配菜,但沾滿了醬汁,非常美味。春雞肉質嫩滑,多汁,十分出色。Tono pizza上堆滿了芝麻菜,平常我不太喜歡芝麻菜的味道,我覺得苦味重。但這裡的芝麻菜不會很苦澀,配上蛋黃醬、芝士、吞拿魚,苦味不明顯。餅底脆卜卜,是剛剛烤好的,沒有多餘的油份。我覺得這個餅底配任何的餡料都會好味,薄薄的餅底細滑、香脆,而且不會油膩。這天晚餐到這裡結束,沒有甜品,因為我們已在家中準備了月餅及水果。中秋還是要早點回家,跟家人聚首一堂!

好少黎pacific place食野,今晚剛好有朋友o係附近,提議黎呢間意大利菜。餐廳座位好寬敞,野食都係pizza pasta果d. 我地點左份南瓜意大利雲吞,pizza bismark同smoked salmon tartare.Smoked salmon tartare以前菜黎講份量都唔少,煙三文魚好香,撈埋蛋食幾正。而南瓜意大利雲吞就不過不失,南瓜味唔夠突出,雲吞餡亦偏少。呢個pizza bismark就好好味!好多塊富咸香既parma ham, pizza上面有一片片薯仔幾特別,芝士都夠多,個底香脆,係做得唔錯既pizza.最後點左份甜品tiramisu 好surprise, 首先賣相已經好令,mascarpone cheese好軟滑,底下有coffee finger, almond同 limoncello jelly, 成個配答好好味,而且都好大份,2個人share剛好飲品點左2杯mocktail都幾好飲而且賣相有誠意。整體呢度既pizza同tiramisu 都值得一試,價錢亦唔算太貴
