Tiramisu:質感同其他餐廳唔同,佢係比較結實,老闆話係以傳統方法/食譜製作,單係酒已有2種,其中1種係12年以上的威士忌,取其醇香味道;而芝士亦係2種混合,包括日本的忌廉芝士(可能記錯/寫錯)。較特別的係Tiramisu底部有黑朱古力。雖然望落甜品唔係好大件,但因為佢唔係平常食到的輕身版Tiramisu,所以幾有份量。可能個人口味,我覺得如果黑古力可以軟身少少(似truffle咁)會再夾啲,而家有少少似食到朱古力釘的口感

老闆健談,願意分享,包括佢採用的食材、烹調步驟、煮食心得、營運餐廳的原因、對其他餐廳的評價等。佢的成廚之路係無師自通,而佢亦表明唔鍾意煮嘢食,呢樣嘢令我諗到,好多人會將do what you love放於love what you do之上,其實呢種心態亦唔係心然、必須,因為professionalism就係喺自己做緊的事情上精進、有要求,唔妥協,單係呢種匠人精神已經值得欣賞。知道餐廳的工作同作為照顧者的責任已令老闆的身體有少少不勝負荷,令佢喺餐廳營運同食物預備方面需要作出調整,希望佢多啲自我關懷,保持健康呀!!

一人經營的小店,老闆好好人,因為天氣熱,專登開涼冷氣,等我地去到就可以涼到,仲倒水比我地休息。我地一行三人,雖然只叫左兩個套餐,但老闆完全沒有不滿,仲主動送多杯果汁比我地,依加咁好嘅服務態度真係好難得。廚房係開放式,所以見到老闆做手工意粉嘅過程,無論係手工意粉還是意大利飯都好好味呀,感受到老闆嘅用心製作,大家都比手指公呀,真心讚賞👍🏻臨走聽到老闆話可能做唔到幾耐,因為無咩人幫襯,覺得好可惜,因為真係好好味,如果之後食唔到就好可惜。如果大家鐘意食意粉,希望各位都可以比個機會「雄記」,相信大家都會覺得值得一試的。

呢間餐廳應該六七年前都已經知道存在,當然媒體上面好多都報道。老闆平易近人。一個人的遭遇及命運,有不同的故事,有了故事,很多事情就會發生。我們買的衣服奢華品牌名錶,要不然有故事你也不會買。這裏的食物就是一個故事。預早一天預訂,講明這裏家庭式款待,大家不要有太多的服務要求。食的是食物裏面的溫度及味道。龍蝦湯有自己的烹調方式,我覺得味道是比出邊好,但因為食物太夠料,所以有一點濃味而引起有少許鹹。有百吉麵包咁應該問題不大。不過自家麵包都好似係老闆自己焗。意粉當然比出邊餐廳做得出色,不過始終正宗的意大利粉係確實分別到。由意大利人做意大利粉,當然是原汁原味。不過比其他餐廳那些罐頭的意大利製作方法,當然就立見高下。爽口的。不過意大利粉裏面的層次以手工麵來講其實仲可以進步。那個橡木豬扒有些乾,但那個蘑菇汁確實非常夠專業。芒果沙律就係作為家庭式伴菜,有些酸。問題是在生果。甜品果凍亦做得恰當好處。提拉米蘇有另一類嘅製作,份量絕對足夠。整體這一餐其實係滿意,如果你要抱着五星級食物質素,這裏是家庭的五星級。地方騷擾性小,當然有車係比較方便。其實一班人三五知己其實都OK。

今日有幸食到佢個是日限定-蕃茄龍蝦湯大虾意粉,好唔好食真係呃唔到人,尤其小朋友把咀,小朋友自己一個人隊晒成碟意粉。🤣🤣🤣

另外,提拉米蘇必食推介,每日限量發售售完即止,每樣食材比例啱啱好,酒味唔會過火。

今日去咗同朋友三個人一齊食一間小店,位置有少少偏僻。店面非常清潔乾淨,座位唔多,得三四張枱。老闆一個人做晒樓面同廚房。首先我哋叫咗兩個湯試吓,第一個,係南瓜湯。南瓜湯非常濃郁,感覺到非常足料。跟住係洋蔥湯,我自己本身麻麻哋飲洋蔥湯,不過試咗一啖都覺得非常之甜,如果鍾意食洋蔥嘅朋友應該會覺得幾正。跟住叫咗兩個牛角包,牛角包係老闆自己整,非常酥脆,好香牛油味,非常推介。然後我哋叫咗一塊牛扒,提提大家,牛扒要預先訂,去餐廳之前同老闆講聲就得,因為老闆話要攞定出嚟解凍,有客人訂先會準備,睇得出老闆對食材準備非常有要求。因為朋友唔係好食得生,我哋叫咗medium,火候啱啱好,牛味非常重。我哋叫咗一個意大利飯同一個意粉。紅酒燴牛肉意大利飯煮得啱啱好,唔會過硬,牛肉煮得好琳同唔好入味,分量亦非常多。明太子海鮮手打意大利麵,意粉係老闆自己整,同現成買嘅意粉口感非常唔同,明太子味道濃郁,蝦亦都好新鮮。最後叫咗一個Tiramisu,本身自己唔太鍾意食甜野,但係都覺得幾好食,質感好棉滑,有香嘅酒味。

幾個人來吃午餐,訂了枱,麵是即叫即拉,十分有口感,牛肉入味,意大利飯濕度剛好。環境清靜,邊食邊傾,一流。味度方面,汁比較濃味。這是個人口味,朋友話好好味。不過沒有預訂菜式,餐牌上有些菜式未能即場提供。整體很不錯,一定會再試。價錢方面,正常合理價格,四個人食4個餐餐,4杯果汁。每人約230左右。

Food was amazing and worth our 1.5 hour commute! We ordered 1) red wine beef pasta ($130) - handmade pasta was fresh and chewy, the beef was extremely tender and the sauce was perfect, it was so good we went back after our ping shan trail walk to order takeaway (2 servings without the pasta at $98 each); 2) mentaiko seafood risotto ($158) - a well balanced risotto and very filling, 3) piglet belly in croissant ($110) - the pork belly was so juicy and tender, fits very well with the delicious app

We ordered 1) red wine beef pasta ($130) - handmade pasta was fresh and chewy, the beef was extremely tender and the sauce was perfect, it was so good we went back after our ping shan trail walk to order takeaway (2 servings without the pasta at $98 each); 2) mentaiko seafood risotto ($158) - a well balanced risotto and very filling, 3) piglet belly in croissant ($110) - the pork belly was so juicy and tender, fits very well with the delicious apple sauce combo and crispy croissant, 4) panna cotta - extremely smooth and not too sweet.

For drinks we got an elderflower cold presse and “evil ovaltine” (just like Singapore’s milo dinasour, yum!)

Highly recommend and would return to try their onion soup and risotto next time (requires pre-ordering). Last but not least, don’t forget to book beforehand!

Very high quality food in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. The croissants were melt in the mouth, lobster rissotto sauce was amazing and for sure made from scratch with lobsters, the freshly home-made pasta was perfect! We were lucky to be able to try the earl grey mousse which someone ordered and couldn’t collect. Amazing!The restaurant is situated next to Ping Shan historic path and a nice stroll after lunch was relaxing.

睇過佢嘅報導,原本只想支持小店,但試過之後覺得真心好味。老闆堅持食物水準嘅質素,一定要你order左之後佢即叫即整,連意粉都係喺你面前搓麵團,非常新鮮。意粉好彈牙意大利飯都好有咬口,唔似一般餐廳有時會煮到林pat pat。雖然選擇唔多,得四款,我哋四個人試晒四樣嘢,都非常非常之好味。可惜之前唔知道有啲餸菜要預訂,試唔到。下次一定要早一日打電話去預訂,試埋啲特別菜式。甜品只食咗奶凍同埋Tiramisu ,兩樣都非常非常非常高質,好好味,一定要再去幫襯!
