To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這次放假,我決定去呢間試試看。一走進店內,店面乾淨明亮,桌椅整齊排列,讓人感到舒適和放鬆。這種環境讓我對這家店的印象大大提升。當我坐下來點了早餐後,不久便上了一份太陽蛋、餐肉和沙嗲牛意粉。首先是太陽蛋,它的外觀金黃,蛋白煎得剛剛好,蛋黃流動而不過熟。入口後,口感滑嫩。接下來是餐肉,它的厚度適中且煎得香脆。最後是沙嗲牛意粉,意粉煮得剛好有嚼勁,牛肉片咬口尚可,還搭配上濃郁的沙嗲醬汁,口感豐富且味道層次分明。整體而言,這家某餐食早餐的食物質素中上,店內的服務也非常周到和友善,讓人感到宾至如歸。唯一美中不足的是價格稍微偏高一些。但考慮到他們提供的品質和服務,我覺得這是可以接受的。總結來說,我對這次在某餐食早餐的用餐經驗非常滿意。他們乾淨舒適的環境、美味可口的食物以及周到友善的服務都讓我留下了深刻印象。如果你正在尋找一家品質上乘且氛圍愉悅的早餐店,我推薦你來試試。

第二次幫襯,本來係去「韓兄弟」嘅,但坐左9個字,成間餐廳啲人食緊,我哋枱重坐緊,飲緊可樂。。嬲到爆,最後黎呢間。先前食過早餐,平靚正!今次晚餐,同樣無得頂👍🏼🤭川味四季豆炒豬頸肉、苦瓜魚枊煲、星州炒米。要求小鹽、走味精都做到。例湯大大碗又熱辣辣,果2個白飯都好得(夠大夠熱有飯香)上菜速度快又好味!真心無得輸!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🤭當日無乜客應該係母親節關係掛🤷🏻♂️希望唔係無人欣賞。有機會會再黎。

又係黎紅磡見客,持續左半個月,但係都係搵d唔同既茶仔或者餐廳試吓,難得嚟紅磡區,唔想咁快重複去食過嘅餐廳,朝早嚟到紅磡庇利街,見到有間佳餚坊開咗門做生意,入到左叫左個魚片榨菜肉絲米,煎雙蛋牛油多士,奶茶少奶,只係承惠$36蚊,價錢方面都算係平,食物方面就麻麻地,米粉一般般煮得耐左少少導致有d林pat pat,魚片較特別亦彈牙,煎蛋未夠理想雖然有黃色邊,但味道麻麻唔係靚蛋,茶色靚稍澀,地方乾淨環境寬敞不過應該唔會再去。

一間典型的港式餐廳,粥粉麵飯、小菜、點心樣樣都有,而且價位不會太離譜。 芥末牛柳粒薯仔炸得外脆內鬆化,牛柳粒炒至7成熟,口感軟嫩多汁,醬汁以用上蜜糖芥末醬調製,味道香甜帶點刺鼻。 西檸香煎軟雞雞肉以半煎炸的方式烹調,軟滑無骨,被晶瑩剔透的醬汁包裹著,檸檬汁和糖的比例剛剛好,酸酸甜甜。 菜心炒牛肉菜心翠綠不變色,牛肉又嫩又滑,口感清新。 錦鹵咕嚕豚肉百搭的糖醋汁酸酸甜甜,豬扒油脂均勻,軟腍嫩滑,每件都很掛汁,最後用上新鮮菠蘿作拌碟。
