元朗百樂潮州其實一直想幫襯,但係因為週末經常好多人排隊,所以每次到了門口都會放棄。依家因為YohI Mall開了新一期,酒樓食肆多了,人流分散了,加上可以用app攞飛先,咁就可以出門口前先攞定號碼,到了等一陣就可以入,非常方便!潮州酒家飲茶,不能不叫就是潮州蒸粉果,當然辣招油也是重點,這裡粉果做得不錯。我們亦點了潮式糯米卷,香芋馬拉糕,兩個飽點類得不錯,糯米飯香軟,馬拉糕不是軟綿鬆化那一種,反而是有點黏黏的像白糖糕的口感,好吃。好了,潮州酒家嘛,點個方魚肉碎粥是必須的,充滿期待,但係....睇相吧,58蚊一碗這樣的,廚房唔夠飯定湯水整多左?味道其實是可以的,但賣相實在令人唔開胃!另外一提,服務麻麻,送點心阿姨心情唔靚掛,次次放點心都好用力放落枱,唔係一次一時唔小心,係每次....

今日難得八號風球一家人突如其來的假期。打風一家人的活動就是去茶樓飲茶。商場比想像中人多,酒樓更是。我們到百樂潮州酒家,那裡的點心還不錯。其實不太肚餓,主要不想待在家發呆。咸水角挺不錯,外皮脆內軟有咬口,餡料少少咸肉。比一般的大件潮州粉果,皮有點厚。味道還好,一定點辣椒吃,有大排檔風味。燒賣,沒有肥肉,十分滿意。扎實,上面的蝦爽身。醬汁鳳爪還有一款鮑汁鳳爪,下次試一下。

今日去元朗區工作,於是約埋分行同事去元朗形點的伯樂潮州酒樓開餐,呢排成日落雨,所以一行五人搭的士去商場飲茶穩陣啲,連遮都不用帶,去到即刻有位,我們叫了蟹籽粒燒賣,鮮蝦莧菜餃,X〇醬蒸鳳爪,北菰棉花雞。點心全部即叫即蒸,用料新鮮,吃落口完全不覺得肥膩。之前聽營養師講,酒樓點心脂肪重,卡路里高,所以去親飲茶都好怕,吃得多變肥豬。但這裏的點心尤其燒賣和菜餃好明顯見到脂肪極少的,所以非常放心吃。冷盤點了海蜇手撕雞,雞肉一吃便知是新鮮雞,不錯!另外想吃清熱氣的涼瓜,這裏做的涼瓜黃豆排骨,用清湯底所以亦都不覺得膩,午市孖寶-魚香茄子炆鴛鴦米及家鄕梅膏排骨。另外要讚的是家鄉梅膏排骨,有點似甜酸一字骨,但改用梅子味,夏日非常之醒胃。

久不久就會食番餐潮州菜,就像這晚來到元朗形點二的百樂潮州酒樓,與幾位相熟友人一起飯聚,會時當然是談天說地。在聊天時,才得知百樂潮州酒樓原來今年五十歲生日。來一個凍花蟹,是經典潮州菜,每次都是凍食。食凍蟹時會添加醬汁,但還是食它的鮮味,原汁原味的吃,就有份鮮甜味道。每次來到潮州酒樓,總會想吃淨滷水鵝片,亦是因為是潮州經典菜式吧。滷水鵝本身就是柔糯,加上滷水汁,令食味增加,也令鵝片食味更突出。雖然並不喜歡吃內臟,但是杏汁白肺湯卻是例外。湯頭富有杏汁香味,白肺亦是柔靱,也帶有杏汁味道。子母龍鬚蝦為一手工菜,當中以蝦膠釀在鮮蝦上,而蝦膠則以蝦籽切粒及蝦茸各半及,再加上豬腩肉製作,故吃起來層次分明,極具口感。喜歡吃沙爹炒牛河,是因為富有濃的花生的沙爹醬與牛肉河粉一起炒,牛肉沾上沙爹醬變得濃郁香味,且又柔軟。羔燒甜四寶包括了芋頭、南瓜、蕃薯及白果,其顏色幾鮮艷的,甜度也不太高。食過晚飯,又是時候歸家。

又是因為工作,這一天,大伙兒來到元朗, 近幾年來,這一區不斷在轉變中, 變得比以前成熟了很多, 隨著區內新樓盤及新商場逐漸落成,今天已經有新景象。而飲食業方面更加是百花齊放, 由平民化的食店到高級日本餐廳都有。工作過後,便齊齊來這裡吃潮菜, 選這裡的原因很簡單,因為之前大家都已來過,對服務水準及食物質素,也有一定信心。坐下來, 地方裝潢典雅大方,是頗舒適的。菜色方面就由友人發板, 點了幾款其他菜色, 先喝杯甘香醇美的功夫茶,舒適的等開飯。全晩比較期待的菜式是潮州白烚凍花蟹, 花蟹本身也算大隻,每件蟹件都是十分好肉也兼實肉,勝在味道夠鮮甜嫩滑, 還有一些橙紅色和豐腴的蟹膏, 此品很快已被掃清,大家也吃得滿足。當然要試滷水鵝片,此品是潮州菜常吃之物,一大碟堆得滿滿的, 鋪面是卥水鵝片,鹵水鵝片份量不少, 鵝片肉質軟熟而鹵水味足,底下是鹵水豆腐,豆腐入口質感軟滑, 也不錯。湯品是一大窩的杏汁白肺湯, 整窩湯呈奶白色, 由店員來招呼,給每人盛湯。湯很醇厚,有鮮甜的肉味之外,杏汁味也濃香,入口清潤順喉,而湯料方面,軟熟好吃的豬肺是我喜歡吃的,當然不可錯過, 一大煲湯,很快已給我們喝完了!個人好欣

湯品是一大窩的杏汁白肺湯, 整窩湯呈奶白色, 由店員來招呼,給每人盛湯。湯很醇厚,有鮮甜的肉味之外,杏汁味也濃香,入口清潤順喉,而湯料方面,軟熟好吃的豬肺是我喜歡吃的,當然不可錯過, 一大煲湯,很快已給我們喝完了!

個人好欣賞的子母龍鬚蝦, 造法是以蝦膠釀在原隻花竹蝦上,蝦膠是以蝦籽切粒與蝦茸各半,再在蝦膠外層包上麵包絲, 然後用油炸麵包絲至呈金黃色, 是相當花功夫的一道菜。要先用刀叉切開蝦身成為一件件放入口, 麵包絲非常香脆, 蝦膠是結實的, 蝦肉爽口彈牙, 而蝦肉更加是鮮味十足。

It was my first time coming to this restaurant! When we sat down for 5mins, there were 3 waitresses kept chasing us to place order. We asked them to give us some time to read the menu, very annoying! 😏😏😏 The pork was very difficult to chew, the seafood with vegetables was ok and the beef was very oily and salty! Services were no good!
