Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🇮🇩印尼小食拼盤:最具代表印尼菜嘅就係小食拼盤,包括有雞翼,豆腐,秋葵,黃豆餅同埋雞塊,另外配咗酸辣醬,佢哋全部都係炸物,其中比較鍾意嘅就係佢嘅豆腐,啲汁鎖住喺豆腐裏面,咬一啖幾乎都流晒出嚟,超入味之餘口感都唔錯,其次係佢嘅雞翼,但得都唔錯味道唔係驚特別醃製嘅,好似原味咁,沾埋甜酸醬特別開胃,其次比較特別嘅就係佢嘅黃豆餅,黃豆餅其實係印尼小食之一,喺日常生活中比較少接觸到呢一款小食,佢個口感粉粉的,有啲硬身,幾乎冇乜味,但可能當地人鍾意佢夠粉嘅感覺😆😆

嘢飲方面我哋分別叫咗🍹柑桔青瓜冰同埋💚(熱)斑薄箭葉橙蜜,佢哋兩杯都有種好特別嘅感覺味道就好似香茅咁,柑桔青瓜冰好fresh,咁熱嘅環境底下飲佢啱晒,雖然柑桔嘅味都唔係好重,但佢青瓜是多到幾乎成屋都係,所以整體覺得都幾新鮮呢個配搭都唔錯,另外嗰杯熱嘅斑蘭橙蜜,我叫咗少甜,佢成杯都係綠色嘅,用咗香茅葉來做裝飾,令到成杯有濃濃嘅斑蘭味之餘再加上香茅嘅味道,聞到特別清香,飲落清清甜甜咁,真係唔錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

賣相相當之靚,雖然價錢唔算好平不過份量好大碟,炒飯底相當多,配料亦豐富有兩串雞肉串燒係好食相當惹味,旁邊有啲青瓜粒同蕃茄中和返冇咁漏。面頭係一隻脆邊煎蛋,通常印尼炒飯都有隻煎蛋。炒飯方面雖然係啡色不過佢唔算好鹹,反而係有少少類似胡椒嘅味辣辣地不過唔算係香辣食唔到。美中不足係炒飯有雞肉似燒雞雞肉撕但好韌

叫咗少甜已經好足夠,甚至覺得可以再更加少甜,因為黑糯米帶有甜味,椰奶底再吸收糯米香甜味,好好飲,反而黑糯米唔係平時食椰汁黑糯米甘煙韌粒粒分明,可能想淋淋地方便作飲品吸啜。黑糯米嘅份量亦相當多,飲完都飽飽地😂
