有時覺得滞滞地或想食得清淡點,三文治不失為一個好選擇,其實三文治不一定是沒有要求和涷冰冰的,來自米蘭的Panino Giusto絕對是高質三文治的代表者,之前去過IFC分店,感覺好Relaxing,今次來CWB的分店更有翠林花園用餐區,可惜當天晚上下雨,未能好好感受一番。細心看了一下餐牌,選擇頗多的,最後叫了Salmone和Washington 。Salmonehouse-smoked salmon, lemon, black pepper麵包外脆內軟口感很好,再來是淡淡的檸檬香味扑鼻,煙三文魚中有一絲絲的檸檬皮,令煙三文魚其鮮味更上一層。而煙三文魚本身也細滑嫰身,鹹味適中,整個組合配合得天衣無逢。WashingtonHam, Goat Cheese , Tomato第一口已經充滿油脂鹹香,Ham切得很薄入口即溶,而 Goat Cheese中和了Ham的霸道鹹味,令食起來感覺更舒服和有層次,Tomato令包更fresh 和带少少濕潤不會太乾身,Washington給人一種Classic的感覺,絕不花巧。

麵包外脆內軟口感很好,再來是淡淡的檸檬香味扑鼻,煙三文魚中有一絲絲的檸檬皮,令煙三文魚其鮮味更上一層。而煙三文魚本身也細滑嫰身,鹹味適中,整個組合配合得天衣無逢。

第一口已經充滿油脂鹹香,Ham切得很薄入口即溶,而 Goat Cheese中和了Ham的霸道鹹味,令食起來感覺更舒服和有層次,Tomato令包更fresh 和带少少濕潤不會太乾身,Washington給人一種Classic的感覺,絕不花巧。

另一個同樣係二星米芝蓮大廚研發嘅Madras帕尼尼三文治就有啲比下去嘅感覺,雖然味道唔差,不過都係前者較為特別同配合。呢個三文治最主要係用烤火雞胸肉,但係就唔係新鮮嘅火雞肉,而係加工過,類似火腿咁嘅,再配菠菜、蕃茄、黑米、杏仁片同特製咖哩沙律醬,其他食材已經蓋過咗啲火雞胸肉味,而啲杏仁片有啲硬,感覺突然間食食下,無啦啦有啲硬物,口感差少少,整體味道都算唔錯

最後食番個意大利甜品提拉米蘇,呢到嘅提拉米蘇比例軟身,應該係預先整好一大盤,再從中切一舊出黎,之後再灑上無糖可可粉,最底嘅手指餅浸咗咖啡,而唔係咖啡酒,所以只有咖啡香,無酒精咩味,同埋浸到淋曬嘅口感唔係太好,表面嘅馬斯卡邦尼芝士就幾滑溜,味道都唔錯,唔會太甜~

Love love love the mozzarella cheese landing beautifully at the centre! A big-indulgent bite of it was simply heavenly! Such pleasurable plate of salad indeed! By the way, I love black vinegar! Had it beautifully spreaded all over the plate!

Tartar sauce was the highlight! Tuna, ham and Edamer, a kind of yellow yoghurt blended very well together! Thumbs up to this palatable toast!

Coming to the end of the meal, we all definitely crave for some sweets! Glad that we had this delightful dessert to satisfy our sweettooth! This dessert was favourably dense and sweet! Strawberry sauce complemented well! Loved it!

House-smoked salmon, lemon, black pepper 
This was quite out of my expectation, the whole sandwich was quite thin for my liking when I expected an indulgent bite of it. Salmon wasn't piled up like the printed ads, and wasn't really filling either.



Overall we still enjoyed the meal a lot given the exquisite environment where you could lay back for the whole day!! The new favourite gem!

近排做野做到透吾過氣, 真係要襯下午有時間, 請咗半日假抖一抖。路過 Lee Garden, 聽朋友講過有一間吾錯的 coffee shop, 所以就試一試。可能因為 weekday, 所以室外只係得一枱客人, 我選了搖搖椅。今日天氣陰陰地, 有微風, 很舒服, 可以好好 relax 吓。叫了一杯 latte macchiato, 咖啡味濃, 好味道, 配 dark chocolate, 口感柔和, 好夾! 係今日偷返來的 relax 時間, 份外令人 enjoy !

材料豐富,而且芝士份量超多,半溶狀態,中意芝士既朋友絕對唔可以錯過!!

呢個包充滿小麥香,入面夾有 24個月 Parma Ham, 鹹香味濃,而且分量非常足料!

It ended up to be a semi-self service where you pay for the order and the item will be delivered when ready.  Back to the food - I ordered their signature Parma ham panini with cheese and rocket. When it arrived, it looked really fresh, I think the ham was cut to order. The portion size was decent, but it could be slightly bigger. I was expected feel full, being a $108 sandwich, which I thought was pricey. I knew the ingredients were premium, but it would be ideal if the size was a bit larger!

再黎個full look,牛肉雖是半生不熟的,但不會有腥味,而是濃厚的牛肉味,亦不會難咬開,再配上火箭菜,蕃茄片等很juicy,加了herb散發著香草味,火箭菜同檸檬皮有少少苦澀,還有橄欖油的滑,味道豐富有層次,好好味。

吃罷有點意猶未盡,再追加了一客甜品,是啤梨朱古力蛋糕,比起平常吃的海綿蛋糕這個更軟身,朋友說有點像鬆糕,個人覺得像馬拉糕,不過換了朱古力口味,上層有幾片香甜的梨片同朱古力醬,整體感覺不錯的。

坐在這裏用餐有點遠離煩囂的感覺,香港少有的休閒之地呢。

今晚約左朋友食意大利三文治,位於利園一期的一角,半開放的食店,一旁放滿原隻火腿的廚房位,中間是酒吧、調飲品及下單的位置。簡潔明亮的設置,既高貴又隨和的複雜交錯。今次的焦點是panini,所以無點酒,只點了茶/咖啡。輕食主要有沙律、頭盤、意大利麵包、三文治、甜品及飲品。麵包有20多款,牛、火腿、魚、雞及菜類等等都有。原本想坐outdoor位,綠油油的環境下進餐,心情特別好。但當日落雨,所以都係室內食。室內地方不算大,但也坐得舒服,因為枱夠大,加上有梳化,更加令人輕鬆。柔和的燈光之下,等店員送上食物。一排油潤咸香的火腿迎接我。友人點的cappuccino $38,拉花美觀,細密豐盈既泡沫,咖啡味道濃郁,奶香順滑,還有塊黑朱古力,味道很好。我點了 iced mango peach tea $45,一套好貼心又好型格的茶具。熱茶沖好後,倒入有冰底的大壺,最後再倒到杯中。令熱茶瞬間變凍,而又可以調教冰凍度。後來我直接倒到杯中,茶味會較濃。芒果味很香,帶點桃的甜香味,淡淡茶味,還有點薄荷清涼感,份量頗多。如果有蜜糖提供更好。Milano 2015 $11824 month Parma ham, R

風乾24個月的Parma ham, 味道不會過咸,肉質仍柔軟,可能因為薄切加上有點脂肪,整體味道其實幾平衡,咸香道質質感都剛好,不會太咸太油或太重味。配parmigiana reggiano意大利的頂級芝士cream及醋,味道也很夾火腿。特別在有香港少見的artichoke cream,即「雅枝竹」,清甜帶點果仁香味,原來都好夾火腿。

燒牛肉用了兩款香料,所以食落有陣陣迷迭香和鼠尾草的香料味,燒牛肉切的細薄但很濕潤,柔嫩肉質配香脆麵包很吸引。配料還有火箭菜、蕃茄等,味道也很搭。

同朋友share交換食,輕食來說,都頗飽足,價錢雖偏貴,但用料矜貴有特色,味道也幾好,跟朋友輕鬆小聚的好地方。留意到,下班後也很多客人來飲酒傾計。

It is difficult getting good paninis but the ones here are good because the panini and fillings are a match made in heaven and it depends on what you like.Here they have a wide variety of quality hams and my favourite is Prague Ham so I chose that with edam cheese.Also had the salmon which was good but in the end I regretted not choosing the Prague Ham and Brie because their ham and cheeses are that good.Guys would probably need to order two Paninis because I ended up eating two.Finished off wit

It is difficult getting good paninis but the ones here are good because the panini and fillings are a match made in heaven and it depends on what you like.

喜歡魚的,可以試試這個煙三文魚。它的材料,就只有超級多的煙三文魚,黑胡椒和檸檬皮,丁點兒其他的材料也沒有了,簡單就是美味!如果平時有逛超市的習慣,也應該知道一包煙三文魚其實也索價$45以上,所以這裡有靚環境,不用自己洗自己煮,$98我覺得蠻可以接受的。作為一般百姓來說嘛,Panino覺實不是每天都吃得起的餐廳,平均$150一位,夠飽嗎是絕對不夠的(笑)環境,食材,全部是上等中的上等,果然,這個世界上等人的生活就是不能跟平民相比,少一點FF,努力工作吧。

中間的Panini 用的是另一款的Parma Ham,熟成日子比之前那個短,所以口感不會太乾,質感上有點似薄切雞肉吧,加上蕃茄及芝士,口感比較Juicy,同先前的兩者各有特色, 一次過可以試到兩款口味也不錯!

最後的是燒牛肉餡的K2,燒牛肉味道濃郁,雖然是燒過但依然充滿肉汁,仲有部分是淡粉紅色的非常誘人,可見火侯控制得宜,只靠多汁微酸的蕃茄,蛋黃醬作調味,我覺得三個最惹味係呢個!
