一個難忘的晚餐。 食物及服務質素與價格不成正比的餐廳。 在門外看了看餐牌便與朋友決定入內試試這間意大利餐廳。 但店內服務生對顧客的要求不以理會及拒絕提供協助。 我們點了兩款菜式 ~ 肉腸磨菇薄餅及松子黑豚肉手做意粉,但兩款菜式均十分失望。 先說這個薄餅 ~ 配料什少, 如吃純芝士薄餅; 最失望就是這個意粉,在點這個意粉前已向服務員提供意見,但當這意粉來時,失望萬分 ~ 這些黑豚肉並沒有任何肉味及質感。我們向店內經理投訴服務員的態度時, 這位經理沒有積極地解決我們的投訴, 再向高級經理投訴時, 他也只拿出愛理不理的態度。 The managers and waiters has lack of experience to handle customers requests and compliants. The waiters also not qualify to introduce and/or recommends the dishes to customers. The food price and quality are not equivalent. We ordered the Salsiccia Mushroom pizza but the portions of toppings are very less and the maccheroni has rare taste.You pay not what you get. Disappointed dinner in this restaurant.

這是其中一間我最喜歡的餐廳,環境不錯也可以坐久一點。今年的生日預訂了在這裡吃晚飯,食物質素跟平常一樣好。這一次,也是第一次在Openrice寫食評,是因為我很想感謝當天為我準備生日蛋糕的團隊(Both Kitchen & Service Team, whoever had served our table before)。生日蛋糕其實不是在餐廳點的,也不是餐廳送的,哈哈!蛋糕只是男友預先帶去,準備飯後一起切。蛋糕本來只有熊本熊的模樣,沒有什麼裝飾,只有一塊朱古力牌,因為是3D蛋糕所以我已經覺得很滿足了!餐廳卻花時間拉了糖絲,放了一些meringue和紅色碎碎的裝飾才拿出來!好像幫他穿了件衣服一樣!!沒想到就算是外帶的蛋糕你們也會花心思去弄得更好!!雖然只是個小小的舉動,卻令人感到十分窩心!!!Thank you so much for all your efforts and arrangement!!

食材新鮮和菜式特別。餐廳環境舒適和職員服務態度良好。特別推介:黑松露Pizza味道極佳,非常特別。帶子(特大)鮮甜美味。海膽天使麪- 口感豐富,味道特別。海鮮雜會:用料新鮮,醬汁帶出海鮮味道非常鮮甜。Lemonade飲品,感覺非常清新。值得推介。

之前曾在灣仔吃到一間很好吃的意大利菜,可能最近發現它關門了,有點失落。後來朋友告知原來該店在圓方也有,於是和三個朋友一起去吃晚飯。我不是常到圓方,所以要找餐廳位置也不太易。到了廣場,也望了許久才找到店門… 因為門口店名沒有開燈,對比其他店比較暗,但店內卻是光猛的。我們一行四人,吃了好幾道頭盤…超讚!必吃!沒有想過意大利煮法的牛肚可如此好吃!好吃!魷魚不韌,有油香。羊肉丸不羶,吃出點點蜜糖味,香口。鵝肝多士,OK,平穩,沒有驚喜。主菜來了…偷看其他食客也點了不同的薄餅,於是我們也點了這燒牛肉薄餅。餅皮香脆有芝士香,雖然燒牛肉像就這樣放上去般,但是牛肉味道一流,蓋過了這小缺點。海鮮大燴,其實食材新鮮的,可是那汁不太配合,致味道有點令我小失望。手造意粉配辣蕃茄醬,意粉有點硬,一般。記得上次在灣仔吃Carbonara真的好吃多了。最後甜品點了杏仁蜜糖芭菲,很好吃很特別的甜品,好有杏仁香,蜜糖配黑松露卻出奇地配,值得一吃!其實我點了Innocent Passion喝,主底是Homemade Lemonade,很好喝。而朋友那杯Pina Colada,他說椰味香濃,不像外間淡口,也很好喝。另外,環境不錯,服務也很好,很周到。總體來說,是值得推介的餐廳,雖然價錢略貴,但間中來一次吃好點也不為過。
