Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 以前食過北京樓印象不錯,前幾天,同事食完,頻呼中伏,話很難食。 我唔信,揀咗元朗形點的北京樓,食完果然又係中伏,難食。點咗五樣餸,其中蔥爆羊肉跟叉子2隻$138,羊肉冇羊肉味,唔好食,但勉強可以入口;鮑汁蔥燒海參$398,鮑汁冇味,海參有腥味,極極極難食🤮; 宮爆蝦球$228,蝦不小,但蝦球粉太厚,掩蓋了蝦的味道,原本以為宮爆應是辣的,但結果卻是甜的;辣香小炒肉$108,不辣也不香,味道一般;蒜蓉炒豆苗$128,味道普通;整體負評! 負評! 負評! 重要的事講三次! continue reading

因為住元朗附近,平時都有去北京樓食嘢,今次隔咗幾個月再嚟,食物質素都有keep到,但上菜就慢咗少少。嚟呢度一定會叫嘅北京片皮鴨,推介佢嘅蟹鉗,每隻都係超足料同埋大隻,今次適逢大閘蟹季節,叫咗蟹粉炒飯,都係一樣咁好味,呢度嘅炒飯真係好夠鑊氣,飯炒得夠乾身粒粒分明,另外都有叫小籠包,都一樣係皮薄多汁。 continue reading

北京樓菜館是長輩心目中的中菜名店,然而最近的一次用餐卻大失所望,菜式明顯大失水準#### 菜式水準大跌####進入餐廳,環境仍然清潔明亮。然而,當菜單上的美食陸續上桌時才發現,這裡的菜式水準已經大幅下滑,明顯的冷藏原材料,雪味仍未去,外層強加調味,外層味道過重,裏面淡然無味。招牌的北京烤鴨,鴨皮不夠酥脆,肉質也略顯乾柴,連配料的大蔥青瓜,亦只有兩三塊,寥寥可數。#### 上菜馬得急####此外,餐廳的菜品上得極為急促,幾乎是剛點完菜,服務員就迫不及待地將菜品一一端上,讓人感覺猶如在趕場。這樣的服務不僅影響了用餐的氛圍,更使得每道菜的品嚐過程都顯得匆忙,整體用餐氣氛變得猶如在茶餐廳。而且大概忙中有亂,最後上完甜品才發覺有一道主菜未上,在甜品後才上主菜的清炒時蔬,實在失望。#### 總結####總的來說,對北京樓這次用餐十分失望。菜式質量的下降、味道的乏善可陳,難以想像這是老牌餐廳的質素。可一不可再 continue reading

一想起係香港要食北京填鴨,一定會先諗起「北京樓」,今日帶屋企人去享受一餐北京菜一坐定嗌了茶後,就即刻點左半隻北京填鴨,因為等候需時一上菜已急不及待地把北京填鴨肉加埋配料同鴨醬一拼包好,一口一口地吃,趁熱食更好😃之後我地點左小籠包、賽螃蟹、燒賣等食物,小籠包爆汁要小心食,賽螃蟹建議嗌碗飯搭配更好😃可以預先係網上到取飛,或者早啲到現場在取票機到攞飛 continue reading
