提前慶祝父親節,北京樓不可以電話book要walk in, 不知為何晚上6點前餐館已接近full晒,大約6點拿位,6點9先有位。裡面裝修晤錯,有點氣派。用餐時間90分鐘。服務員都比較年輕所以做野都晤會太慢,上菜速度都幾快。每碟菜擺盤都有花心思,每隻碟都晤同,每次上碟都令我心心眼😍 雞絲粉皮好好味,豬手切得好精緻,蝦球好大隻,小黃魚都好大條,個湯好足料有花膠海參火腿粉絲⋯片皮鴨個粉皮都好夠薄及新鮮,甜品都好正。最後大家都食到好飽,滿肚水。

很久沒吃北京樓了,8點左右來到,人很多,需要等位,大概八點半後入座。我們兩個人點了雞湯小雲吞,蔥爆羊肉配叉子燒餅,茶樹菇炒雞丁,最後怕老公吃不飽,再叫多一碗白飯(沒想到白飯也出乎意料地好吃)。雞湯小雲吞一如既往的鮮美,但我今日最喜歡的是這個蔥爆羊肉,有嚼勁且有著淡淡孜然味,而叉子燒餅又香又脆,除了羊肉,裹著茶樹菇雞丁吃也不錯~最後點的洛神花雪梨水也很好喝,今晚吃得很舒服~

朋友一早等位,茶點了瑰荔堂煌。是玫瑰荔枝,荔枝味很出,沖了幾轉都仍然有淡淡的荔枝味。前菜很好食,微微的麻辣味,很惹味。豆粕很入味,青瓜亦很爽。莧菜黃花魚羹,黃花魚很鮮甜。略嫌太稀。蟲草花炒小豆苗,小豆苗份量很多,但蟲草花的份量很少,沒有青草的味道。味道很清爽。一向都很喜歡食片皮鴨,所以每次去北京樓都必叫。今次的片皮鴨,略為有點肥,但皮都仍是脆。不知道是否太忙,有好幾個員工都扮睇唔到我哋。有enjoy卡仍然有九折優惠,前後平三十多元。

每次黎到北京樓都會叫片皮鴨,我地有4個人食,就叫左半隻鴨,每人兩至三塊。餐廳好多人叫鴨,所以每次黎都需要d時間,等左15分鐘左右,但每次都暖暖地,仲係脆。不過,今次食既時候就略嫌皮下脂肪有d多,一咬落去油脂有d多。另外,包住鴨個塊皮唔會太厚,而且韌度都高,整體黎講都係好。

第一碟黎既餸就係頭盤茉莉花燻素鵝🦢 依個係一個冷盤 一入口就食到腐皮既豆香味 緊住腐皮包住爽脆既蘿蔔、芹菜同冬菇絲 但整個味道有d過甜 而甜味唔係黎自蔬菜既味道 而係有另加糖調味 而蘿蔔既味道比較特出 其他蔬菜既味道欠奉 亦都冇茉莉花既燻香味 所以唔太推薦叫依個👎🏻

緊住黎既就係莧菜黃花魚羹🍲 一見到個羹都已經覺得好吸引 因為佢望落好足料 有好多魚粒 亦有不少莧菜 本身想攞枝胡椒粉沈落個羹到 我家姐即刻叫停我 因為佢話個羹已經有胡椒粉味 我第一啖放落口已經比佢焫親 而且我吞落去時 成身都好熱 所以食既時候真係要小心 第一湯匙有滿滿既魚 食到淡淡既魚鮮味🐟 亦食到莧菜少少爽脆既口感 蛋花順滑 個羹既稠度通中 唔會太水似湯 亦唔會一嚿嚿好稠 而調味就有d太鹹 胡椒粉既辣味亦到重 家人飲到底時食到魚有淡淡既腥味 相信佢d魚唔算係好新鮮 所以要用d調味蓋過 但整體黎講我覺得都算滿意👍🏻

緊住就黎左個狀元樓豆沙鍋餅 其實我係個電話落單時係選擇左稍後叫起 但唔知點解既咁快黎左 都冇所謂 我地都唔介意鹹同甜點一齊食 我夾起一塊 見到薄薄既外皮包住一層薄薄既豆沙 一放落口 有d失望🙍 雖然佢係挺身 但佢一d都唔脆 偏向似一d放耐左既餅 而且亦唔係好熱 食到淡淡既油味 而且佢既紅豆餡亦都唔多 所以唔太推薦食個甜品

緊住生煎包就登場 睇落外表冇咩特別 但係一咬第一啖 d湯汁就由包後面噴出 湯汁亦冒出煙 熱辣辣 所以真係要小心食 肉既份量適中 而且仲有大量既湯飲仲係個包裏面 個包下面有層脆脆既皮 煎得好香 但又唔會太油膩 依家諗起仲有d掛住個包🤤

最後就到我阿媽期待已久既炸蟹鉗 個蟹鉗旁邊有個心形小碗裝住d甜醬 我第一口就先唔點醬 一咬 旦牙既外皮 緊接住就有d熱辣辣又有蟹鮮味既汁噴入我既口入面 再入面就係啖啖既蟹肉 🦀️ 口感豐富 亦令我十分滿足 因為都好少係其他餐廳食蟹鉗會有咁大嚿蟹肉 緊住第二啖我就嘗試點埋甜醬 甜醬令到炸蟹鉗既油膩感大大減低 其實兩個食法我都同樣喜愛 睇下想要比較重既蟹鮮味 定係想試比較惹味又冇咁油膩既食法👍🏻

依一餐就係好滿足 雖然都有d美中不足 因為我地得3個人 家姐又唔係好食鴨🦆 所以未能試到依間餐廳比較出名既北京填鴨 雖然我地午餐去食 但都見到有好多人叫左鴨 而且見到不少外賣單叫鴨 希望下次可以試到

另外記住餐廳係可以Yuu儲分 儲完Yuu記住儲埋 “The point “ 個個app 既分 只要上存張單上去個app就ok 儲阿分 下次係yoho等商場都可以用積分當錢用

我地下午5:30 到北京樓諗住想食片皮鴨,去到原來6:00pm 先開始入坐,仲要已經好多人book 左枱,好彩當時我地排第3組客人所以都可以入到去食,見到第6枱客已經要等下轉😑,入坐之後立即叫個匯豐卡6折四人餐,上菜好快,杯茶(叫左菊花)勁好飲,片皮鴨完全唔肥,糟香酒醉雞好入味,體都好好味,只係有一樣高郵鹹蛋蝦球差少少,最後我地4個人都食唔晒,要打包食嗰時都見到好多人等位,所以建議去食之前訂咗位先,如果唔係要等好耐
