Signature was the lamb.
A lot of condiments.
Soy sauce pre-mixed with Sesame sauce. Trio of chili sauce; kelp-infused soy sauce and Mongolian wild onion and peppercorn sauce.
Tray of extra condiments: parsley, oyster sauce, crushed peanuts, leek flower-fermented bean curd, thai pepper rings, cilantro and chives.
Here’s what we had.
Clear soup base as recommended by server. We wanted to try the half/half soup bases but those had to be pre-ordered.
錫盟草飼至尊30羊肉 (150g)- loved it.
雪花5A寧夏鹽池灘羊(200g)- a bit too fatty for me.
厚切穀飼雪花牛小排(100g)
寧夏土豆寬粉 (100g)
四季菜籃子- great selection. Particularly liked the baby corn.
Singing Performance halfway through the meal.
Wanted to order dessert but already past the last order threshold.
In summary: a journey of flavors, textures, musical and visual splendor; curated by excellent service. Must-try for lamb lovers.
