To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 臨離開坪州前想食返餐好的。見到碼頭旁邊有間茶餐廳。見到我哋,就同我地講要等一陣,即刻比凳我哋坐。招呼非常唔錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻等咗15分鐘到已經有位,我哋被安排入去室內坐。牆身放滿晒坪洲嘅照片,又有冷氣,感覺唔錯。星洲炒米 $52⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️有鑊氣,炒得乾身惹味。脆香西檸雞球,送白飯 $85⭐️⭐️⭐️味道不過不失,雞件可以再入味D。洋蔥京都骨 ,送白飯 $85⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️酸酸甜甜都幾好食椒鹽豆腐,送白飯 $85⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️即叫即炸,外脆內軟,都幾好食。不過椒鹽味可以重返少少。玩咗一日之後,同三五知己坐低叫幾個餸食飯吹水。整體感覺唔錯,價錢合理。仲可以校啱時間去搭船,值得推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

此餐廳位於坪洲碼頭旁邊,位置方便。由於坪洲的食店不多,很多舖頭都已經沒有位,有些又沒有開舖。和朋友遊走了整個島都找不到有位置坐下來吃點東西的地方,所以最後隨便選了這間就近的餐廳休息一下。餐牌有各種小食、粉麵、碟頭飯等,而我們選了西多士和雞翼薯條,還點了凍咖啡和凍鴛鴦。西多士中間夾了花生醬,外皮金黃。雞翼薯條炸得很香脆,都算份量夠。飲品都幾大杯,可以望着夕陽和海景慢慢享用悠閒的下午茶。餐廳還有很多食客點了碟頭飯,份量看似幾大碟,下次可以一試。遊客到坪洲遊玩除了可以找間Cafe chill下,光顧一下地道的茶餐廳也是不錯的選擇。 continue reading

假日無聊之際,當然最好約埋三五知己到離島遊玩坪洲話大唔大,話細唔細。優優閒閒咁環島遊,不經不覺玩足一日。漸漸玩到日落黃昏,已經疲倦不堪。坪洲好多食肆唔係大排長龍,就已經關門為方便又就腳起見,揀左碼頭隔離既餐廳享用晚餐。我地1行4人,點左3道小菜。1. 椒鹽鮮魷食左幾舊先記得影..份量足夠,對得起價錢炸皮酥香脆口,魷魚有彈性得黎唔un。而且口感唔油膩,配一杯啤酒應該一流2. 西檸雞西檸雞靈魂之處在於佢既醬汁,醬汁調配得剛剛好,酸酸甜甜好開胃。用黎送飯一流呀雞扒新鮮炸出黎,食得出既酥脆。而且雞肉唔鞋口,嫩滑有汁。推薦程度3. 炒時蔬不過不失,食落無沙就夠。食飽飽可以坐定定等船到,唔洗趕船,見到船埋岸慢慢行都得 continue reading

老闆及婆婆都十分有禮貌,臨走前都多謝我哋光顧,真心好耐無遇過😚😚銀芽肉絲炒麵$52⋯⋯極欣賞餐廳老闆之少油少鹽、味精屋企人想食炒麵唔係炸麵,俾我食又覺得唔錯炸麵好乾身脆口,肉絲唔油膩,唔肚餓都食晒😜肉鬆欖角四季豆$85⋯⋯算貴,不過好食😋通常呢啲炒到成碟油,我最怕;呢度無喎!因為太油我會拉肚子,呢間完全無事😙😙肉鬆+欖角炒得超香口🤩豬扒炒河,估$52實際唔太清楚,屋企人俾錢😔豬扒炸得好乾身唔油膩,河粉都無乜油有點「旱」都唔算太差😊檸檬茶跟餐+$5⋯⋯唔甜夠凍夠解渴🥰餐廳出碼頭轉左,好近座位舒適,唔錯🙂 continue reading

好耐冇去過坪洲,今日同朋友去行山,想搵地方食下午茶,點知四周圍都爆曬,仲排長龍,突然間醒起落船嗰陣見到個招牌,就行返出去碼頭,再行前多少少近海邊就見到間餐廳,入到去餐廳裏頭,裏面都好寬敞,唔似得香港嘅餐廳咁迫,見outdoor都有位,但係行完山真係太熱啦,所以我哋坐入面。睇個特飲餐牌,天時暑熱最好就係飲啲冰凍嘅嘢,所以我揀咗抹茶鮮奶,都幾好飲,上面啲奶泡好滑好輕,紅豆都好足料。👍🏻👍🏻食物有好多選擇,仲有雲吞麵食,但係天氣太熱唔想食湯麵,隨便嗌左啲小食,不過真係好驚喜,個炸雲吞真係好特別,首先佢既形狀唔係圓形🤣,然後佢哋用咗個好西式既兜兜既裝住,好搞鬼,個女侍應話呢個一定要試,係老細自己包,食落去落去個味都好好吸引。可能因為呢度位置唔就腳,所以大家都錯過咗海邊呢間隱世餐廳,如果有機會再嚟坪洲,我都會試吓呢間既其他野。 continue reading
