小米發現將廣有新餐廳, 即是以前富臨那個位置, 新店又是中式酒樓.    難得小米想食中式早茶, 所以我倆到酒樓飲早茶.  職員很快安排在內堂包房就座, 但這1號房是有7-8張枱了!   洗過餐具後, 發現 枱面有特價點心紙. 看到優惠, 馬上2眼發光. <一蚊都算到盡>的潛意識又出來了!  點了2個孖寶再加一籠燒賣皇, 快快交給職員.   不過等了很長時間, 還不見食物呈上. 房內几枱客人也在催單呢!  新開的餐廳, 職員還未完全習慣新工作環境, 是需要時間來磨合.   不過最特別 = 部份職員不熟悉FLOOR PLAN &枱號的位置囉!!!!    香煎蘿蔔糕  是小米點的點心.   3件蘿蔔糕, 2面煎得夠香脆但不油膩, 配辣油更美味. 內裡還有粒粒的臘腸, 帶著臘腸微微的甜味和玫瑰露酒味.    皮蛋瘦肉粥  軟綿綿杰撻撻, 即是SHOW ME YOUR LOVE的朋友, 無需太多牙力去咀嚼的食物, 就是小米喜歡的款式.  加入大量胡椒粉後拌勻, 然後小米就把蘿蔔糕浸在粥裡, 全都變成軟綿綿的食物了.    燒賣皇3件   小米看到顏色鮮艷的燒賣, 馬上起筷要搶

自己看錯, 以為是<含綺>肉餅飯, 原來是銀魚肉餅飯. 
銀魚也許鹹鮮味足, 但銀魚太硬了, 唯有把銀魚夾走.. 
盅裡就剩下肉餅和蒸飯. 肉餅彈牙, 不似勁啤水/山竹牛肉那種口感.  
而蒸飯吸收了肉餅精華, 在飯香中透出淡淡的肉味. 
個人覺得 飯底比肉餅更才是最美味.

試新店中伏,今晚叫咗個$9xx(4人套餐),明白新開幕服務運作會混亂,(第一宗罪)“等了1個鐘頭”才有第一道餸菜上枱,都唔緊要。最後上甜品及埋單才是戲肉,(第二宗罪)送餐員話沒有紅豆沙給了4件桂花糕代替(一碗紅豆沙都$20,4件桂花糕幾錢呀?),問有冇其他甜品她話要問經理,(等咗10分鐘)“自稱經理的女士”話套餐甜品沒有寫明是什麼甜品,所以唔會有其他甜品選擇亦沒有其他甜品提供(真係串,下次可以給4粒方糖當作甜品),但隔離枱剛送上兩件紫米糕。之後,又叫“另一位男經理”來話有紫米糕給我,這時候,我已覺得沒有需要了亦無意思,去了埋單。這是什麼的服務態度?(第三宗罪)埋單時,前一位客人用Paywave拍卡付款,收銀員話他張卡有問題,之後要刷另一張卡付款。到我用Paywave付款時,又話我張卡有問題,真的忍夠了,我說是否你部Paywave機有問題,個個客都用唔倒Paywave,係就停咗佢唔好用啦,免浪費客人時間及質疑客人信用卡有問題。幫襯一次就夠了,沒下次。如睇完都去幫襯,又中伏就不要埋怨了。漁港高管有興趣可以睇下當晚的服務情況,我係6月12日晚上7時半入座,27號枱。
