巧得是中午我在這間餐廳食飯,晚上在電視劇《誇世代》裡又見到在此餐廳拍攝的場景,有少少興奮的感覺😊。

餐廳不算太大,我們被安排到最裡間用餐,那個區域一面鏡子一面玻璃窗的空間設計很光猛開揚,桌椅也佈置得寬敞有余,坐得非常舒服。

我因為近期感冒未清的緣故,需要暫時戒口,看到那些自助前菜大多是我不能吃的海鮮和生冷食物,所以放棄選 Brunch Set ,想吃得簡單清淡一點,改為單點了一款[Amatriciana]HK$ 208 另收加一,隨餐送自家製麵包。

典型的意式麵包,皮脆心軟,抹上特製的香草醬,少鹹少酸,很醒胃,吃起來的味道出奇的香口,好味到全部吃完。

[Amatriciana]是一款經典的意大利麵,有醃豬面頰肉、辣椒、特製番茄醬製成,落單時要求了走辣。
端上檯面的意粉在番茄仔的襯托下,紅得很有光澤,口感有濃濃的番茄醬香味和淡淡的蒜香味,切成細片狀的醃豬面頰肉烤得脆脆的,混在意粉裡吃起來有一種質感,不錯不錯👍!

值得一提的是這間餐廳不但提供美味的食物,更有相對應的良好服務。像A小姐點的 Brunch Set 原本是"手工意式貓耳朵麵",落單時要求改為長意粉;而我點的[Amatriciana]也是在落單時要求走辣,送上檯的食物既完全符合我們的要求,又美味可口,盡顯大廚的專業水準,不愧為"香港米芝蓮美食推介餐廳"這個榮譽稱號!

可以說,這間餐廳不但位置高,大廚的水準和服務的水準也高,是一間處於高樓之中的高檔西餐廳。

香港唔似外國咁有still water收錢嘅習慣,餐廳好應該提醒客人佢地水要收錢
最後兩個人過千蚊埋單,完全有被人搶劫嘅感覺

對是無得輸, 未吃已深深被吸引,熱辣辣又熨口的Pizza 入口同樣是美味香脆,令人回味無窮。

We ordered Giant Fries, Spaghetti Red-Prawns and Slow-cooked Salmon.

1. Giant Fries - quiet dried inside... either the quality of the potato is bad or the fries wasn’t defrosted properly they fried it right away. I have definitely had much better giant fries than this.

2. Spaghetti Red-Prawns - we ordered this because it was ‘hand-crafted pasta’ . The pasta rather tasted like hand-crafted Chinese noodle and not so much like spaghetti.

3. Slow-cooked salmon- I did not like the texture at all, felt like it wasn’t properly cooked. I understand that that this is slow cooked, so it’s normal to be a bit raw inside. However, it was not even warm and it was like eating salmon that was sitting in room temp for a while, overall the texture was quite gross. Actually, felt quite sick after eating this dish, cuz the texture was just quite disgusting. I think the slow-cook wasn’t enough time. If it was given more cooking time, I think it would be much better.

Service: the waiter asked us if the food was ok and how was our experience at the end of our meal. I said, I am not sure if you like to hear, but I would like to tell you that we didn’t quite enjoy.

He asked me why, I pretty much said the comment about the salmon temperature and the fries was too dried, the waiter replied ‘I don’t think you understand what slow cook is and that the fries are like that cuz it’s fried.’ As a customer, I felt quite insulted, I was simply reflecting some true opinions about the food and this is definitely not the way to treat a customer. I was simply being honest, after all one dish is almost $400 and you are Michelin restaurant, I definitely expected some quality the food and service, that’s why I wanted to reflect how I felt about the food. I guess they just cannot accept the truth that the food really had some quality issue.

My conclusion for this place is don’t ask the customer how you feel about the food if you don’t want real opinion. If there’s really quality problem, should look into finding a solution instead of insulting the customer, cuz the problem won’t go away.

自己delete羅,咁多張點都有幾張呃到Like 既,其實staff真係做得好好。

埋單 $1,388 (2人餐) + $136 (2隻蠔) + $38 (蛋糕寫字 & 噴火蠟燭) + $78 (Sparking Water) + 10% = $1,804
老實講$78 支水預左比人賺,去得呢D地方,呢D錢就唔好計,人地交租都要。

好多人介紹呢個招牌 Slow-cooked Akaroa King Salmon, 果然值得一試! 依家興慢煮烹調菜, 呢個亦是採用呢個煮法既一道菜式! 魚既滑度, 老公形式為好似魚生咁滑, 不過佢的確係煮熟左既一件三文魚, 同埋仲可以保存到魚本身既味道, 而且件魚咁厚, 入面都煮得仲係咁粉嫰, 真係好犀利! 三文魚下面墊住既係一D似BB彈咁既粉圓, 用蕃茄汁煮過, 仲有帶子粒蟹肉條等其他材料製成, 粉圓煙煙靭靭, 幾得意! 蟹肉帶子亦好爽口鮮甜!

第二道係 Goal Grilled Aged US Prime Rib-Eye Steak, 同樣出色! 扒既外層煎得香脆, 但裡面既肉質就好鬆軟嫰滑而且好有肉味, 肉汁亦能鎖住, 唔會覺得好乾鞋口! 配上芥末醬或者本身佢 跟碟既松露醬或者 蒜香汁都同樣好味!

Location:  both friend & myself gone into the wrong building as this was not opposite the Time Square Environment :  the view is good  but the table is a bit small for this price range food Waiter :  too pushy to collect all dishes awayfood :   1) pizza base is crispy , topping with mushroom which is good   2) Lamb chop is good too  3) bread  freshly bakedwater :  only tap water  price :  not cheap though as the pizza wd be good for 2 little girl but not man unfortunately

Penthouse 相信大家都唔陌生

餐廳比較有特色
點左一客龍蝦海鮮飯同一份pork ribs
聽到waiter 話要等耐小小
就出左去露天位睇夜景
個人覺得差唔多既design
THE ONE 既餐廳做得比較好 個景又開楊小小

早前跟朋友聚會,都有一個長時間🙈🙊來了吃這個44度慢煮特大三文魚,我覺得味道很不錯,三文魚份量十足,味道夠入味,但有點酸,大概是因爲蕃茄汁吧,但其實是類似罐頭湯而成的汁,三文魚入口不會太硬而且嫩,賣相亦吸引份量好大好夠飽三文魚口感唔硬好嫩再加上豐富的配料,口感十足,好吃非常而且這家店的環境很好,晚上看落下面,可看到整條街道很美,而且店員亦有耐心介紹食物,飲品選擇又夠多,希望將來會可再嚐其美味!

到左主菜,兩款扒我地都各叫一份。一個係西冷一個肉眼。我叫左5成熟但有少少overdone左,不過佢烤得好香,一上抬個肉味已經好強,烤得啱啱好做到外脆,又鎖得住肉汁。一切落去肉汁已經流出,面頭少少的海鹽已經帶出個肉味,基本上冇汁都好好味。
