Mac and cheese, 和字面上意思一樣,就是芝士通粉。與一般mac n cheese最為不同的地方就是,芝士醬汁內還有黑松露醬,豬肉香腸等配料,令味道有所提升之餘還令菜式更豐富。通心粉熟的程度剛剛好,軟滑而且保留著一點點口感。

怎麼才星期一便覺得很需要放鬆轉眼又月底了媽媽便帶我到她最近的favourite Penthouse 她最近都很喜歡跟朋友來這裡說風景很美 食物又好 那就試試吧一入門口就見到連續3年的米芝蓮指南推介餐廳的獎狀,很有氣勢外頭是可以食水煙的地方 風景很無敵 很安靜 本想在外面用餐但有一點漂雨,還是到室內坐吧2人餐很適合貪心的我,媽媽說所有經典菜色基本都齊了我這個新手就點2人餐吧而且有2杯飲品,bubble是基本吧!不要小看他們的推薦,除了香檳,連媽媽點的house red 也是我喜歡的cabernet sauvignon味道, 果味很香很適合女士😘媽媽說其他人的目光都落在主菜上但其實penthouse的醬汁是很優秀的例如這個配麵包的香草醬為了減輕草青味,加了檸檬 洋蔥等材料無論沾麵包或肉類都很搭用Bluefin tuna來做tartare很不計成本喔但跟一般吞拿真的很大差別那陣tuna的肉香及油香真的讓人很入迷日本溫泉蛋也做得洽好讓tuna更creamy 個人比較喜歡分開吃可以吃到每一種食材獨有的鮮甜伴碟的曲奇牛油味特別濃會蓋過tuna的風頭但絕對適合當日常小食真的想問是哪裡買的 😍Crab

用Bluefin tuna來做tartare很不計成本喔
但跟一般吞拿真的很大差別
那陣tuna的肉香及油香真的讓人很入迷
日本溫泉蛋也做得洽好
讓tuna更creamy
個人比較喜歡分開吃
可以吃到每一種食材獨有的鮮甜
伴碟的曲奇牛油味特別濃
會蓋過tuna的風頭
但絕對適合當日常小食
真的想問是哪裡買的 😍

輕輕把油脂迫出來 半溶但不溜走
於肉與肉之間封著
但一咬油便跑出來
很瘋狂吧
肉也嫩 稱王了

由於我同媽媽都係鐘意牛味重D, 所以揀左striploin西冷7成熟 : )

見到牛扒上有靚靚既烤紋, 熟度亦拿捏得好好, 無過熟
一咬落去 就係滿滿既肉汁!! 😍 仲有少少外脆內軟既口感 🤤
然後 牛味一如所料 好突出 : ) 我基本上無沾過佢既辣根鮮奶油醬 XD
沾少少海鹽 已經好有提味效果了

最後 黎到令人喜出望外既 甜品!! 本身對任拎既甜品真係無乜期望
但呢度既甜品絕對係高質!
每一件 都唔會過甜! 連朱古力曲奇都唔會! 所以食兩件都無問題, 而且可可味係愈食愈出的
特別鐘意Summer ConsommeTropical (後面個兩杯透明玻璃裝住左)
前者係 菠蘿粒mix椰汁奶凍, 超級match~~
後者係幾種新鮮水果mix埋既jelly+水果粒, 勁清新, 第一次食甜品係完全唔膩
真心好正啊~~ 建議大家一定要試多幾款~~

呢個甜品用上66%既朱古力做左分子雪糕同埋蛋糕,雪糕呈粒狀,朱古力味濃滑。
蛋糕鬆軟充滿濃郁酒香,切落去仲有酒滲出~
另外點了Strawberry Yogurt Nitrogen
上面同樣用左分子料理做法,將乳酪形成粒狀,下面有士多啤梨粒同埋香滑既牛奶布甸~
一大個jar一層層咁食都幾豐富!!

龍蝦肉質彈牙 有口感不特止食落更係十分鮮甜
Risotto嘅醬汁仍有滿滿嘅龍蝦鮮味 食落飯粒口感結實 佢仲加左小小西蘭花等等嘅配菜增加入口嘅質感
依樣野係好有驚喜 因為佢係有別於街外嘅risotto 而且食落係真係有新口感

扒方面我地今次就試咗個澳洲和牛 配菜方面我地就揀咗薯條
食落入口依然係濃厚嘅炭烤味 雖然未至於入口即融 但係肉質軟嫩 口感依然十分細緻
唔需要加咩醬汁點綴 只要係原汁原味嘅時候入口 就已經好岀色
薯條方面亦係熱辣辣咁上枱 加上黑松露蛋黃醬 真係令人回味無窮
即使凍咗都好 依然有滿滿嘅薯仔口味

飲品方面我地就嗌咗2杯mocktail試下 賣相真係好靚
其中1杯係sweet life
一入口係勁濃郁嘅果香味 好明顯由幾種水果調配岀 味道清新之餘更係甜而不膩
另1杯係tropical zesty 依杯係類似杯士多啤梨口味沙冰
不過唔同嘅係佢口感中不停有新鮮嘅士多啤梨果肉 而且每啖都滲有淡淡嘅牛奶味
放耐左吾會自動變硬冰 而係keep住咁沙咁綿
甜品方面就揀左sorbet
依個係一球白桃味嘅雪糕 但食落我覺得似雪芭嘅口感 硬身得黎吾易溶 相信係因為落足料 令白桃味洋溢係口中 真係可以用果味四溢黎形容
總括而言 依間係一間性價比好高嘅餐廳 如果一大班人黎聽講仲有vip房可以用 係店員好nice咁提我🤣👍🏻
