之後終於嚟到主菜 lobster risotto
食過好多次出面啲海鮮燴飯 但龍蝦真係第一次 所以特別有驚喜
首先飯質做得好好 因為就算係燴飯都可以得粒粒分明 飯粒好有彈性 但仍然吸收曬所有龍蝦汁 每一口都可以食龍蝦嘅鮮味
而龍蝦肉則處理得好好 因為幫客人除殼後 賣相依然keep得好好 令人賞心悅目 而味道則十分新鮮 完全食得出龍蝦應有嘅味道
就連其中配菜的鮮蝦都好有彈性~

食完燴飯 就上牛扒 平時大家可能都會食開美國西冷 肉眼
但呢到就有得點澳洲和牛!一直對呢類牛好有憧憬 而今次都冇令人失望啊~
我地揀左蛋黃醬配搭同加左幼身薯條
十分推薦蛋黃醬 好百搭因為 點牛有得 薯條都得
牛扒因為係和牛所以會食出平時我地食開日本牛嘅牛油香味 即係濃郁而柔滑
但肉質則似番美國牛 可能因為係炭燒 所以會淡淡的炭燒味 好特別
係選材方面做得好好之餘 亦因5成熟的恰到好處而令到澳牛的味道更上一層樓
配合蛋黃醬入口 真係世界級享受 油而不膩~
值得一提係呢到啲黃芥末係有辣味架 唔似外面啲假黃芥末🤣🤣
薯條則炸得香脆唔在講 薯仔本身選料都應該有落心思 就算擺凍左 都依然外脆內軟~

其實仲有甜品sorbet ( white peach )都十分有驚喜
因為桃味會好有層次地係你口中將甜度層層遞進 最後得出細嫩清甜嘅白桃汁


總括嚟講 今餐真係視覺 味覺 嗅覺享受
而且服務又好 值得再來🤣🤣👍🏼👍🏼

前菜方面,我們的最愛是吞拿魚他他(Bluefin Tuna Tartare)以及蟹餅(Penthouse Crab Cake),吞拿魚他他上桌時要將半熟蛋,鯷魚,吞拿魚粒和醬汁混和一起,入口甘香軟滑鮮味共冶一爐,完全沒有腥味,齋食和配麵包都一樣美味。

蘑菇濃湯(Porcini Mushroom Bisque)絕對是真材實料,蘑菇的味道超級濃郁,而且湯內全是蘑菇粒粒,只是湯面上的白松露香氣卻全被蓋過,感覺有些可惜。

至於炭燒牛扒(Coal Grilled Aged USDA Prime Steak)就絕對是我們最欣賞的主菜,厚厚一大塊,但肉質腍滑又有炭香,啖啖都充滿肉汁,我比較喜歡點蘸芥末同食,簡直是一流好醒神,本身配的松露汁我覺得味道太酸了,另外跟上的烤蒜也很香口,即使明知食完會很大口氣,但也忍不住大啖幾塊。

其他我們試過的主菜有石鍋墨魚汁海鮮飯(Stone Pot Black Ink Paella),感覺十分特別,像西班牙海鮮飯fusion煲仔飯,因為食到最後,還會有香脆美味的飯焦可以鏟起來吃,不過有心理準備食完後牙齒會烏卒卒,露齒而笑很尷尬。

我們也試過慢煮三文魚(Slow-Cooked Akaroa King Salmon),火候控制得剛好,魚肉剛熟內裡仍保持滑嫩的質感,魚肉下鋪了層意大利珍珠麵(Fregola),一粒粒煙煙靱靱,口感非常特別,海鮮醬汁內亦堆滿了帶子肉和蟹肉,十分鮮味。

通常去到甜品拼盤時(Mini Dessert Platter)已經十成飽,但望到精緻美味的甜品時,我們亦會重新燃起戰鬥力。每次甜品的款式都不同,今次是抹茶苞芙,豆腐mousse cake,雜果賓治和朱古力mousse,周圍裝飾有新鮮的莓果和清新的白酒啫喱,雖然超飽但我仍不斷催眠自己'份量好少啫',然後KO所有的甜品

很難得套餐內所有菜式都如此出色,價錢方面亦算合理,其實團購價也只是便宜了一點,但現在有了小朋友實在太忙碌,既然找到間我們喜愛的餐廳,最重要是一直保持水準,也懶得再去嘗試其他新店舖,應該過一陣子,我們又會再來幫襯了。

This place is extremely overpriced. I was actually mad after my dinner. The food quality was normal (not bad but I also wouldn’t say it’s good) but certainly not worth the price they are charging their customers. There are many restaurants that serve better quality food at more economical prices.

一班朋友放工開心飯聚。呢間餐廳很接近完美,環境好靚,服務10分周到,而且食物都非常之美味。麵包很鬆軟。Crab cake 可以配不同的醬料吃. Croquette入面好似係牛肉,我非常喜歡這道菜式。Pizza 有很重的黑松露味道,配上芝士和菇。海鮮飯好好味。Flat Iron 第一次試呢個部分的牛扒,本人非常喜歡,好juicy,牛肉味好濃郁。Mac n cheese 🧀 香港好少餐廳有,整得好食哦!呢個雞唔記得menu叫咩名,皮脆肉超嫩,不得了,因為感覺好多餐廳整烤雞都是好「鞋」的,呢間買返黎的雞超嫩口。👍🏼👍🏼Cavatalli早幾個星期食,有d忘記😂好似係番茄汁意粉。最後甜品都擺得靚過人🥰

入到去,感覺很舒服,音樂用了流行音樂,餐廳人流不多,唔洗等位,我地一個星期前訂左位。我地坐窗邊,落地玻璃,見到維港,夜晚黎應該更好。自助巴台款式都幾多,有沙律、海鮮、頭盤、熟食、甜品,個人幾中意cream corn同越式冷盤。主菜我地五個人叫左四個主菜,有慢煮三文魚、Rid-Eye 同 Fillet。三文魚個分量較少,但肉質好滑,同個汁好夾。牛排就overcook左,原本叫medium,但都仲好多汁,無想像中咁乾咁硬,Fillet比Rid-Eye好食,推薦Fillet。甜品都有好多款,個人幾喜歡Tiramisu。

Fine Dining以四道頭盤做主打,吞拿魚他他很惹味,蟹餅清香,風乾火腿配蜜瓜,清甜好味,帶子亦很新鮮!
主食方面,黑松露意粉松露很多但意粉有點乾,三文魚新鮮亦很鬆化,牛扒則較多筋位,有待改進!

We ordered a light dinner of steak and slow-cooked salmon. The steak was grilled medium rare, just like we’d ordered, with a nice crisp exterior and a juicy interior. Seasoning was simple yet tasty consisting of salt, pepper and hints of rosemary.

Next up was the salmon. Again, very professionally prepared dish with a very crispy skin enveloping the perfectly cooked fish beneath. Salmon tasted very fresh and texture was very smooth.

邊個會唔鍾意呢個outdoor view? 食完tea 想同朋友繼續吹水,所以就過去Penthouse Weekday late afternoon 上到去完全無人,包場嘆成個outdoor area。任你點影點笑都唔怕嘈到人仲有HH,員工亦是唔會經常問你要唔要叫多杯或者一見你飲完就收杯趕你走(有啲真係無乜人都可以趕你走)。只點了香檳都comment 唔到,除非講呀~佢酒精濃度唔低,日光日白飲兩杯已natural high,下次要上黎食餐飯先再留言吧!

同好朋友慶祝生日,因為對方是牛魔王,所以每年都會搵新的扒房同佢食生日飯。上網見到呢間未食過,就膽粗粗揀左佢。佢哋menu價錢屬中高,餐廳無咩景睇,唯有專心食飯。我地斯叫左個炸魷魚小食同大份的牛扒,唔記得幾安士。小食就一般般,牛扒尚可以,剛好7成熟,烤得幾香又唔過火。食物質素過得去,但唔會再來第二次,不試也可。

之前已經想試呢間好耐啦 前日約左個朋友慶祝生日 終於試到銅鑼灣呢間餐廳🥳一上到去就覺得個環境的確唔錯 由於係30樓 而幸運地可以坐到近窗口位 睇到既景觀令人增加食慾🤤我地一開始order左個crab cake同slow cooked salmon 個賣相精緻令人食指大動🍴而且溫度亦都剛好 crab cake係外脆內軟 入面每一啖都充滿蟹肉🦀 加上連sauce一齊食 又係另一層次同咪都非常夾🥰另外 個slow cooked salmon 三文魚能夠保存到本身既鮮味 又唔會煮過火 啱啱好😌之後仲叫多左個prime steak tartare我本身自己幾中意呢個牛肉他他🤩但係通常係出面食都怕唔乾淨 而呢到相對有保證 而牛肉他他與薄餅配合起黎相得益彰 肉質鮮嫩多汁🐂最後分量比兩個人係差唔多 雖然分量不算太多但反而可以試多樣野 之後應該都會介紹比朋友一嘗或者再食😚

我地一開始order左個crab cake同slow cooked salmon 個賣相精緻令人食指大動🍴而且溫度亦都剛好 crab cake係外脆內軟 入面每一啖都充滿蟹肉🦀 加上連sauce一齊食 又係另一層次同咪都非常夾🥰

之後仲叫多左個prime steak tartare我本身自己幾中意呢個牛肉他他🤩但係通常係出面食都怕唔乾淨 而呢到相對有保證 而牛肉他他與薄餅配合起黎相得益彰 肉質鮮嫩多汁🐂

最後分量比兩個人係差唔多 雖然分量不算太多但反而可以試多樣野 之後應該都會介紹比朋友一嘗或者再食😚

到今晚嘅主角,扒出場,有人食扒中意配芥末,但呢個扒會配上一個牛扒汁一齊上,我覺得配返呢個汁,先特出到牛味,而配芥末,就會蓋過左牛味。牛扒太生太血淋淋我地又唔慣,所以一般都會點大約7成熟,但有時廚師控制唔到火喉,都會出現過生或過熟情況。但Penthouse就煮得剛剛好,唔會過熟,又無血水
