不過仍是最喜歡這裡的 croissant doughnut。早期她們只有原味、士多啤梨和朱古力三款口味,近來多了這款海鹽焦糖味,感覺遠比其他口味更能脫穎而出 (4/5分)。

看《蔡瀾歎名菜》的時候挺喜歡Amanda後來聽說過她的一些美食奮鬥史血汗史的覺得很不簡單放棄華妝美衣跑去外國學做甜品再免費實習這種決心不是每個人都下的了的所以先不論東西好不好吃這種精神還是很觸動我中午10點多去, 11點開, 於是等了一會兒結果就是等都等了就買多點吧買了在不遠處的座位就地食PlaisirScure層次挺豐富的味道也好就是溫度過低所以口感有點硬招牌Charlotte aux Poires白桃片味算ok但也有點偏甜白桃慕斯口感不錯, 手指餅okAmarina看重了翠綠紅心的外表春天的氣息翠綠是自開心果慕斯紅心是櫻桃嗜喱有點酸Salted Caramel Mille Feuille酥皮一般Caraibe綠茶味的海綿蛋糕配香蕉這裡和巧克力慕斯味道有點奇怪整體是很不錯的

店員推介Petite Amanda的signature,雖不好梨,姑且一試。原以為mousse下面是海綿蛋糕,切開才發現,原來只有外層和底部是海綿蛋糕,中間是清新,天然甜的慕絲,還有梨肉。味道好清,慕絲都幾香甜,但感覺平淡,欠驚喜。

包裝做得很好,單是堂食用的Le Creuset餐具,已令一眾女士受寵若驚,增了不少美感。每一款都美如藝術品,味道上則未算太出色。服務不錯,店員斯文有禮,樂於介紹。還以為男顧客都應該很受落,男友卻說女僕般的制服跟餅店感覺不太夾。

Macarons looks very graceful with flower garnishment , fancy looking definitely can capture your heart ,almost too beautiful to eat. However , looks impressive with a empty inner . Apart from Laduree or PH such high - end brand, their macarons are likely that kinds u have it in hotels ' buffet . Very artificial , very sweet , very insipid.  

The pink , yellow and green one is butter cream with strawberry jelly , passion fruit and pistachio . I can't tell what flavor it is until I look at the catalog . What makes worse is the texture , over dry and solid . The portion of almond icing powder and sugar is unbalanced. No crunchy layer and soft inner either . The brown one is chocolate ganache which is the best among the worst . At least there is a dense chocolate ganache fillings . The white one is jujube ganache and the light brown is coffee . Also got the same problem . Not pleased . Perhaps they should work more on macarons!

The place is easy to find in IFC . There is also few seats outside . Another branch located in Causeway Bay - sogo , and they have buy two get one free after 8:00 pm ! Awesome !

Petite Amanda is not only a shop to complete Amanda's childhood dream  , is a place to share her real passion and sincerity . A great achievement that deserves praises under her hard work and how she stretch her practical skills ( except on macarons ! Haha )

好期待試一試的餅,好開心老公突然買回家給我做飯後甜品,雖然$33 蚊件,我就是喜歡細細件剛剛好,食完不會太飽頂住個胃,可惜拿到回來已經碎,樣子不太好,包裝設計真是好美,一睇就知有品味但是塊皮已經林了,還有不可以用叉食,一吉落去已經碎,只好用手食,但是一拿起又會碎,又不可能整舊放進口,所以係失望的希望下次可以新鮮出爐試多次

今天是一位同事的last day,午飯與她farewell後,下午時段她為我們送上了「散水餅」,午飯時還笑說打算光顧附近的連鎖式麵包店,回來時卻為我們帶來了「petite Amanda」的蛋糕~真令人興奮!打開盒子後,看到賣相吸引的蛋糕,同事們也爭相拍照呢~當然我也是其中一員,分為兩盒,共有3款選擇:士多啤梨撻、藍莓撻及3款不同口味的冬甩士多啤梨撻我也是選擇了最受大家歡迎的士多啤梨撻,金黃色的酥皮撻面上加上了淡黃色的吉士,最上層放著半顆半顆的士多啤梨,還灑上了些少綠色的微粒,應該是開心果微粒作點綴,非常精緻先試一口士多啤梨,士多啤梨加上了糖漿面,為原本帶微酸的士多啤梨添上了一點香甜,吉士入口香滑,甜度適中不帶膩感,酥皮外層烘得鬆脆,而內部卻沒有預期中的鬆化,反而質感跟丹麥條有點相像~但整體來說味道不錯~後記:雖然跟這位同事只是相處了短短的3個月,但我們也為她的離去感到可惜。最後,在此祝她前程似錦~

Haven't been to IFC store as much since SOGO store was open, if I have a sudden crave for pastry, I'd go to Urban Bakery for croissants or Petite Amanda for a cronut. You see, there's not many places (in HK) that sell cronut, and fewer does it good. I like it cos its not oily, full of layers, got that crunch. Its just lovable when crack it open with knife and fork or bite it right down!!!! The plain one has icing sugar on top, which look nice like snow fall on a mountain. There's also chocolate and berry flavour, I also tried as well, but plain is good enough for me.

At the store there's free sample of their rasberry croissant, which was soggy. Maybe it was bcos it was left in the open for a long while, but I'll take my chances not to try a whole.

這天到友人家作客,每個人都帶點甜點來哈哈,自從上次吃過Amanda的甜品後就已經很久沒吃過了沒想到這天OLI帶來她家的小甜點,份量還這麼多嘩,有很多我愛的拿破崙呀而且還有3款口味耶,以前我都只吃過原味的還有樣子可愛的巧克力球球這3個為一組的巧克力球球,像是PUFF的質感偏軟了些,但濃香的可可味加分一旁的檸檬塔味道很清新,不會很酸酸的塔底也酥脆,而梨做的那個就失色了點3款口味的拿破崙,有原味、芒果跟榛子最好的還是原味跟榛子吧,芒果的味道有點人工feel 怪怪的不過酥皮略軟,但都很美味啦謝謝Oli 為我們帶來這份甜,期待之後的私房菜說著說著很快就到啦

偏軟了些,但濃香的可可味加分

另一次是上月尾到訪食友家裡,Oli正好買來餅店的出品,十分繽紛! 先試Lemon Tart ($41),檸檬夾心酸甜清新十分開胃,加上香脆的撻身無得輸! Charlotte aux Poires ($40) 是最輕柔清甜的一款,多吃也不會膩;長得有如串燒三兄弟的Mini Choux ($39) 就比預期中失望,因為朱古力味著實不濃,朱古力癮未夠滿足。最後是三款不同口味的拿破侖,三款層次都頗豐富,不過脆度不一,可能低日天氣太濕,堂食應該較好;而口味方面,會推介原味的Mille Feuille ($43)及Hazelnut Mille Feuille ($43),前者柔美、後者香甜,都好吃,反而較貴的Mango Mille Feuille ($45)半酸不甜的,不太討好。

經過一星期枯燥又乏味的工作,終於等到週末輕鬆一下!吃好的!一定少不了蛋糕!本來買了兩個綠茶泡芙既我,竟然意外地發現Amanda S既店進駐了Sogo! 之前也聽過她的甜點不錯的!所以就順便買了件抹茶味道的蛋糕嚐嚐!一件蛋糕標價46元,係我目前為止最貴的蛋糕。我總是覺得,若是物有所值,這個價錢並不是問題。服務員很有善,主動介紹蛋糕給我,可是,我早已決定了綠茶味道,其他的還是留待下一次吧!包裝非常特別!和其他店子的方形蛋糕盒比較,這個更顯得别樹一格!很藝術!蛋糕好靚,層次分明,綠茶味和桑梅很配合!好像食了件藝術品咁!下次要試下其他出品!
