我地一家人去PHO 24食飯, 我細佬話呢間餐廳在越南開左好多年, 都係一間幾出名的餐廳, 所以我地今次來試下。環境整體上ok, 不過如果3個人食飯就麻麻地, 因為佢帶左你去一d轉角位, 而且有一張椅子係要坐路口位, 好尷尬。我地叫左雞絲湯河(賣相OK), 生牛肉湯河, 同我地食開的生牛肉湯河差唔多, 不過我覺得個湯唔錯的, 不過都有失望的, 就係佢地個三拚湯河, 生牛肉, 牛腩同牛肚, 你完全想像唔到牛腩原係係薄片幾塊, 牛肚仲誇張, 細到嚇死人...另外仲叫左佢地的拼盆, 雞翼都ok, 不過無咩特別, 米紙卷就真係好麻麻, 米紙感覺好厚, 而且整件無味道, 蒜蓉包有驚喜, 幾好味, 還有一碟唐生菜, 如果佢唔係咸到咁過份, 我都覺得幾好gar~飲品我地叫左越南的蒸餾咖啡同咸檸七, 不過不失....不過最攪笑係我地埋單時, o個個幫我地埋的姨姨, 用好大的聲浪講我地張單的銀碼同收左我地咩credit card出來, 我同細佬都比佢嚇親, 我地又唔係盲的, 駛唔駛咁大聲呀?

不過最攪笑係我地埋單時, o個個幫我地埋的姨姨, 用好大的聲浪講我地張單的銀碼同收左我地咩credit card出來, 我同細佬都比佢嚇親, 我地又唔係盲的, 駛唔駛咁大聲呀?

係差不多9:00..等左30左右有位,坐都幾舒服,好快拾好東西有茶飲..幾快手叫左4個食物(2人份量)每個都是約50左右椰菜雞絲沙律..酸酸甜甜,有少少西芹好脆口,雞絲都不少..加蝦片一起吃最好...春卷..好熱味道好好..不過d菜有d苦..生牛肉粉與豬扒粉..2個湯底完全不同,牛肉有少少藥材味而豬扒是清湯..好好味..我地差不多飲完佢地d湯..哈哈..牛肉湯都熱,牛肉可以好快熟仲不"鞋"口...豬扒有香矛味,肉質都厚,仲有一件半豬扒($59)都ok啦..下次都可以過來.不過過左9:30已經不用等位...

椰菜雞絲沙律..酸酸甜甜,有少少西芹好脆口,雞絲都不少..加蝦片一起吃最好...

春卷..好熱味道好好..不過d菜有d苦..

生牛肉粉與豬扒粉..2個湯底完全不同,牛肉有少少藥材味而豬扒是清湯..好好味..我地差不多飲完佢地d湯..哈哈..牛肉湯都熱,牛肉可以好快熟仲不"鞋"口...豬扒有香矛味,肉質都厚,仲有一件半豬扒($59)都ok啦..

下次都可以過來.不過過左9:30已經不用等位...

終於有機會去食PHO24可能到達時已經八點幾,所以有窗口位,一邊食野一邊同朋友閒聊又可以望下街,幾舒服.先來一客香茅薄荷茶($22),一般,因為水唔夠熱.二人點了:越式拼盤($78) - 有春卷,雞翼等食物各兩件,兩個人剛好.雞翼超好食!雞絲湯粉($39) - 湯粉夠咬口,唔會太淋,幾好.湯亦夠清,好味!當然不少得甜品:椰汁芋頭糯米泥($24) - 本身唔鍾意食甜,呢個糯米泥竟然唔太甜,最後我清晒,讚!班蘭葉椰汁糕($26) - 其實本身都唔差,不過個糯米泥太好食,相對椰汁糕會覺得冇特別.最後全部食物清晒,唔浪費,開心.再次多謝Ms. Chan Chan 請食呢餐!

終於有機會去食PHO24

當然不少得甜品:
椰汁芋頭糯米泥($24) - 本身唔鍾意食甜,呢個糯米泥竟然唔太甜,最後我清晒,讚!
班蘭葉椰汁糕($26) - 其實本身都唔差,不過個糯米泥太好食,相對椰汁糕會覺得冇特別.

最後全部食物清晒,唔浪費,開心.

再次多謝Ms. Chan Chan 請食呢餐!

晚上九時多電影散場,肚子不餓的我被拉了去吃遲來的晚飯。叫了咖哩雞飯、牛腩河粉、蒸粉包和柚子軟殼蟹沙律。等了很久才上菜,但廚房未見很忙碌,為何?牛腩河-牛腩片幾有肉味,湯底不錯,不過河粉缺乏米香和咬口,吃了幾口就無興趣再繼續了。柚子沙律-柚子很新鮮和爽甜,軟殼蟹炸得香脆但不油膩,炸粉不厚,但蟹肉本身不多。蒸粉包-粉皮夠薄,和著上面的肉鬆和辣椒片,點魚露吃,幾惹味,是不錯的。咖哩雞-是茶餐廳的咖哩味道,雞塊有雪藏的硬,未見特別。員工態度不錯但手腳超慢,上個菜又要等,找個錢又要等,令人發怒。埋單二百四,是中環的價錢,但我覺得不值得。不會再去。

等了很久才上菜,但廚房未見很忙碌,為何?


牛腩河-牛腩片幾有肉味,湯底不錯,不過河粉缺乏米香和咬口,吃了幾口就無興趣再繼續了。


柚子沙律-柚子很新鮮和爽甜
,軟殼蟹炸得香脆但不油膩,炸粉不厚,但蟹肉本身不多。

蒸粉包-粉皮夠薄,和著上面的肉鬆和辣椒片,點魚露吃,幾惹味,是不錯的。


咖哩雞-是茶餐廳的咖哩味道,雞塊有雪藏的硬,未見特別。

員工態度不錯但手腳超慢,上個菜又要等,找個錢又要等,令人發怒。


埋單二百四,是中環的價錢,但我覺得不值得。不會再去。

落單後冇耐, 店員已經黎錯野食, 比左2個生牛肉湯粉我地, 但其實係隔離台嗌的, 算啦, 我地都冇乜野。

之後我地的order到左。 食物水準一般, 唔好有咁大期望; 即使我地有十分肚餓, 食物都感動唔到我地, 只係食完覺得, okay啦, 飽囉。

食完坐多一陣賣單, 呢下經典。張單total $173, 我地比$180, 咁正常情況底下都要找錢, 或者你問下我地需唔需要找錢啦, 點知店員a拎左$180走, 就冇返轉頭, 繼續做自己野。咁我心諗, 咁的service都好唔okay, 於是就問店員a幾時找錢啦, 佢比左一副「有冇搞錯呀」的表情我之後, 就氣沖沖咁行番去cashier啦。我諗諗下記得餐牌的價錢好似冇咁貴, 於是我諗住佢番來之後叫佢幫忙比張單我check check.

ok, 錢到左, 我就開口唔該佢比張要單我, 哈, 呢佢係「乜你咁x煩家」的面口, 又衝返去cashier度開單。我地對完單覺得冇問題啦, 唔該晒, 諗住起身走, 店員a即刻擋住我, 同我講「呢張單係print比你家!!!」我同我女朋友同佢講左3次話我地「唔要張單呀」, 佢都係咁repeat話張單係print比我地, 仲企圖「質」比我, 呢個服務態度真係好有問題!!!!!!!!!!!

最後我地係唔理佢, 走左出去。
然後我地兩個就張佢擺左上黑名單啦~~~~~~~!!!

唔怪之得冇人等位啦@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

因為想吃點蔬菜的關係,所以這頓晚飯也點了一道比較簡單的「越式炒通菜」。雖然其實自己也不太分得清楚究竟泰式炒通菜、粵式炒通菜和越式炒通菜有何大的分別,不過這道簡單的炒菜相信一定不會弄得難吃吧!
就是這樣,叫了這道菜。不過這菜雖然賣相都過得去,菜色青綠漂亮,但味道不夠,水準只是一般而已。

這家走中高檔路線的越南菜館,既然開在國際廣場,相比起一些走平民化路線的越南菜館,收費自然不會太廉宜,但講到它的食物質素,其實不算突出,假如不是打算吃越南菜的話,在這場內應該還有不少更好的選擇吧!

I came here for lunch and they have a lunch set for around $40-60, depending what dishes you get. You'll get a start, main and desert/drink.

Firstly, the Pork Chops were deep fried, but they weren't exactly only. And unlike some other so called "Vietnamese restaurants" in the city, their food actually uses ingredients real Vietnamese food uses, such as fresh Basil leaves, mint leaves, as well as lemon grass. You can taste the freshness for the lemon grass with the pork chops.

With the curry, it came in a huge pot, which isn't bad considering it's only $48. The dish was huge, with quite a lot of beef, sweet potatoes and potatoes to eat (Ladies, don't get this dish). Again, I love their use of fresh herbs. The curry itself was creamy, and not spicy at all.

Also, they have quite a large selection of Vietnamese deserts. I know people won't think Creme Caramel is a Vietnamese desert. But surprisingly, it is. Sort of. After the French colonized Vietnam anyways. If you go to Vietnam, you tend to get a lot of French deserts. So, don't call this restaurant BS unless you headed down to Vietnam. This has to be one of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants in the city.

此店於越南很出名,亦出名難食,但上次去越南唔夠時間試,所以它進軍香港就約埋朋友去體驗下。我點了最出名的牛肉粉,粉係overdone,牛肉同湯底係完全冇味,調味只得幾條香草,要自己勁加魚露先食得落。本身我不好濃味,但碗粉真係出奇地冇味囉。朋友點的燉蛋....亦是怪怪的。每位3蚊的香芧茶,唔香唔芧都算啦,總叫試過....但好戲在後頭.....埋單$80,給$100,找回的20蚊全是散子,同待應講可否換一張10蚊呀,那位哥哥就大大力「吧」一聲合上本簿,以示對我不滿。最終,我當然連1蚊小費都冇俾啦。還對那哥哥說如果不想找錢,就應在門口寫明「不設找續」嘛,以免引起誤會實在太差........味道差、態度差。周圍開分店簡直係自暴其短矣~~~~~

今天的天氣就像一個心情不好的人一樣,面黑黑一整天但是又沒有爆發出來,總之就是不會開心那種。不過絕對不會影響我去吃東西的心情,因為肚餓的時候外面的天氣不會造成什麽左右我去找食物的。在尖沙咀的國際廣場看來看去應該最快可以吃飽趕下場的餐廳就是此越南餐廳,所以就進內,二話不說就要了以下之食物來吃:1。招牌雜錦牛肉湯粉(59元)--既然叫做招牌菜,一定不會太差的。結果是沒有什麽驚喜但是總體來說味道有點過濃,所以之後有點口乾。牛筋,牛丸,生牛肉,牛柏葉(不是Albert Yip),價錢是有點貴,因為不見得那碗份量特別大,所以要是以為可以兩個人一起分享的話就最好不要了。2。生牛肉牛展河粉(45元)--生牛肉不錯,不過還是一樣味精超級多,牛展比較小,不是味兒。3。蝦豬肉米紙卷(46元),賣相不錯,有點西餐的擺位,點的醬汁很甜,而且太乾。兩個人埋單連茶錢每人3元要121元,幸好那小食是使用Coupon免費,但是也是比較貴的一間餐廳。

琴晚同左女友去左呢間店到食晚飯,D小二出奇地勤快,而且好友善,好好禮貌,呢點要激讚.而且環境不錯,坐得幾舒服,唔太迫,不錯.講番D野食,叫左個牛肉雜錦河,一個雞絲河,一個蒜蓉法包,一個蒜蓉炒九菜花,個一個豬肉春卷,所有野食都好好,尤其係個牛肉河同雞絲河,湯底夠味而不太濃,好有層次,真係落足料,D河粉好堅,唔錯.埋單一人都係$100,我覺得都幾抵食丫,下次會再來.
