今日去開九龍塘行街,咁呢中午要去搵嘢食 見到以前麥當勞喺food court嗰個位置轉左三間舖頭,最多人排嘅就係錦麗,我地就去排隊啦。等左一陣就安排咗我哋坐低喺個卡位,睇個Menu主要就食湯粉,小食同埋有啲特色飲品。我哋就揀咗兩碗,一碗係胡志朋綜合金邊粉,一碗係魚餅扎肉香濃雞湯金邊粉,另外加多咗個新出嘅火炙香茅豬頸肉,同埋兩杯飲品分別係椰青同埋三色冰。好快兩杯嘢飲就上枱,個椰青呢佢寫明係泰國出品,飲落都好凍同埋好新鮮,啲肉起出嚟都好鮮甜。另外嗰個三色冰呢都好足料,尤其係紅豆真係好甜,椰汁都好開胃。之後綜合金邊粉就上枱啦,個綜合就有齊生牛肉,熟牛肉同牛丸。我特別推介牛丸,佢入邊唔係淨係死實實咁,入邊有真係feel到真係手打嘅。另外個雞湯金邊粉都好食,個魚餅會有小小辣,札肉就好厚身,個湯都好清甜,好好飲。雖然睇落唔係好大碗,但食完都好飽。最後仲有個豬頸肉,啲肉切到好厚身,燒得好脆好香口,配埋甜酸醬點好快就俾我哋食晒。因為餐廳都比較多人,等食物同等侍應都要俾啲耐性,不過都啲野都好好食!

Pho with medium rare beef, well done beef and beef ball - This dish was one of the most order when visiting Vietnamese restaurant. Pho was soft and smooth, and the soup was rich in taste and flavourful, absorbing the essence of the beef broth. Beef ball was very chewy and medium rare and well done beef were tender and juicy.
