有時去飲你就見到啲人夠唔夠大體,因為很多時候,到你結婚那個時間,同一個群組的朋友沒有那麼多,可能都要搭枱。搭枱的時候,坐下同旁邊的人打招呼,那人居然招呼又唔打🤭,踢到人又唔會講唔好意思,失禮死人。😤一嚟到就好奇怪,點解而家啲炒散超過一半?都係4-50歲中年人,明明以前去飲,啲侍應好多都係年輕少女炒散。🤣服務甚差,去到門口,懶得看座位表,諗住問吓佢20號枱喺邊,她竟然一句答「喺入邊。」去飲的枱不是喺入邊,難道會是在外邊大堂嗎?🫣乳豬份量都叫大大塊,底下肉不算太多,上邊的皮好香脆。😀西芹帶子,帶子大大粒,份量相當多;鮑魚小棠菜,每人都有一大隻鮑魚,味道普通。😃反而這個蟹皇翅味道出眾,有點像以前在旺角金龍船酒家吃過那種美味的金湯蟹皇翅,雖然沒有怎麼吃到蟹肉,不過味道香濃。炒飯以及炒上海麵,都算是大大份,不過這個炒麵,未落豆瓣醬亦都覺得非常之鹹,好像味道有點兒太鹹了吧。

反而這個
蟹皇翅味道出眾,有點像以前在旺角金龍船酒家吃過那種美味的金湯蟹皇翅,雖然沒有怎麼吃到蟹肉,不過味道香濃。

炒飯以及炒上海麵,都算是大大份,不過這個炒麵,未落豆瓣醬亦都覺得非常之鹹,好像味道有點兒太鹹

If you want great service bad bad tasting Chinese food then this banquet hall is the place to go tooo! I mean the service is the best but the food was real bad especially the fried noodles was so soft like tofu would never go there to eat again

今日好開心來到我舊同學的婚宴,我們之前在中學時認識的同學,都識了十幾年,下午收工後,接近6時我已經到達「海景嘉福酒店」的藝萃廳,好開心得到一對新人的招呼,拍照後也安排了一些蛋糕給客人享用,枱上有一些糖果、一包包的爆米花,讓有一個華麗的蛋糕架,蛋糕架上放滿了不少鮮艷奪目的杯子蛋糕,我也馬上被它吸引馬上已經拿了一件來吃,蛋糕好鬆軟加上香滑的忌廉,真是滑溜又美味,又不會太甜膩。 現在正在8時,都已經差不多入席,枱上也有一早準備送俾各位來賓的紀念品,侍應們都好主動問客人需要什麼飲品,不過我今天又不想飲紅酒及汽水, 我向侍應生要求一杯熱茶,他們都好有效率地送上,當我飲了一半,他們都好快幫我加添茶水,服務都不錯,枱上有餐單列明了今晚的菜式,菜式真是好豐富,都有十幾款,先來大紅乳豬全體,乳豬皮仍然脆卜卜,有少少脂肪連肉,咬下脆香又有肉汁,乳豬肉都好嫩口,再蘸上鹹香的乳豬醬,更是倍添滋味。 之後又來一道彩鳳展花枝,彩鳳其實是雞肉,再加上魷魚片及西芹一齊炒熟,咬落西芹都孚爽口夠腍,雞肉都入味嚼勁,最好食是魷魚片,爽口彈牙。另一道是平時宴會都常見的香酥脆蟹拑,每人一隻剛剛好,炸至金黃色澤大大件,

那道蟹肉竹笙燴海皇羹,可見主人家是好有環保意識,此菜式取代了平時我們的翅,當中的海鮮真是儿豐富,有蟹肉粒、蛋花、竹笙等等.....環保又滋味濃郁,輕鬆細味一番,可是沒有奉上胡椒粉,欠了一份惹味。

其實我平時都好少食青斑魚,壓軸的來一條清蒸大青斑,條魚夠大條,晤會蒸得過熟,魚肉肉質細緻滑溜,而且魚味濃郁,美味佳餚已經沒有讓我再挑剔。

再來下一碟是南乳脆皮雞,雞的表面帶點油潤光亮,雞肉也是肥瘦適中,一咬已經感到皮脆卜卜好香,肉質鮮嫩多汁,再蘸上南乳醬試試來食,散發陣陣南乳香,不會太嗆味,都是可讚的。

最後來到最後的主菜是幸福燴伊麵及炒飯,我就選擇了個炒飯,炒得夠乾身晤油膩,有粟米粒、菜粒、叉燒,雞蛋,好似平時食的楊州炒飯般,不會太鹹,用料十足!
