就快到聖誕🎄,到處洋溢著節日氣氛,約左幾個朋友喺尖沙咀食飯,見Pici人氣強勁,平日晚飯時間有8-9成入座率,其中有唔少外藉人士,見咁旺場一場黎到就一試啦。店鋪唔大,走歐式酒吧路線,因為好多外國食客,入到去竟有置身外國既感覺!12月有Festive Specials, 睇落幾吸引,我哋試左幾款,仲可以順便參加聖誕大抽獎,頭獎有馬爾代夫5日4夜機票+住宿package, 碰碰運氣都好呀🤩🍽️ 海鮮濃湯🫕橙紅色的海鮮湯有濃濃的海鮮香味,用上大量海鮮如青口、魚柳、八爪魚、蝦肉熬煮,味道十分濃郁,帶微辣的餘韻,更有層次感,酥皮熱辣香脆好味。🍽️ 鴨胸鵝肝多士配無花果醬平時比較少食煙鴨胸,質感和味道都幾似火腿,配上清甜無花果醬和脆多士,再加少許火箭菜,整體油潤又不膩。🍽️ 藏紅花野豬意大利濶面🍝藏紅花醬汁濃稠鮮甜,濶面口感爽彈,掛汁度一流,每一口都充滿醬汁,野豬肉稔滑肉味香濃。🍽️ 蕃茄肉醬芝士千層面🍝滿滿的芝士十分澎湃,溶化與肉醬和濶面混合,口感十分creamy豐富,內層仲加入薯仔粉,一粒粒增加口感。🍽️ 奶油鱈魚意大利雲吞🥟墨魚汁皮做的雲吞, 加入鱈魚茸做饀料,味道鹹鮮特別,雲吞皮軟滑粉糯感重,口感豐富;加上奶油醬,更能突出海鮮味道,又不會覺得溜,很喜歡這道菜。🍽️ 開心果Tiramisu🍰原來tiramisu 跟開心果好夾,以開心果代替傳統用咖啡酒,香滑的意式芝士,加上開心果碎,細滑中帶嚼勁。開心果有獨特的奶香令整杯甜品都甜蜜起來,好味。🍽️Mixed Berries Sorbet 🍧酸酸甜甜好fresh, 雪皅好細滑,飯後食夠曬解膩。🍽️Italian Passion🍹百香果、檸檬、羅勒和梳打,酸酸甜甜又解渴,很易入口。🍽️Venetian Iced Tea🍑冰茶加上蜜桃、檸檬、百里香,一入口百里香既味道都幾強烈,慢慢滲出香桃味和茶味,清甜特別。 continue reading

PICI 味道無窮的季節性品嚐菜單佢哋每個月都有一個季節性嘅品嚐菜單,真係好期待!今次我試咗佢哋嘅$298 tasting menu,價錢非常抵,食物又好味,實在令我驚喜。首先,餐廳提供咗一杯 Sparkling Water,飲落去好清新,為接下來的美食做好準備。第一道係「Octopus Salad」,新鮮嘅章魚沙律,搭配咗幾種香料,口感爽口又有嚼勁,簡直係開胃之選!接住就係「Fettuccine Sea Urchin」,意大利麵同海膽嘅結合,味道濃郁,海膽嘅鮮味令人陶醉,真係好好味!然後係「Truffle Beef Tartare」,呢道菜用咗黑松露,味道超級香濃,肉質鮮嫩,簡直係肉食者嘅福音。而「Gnocchi Truffle」同樣都係用咗黑松露,意粉軟滑,配上香濃嘅醬汁,食落去超級滿足。「Tagliolini Truffle & Ribs」就更加出色,意粉同排骨一齊煮,味道層次分明,令人一試成主顧!最後,甜品方面就有「Chestnut Tiramisu」,口感綿密,栗子味道香濃,真係完美嘅結尾。餐廳仲有個「Cooler of the Month」飲品「La Piperita」,非常清新,搭配甜品真係一流!最後要提下,佢哋有10%嘅服務費,但食完之後覺得真係物超所值。整體而言,呢間意大利餐廳嘅季節性品嚐菜單真係好值得一試,食物質素高,環境舒適,非常適合聚餐同慶祝!下次再嚟,我一定會再試佢哋下個月嘅新菜! continue reading

今次呢間主打意大利菜嘅餐廳 我估都唔少人食過~✨店內古典設計好靚 好多外國人幫襯 去到後面舖頭都坐滿人 好有酒吧feel佢地一向做性價比高嘅手工意粉 最好嘅係可以一次過試到唔同形狀唔同質感 好似寛帶麵 貓耳麵 圓麵等等 侍應會好好咁詳細講解餐牌🙌🏻之前睇收費電視台黑白大廚都有出現唔少意大利菜 所以都好好奇手工意粉嘅味道係點✨食落比起平時嘅意粉有韌性好多 同埋麵條都好粗身 不過有部分麵條會覺得硬咗啲菜式都好有意式風格 味道上都好獨特唔係常見個人最喜愛係牛肉千層麵 入面充滿住芝士同蕃茄醬 配埋質感幾好嘅千層麵同焗到外圍脆脆嘅邊位好正❤️另外前菜嘅肉丸都唔錯佢地嘅tiramisu都係極多人推薦 基本上去食過嘅人都會recommend😂啲cream的確係好綿密細滑 咖啡味同酒味都適中唔會過多 推薦叫嚟試吓👍🏻 continue reading
