回到公司就發現金鐘的餐廳大部分都已經暫時停業 -.- ,lunch time 只好走遠一點,這天來到灣仔的手工意粉專門店Pici。上次來已是半年前,今次可能由於疫情關係,難得地沒有爆場。Set lunch 只需$158起,包括Starter + Pasta + Dessert,星期一至五11:30am - 3pm供應。下單後侍應就會奉上餐包,外皮脆卜卜,內裡質感綿密煙韌,吃起來帶有淡淡的麥香,可以沾上橄欖油與黑醋。Garden Salad即叫即製的沙律才可令菜葉不會發黃 ,嫩口之餘水分亦充足。Pappardelle Beef Cheek慢煮牛面頰寬帶麵表面撒上絲絲芝士,經慢煮八小時後的牛面頰肉柔軟入味,每一口鮮嫩多汁。新鮮現造意粉與乾意粉最大的分別就是彈性中帶點煙韌的麵質,挺身富有Al dente咬口嚼勁,寬帶麵極易掛上濃稠肉汁。Tiramisu提拉米蘇融合了苦香可可和濃縮咖啡粉,可說是歷久彌新的經典美味。做法正宗,蛋糕保持細緻濕潤的質感,入口即化,不會過於甜膩。

甜品提拉米蘇不會太甜口感軟滑,必吃!但另外的奶凍就相對失色,雖然是意大利傳統甜品但個人覺得味道與一杯牛奶無異,下次會直接點兩個提拉米蘇😌

總括來說,這個Tasting Menu分量十足,三個意大利麵非常飽。而食物的質素很高,是可以一去再去的餐廳。
