今天同朋友來到赤柱 經過見到裝潢不錯的中餐廳就進去試試。首先叫咗香芒米紙卷,跟越式酸辣汁,十分開胃之後就輪到鹽酥鴨,香脆,有肉汁,調味剛剛好,不會太咸主菜是北京填鴨 同朋友叫了半隻,不錯最後因為太飽只叫了一個甜品,顏值十分高的焦糖燉蛋!上面有少少碎花,加上簡單的水果做裝飾,好靚的甜品脆卜卜的焦糖加埋冰涼的燉蛋,正問咗先知全港只有赤柱一間店,下次要食要山長水遠再入赤柱先可以吃到了,真心為大家推薦

Another waitress wearing glasses came to take our order for drinks, I asked what kind of soda you have, as it doesn't say on the menu. She said lime. I asked if your restaurant have iced lemon ribena, she answered ,"呢度吾係茶餐廳” . How rude. I found this offensive and even my mum was let down.
It was quite an upsetting dining experience. I hope you will seriously consider if you wanna try this restaurant.

周末来赤柱玩 把车停在赤柱广场 找吃食 收藏这家餐厅很久 终于有机会品尝 可惜赤柱广场消费免停车费只能在晚6点后午餐时间没有排队 很快入座 天气转凉 餐厅依然大开冷气 客人都穿外套保暖 坐在旁边的外国夫妇也不例外烤鸭胸分量跟餐牌比小了不少 落单30分钟后才有得食 但味道不错 配搭的薯条意外的好吃 很有英国的味道芥兰苗是餐牌里除了沙拉以外唯一的素菜 上来小小一碟 润肠的味道有点怪 本身想点清淡些 奈何选择太少最好吃的当属芝麻酱鸭丝冷面 芝麻酱均匀的分布于每一根面条上 面也劲道 鸭丝配搭 香口而不腻 非常清爽 就是天气冷 吃完冷面就更冷了

禮拜天和幾個朋友去赤柱走走,難得來這邊就選了家在Stanley plaza裡面的頗有人氣的烤鴨店試試看。吃完以後覺得還蠻失望。這家店在Ground floor,下午2點到不是很多人,餐廳不大,裝潢走工業風。既然主打烤鴨我們就點了半隻北京烤鴨($250),上來的時候已經看到鴨的肥油流出來。基本上鴨皮和鴨皮下的肥膏是一比一吧,我覺得太肥太油了。而且配的醬汁有點太鹹,包鴨肉的面皮還算蠻薄。接著是avocado chickpea salad($68). 牛油果是熟透的很軟滑的那種,好吃,沙律菜也很新鮮。這家餐廳大部份菜式都與烤鴨有關,我們還點了一份Duck risotto($108)。沒吃得出鴨肉在哪裡,但是risotto實在煮得太爛太軟了,而且米粒本身比一般的義大利米要小,吃起來像吃中式的米糊/.\ 吃完覺得味道一般,不推薦!

To me, it is through and through a Duck based Cuisine restaurant, and apart from the Chinese Elements involved I could see shadows of cuisines from British, American, French or any other cuisine which loves eating Duck. It's a nice Atmosphere facing the sea..  The Food Prices are reasonable and the space albeit a bit tight, kind of cozy and romantic. I took a bus to here and left with a mini-van back. I would have preferred arriving in driving with my Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce, but the Bus will do the trick this time

It endeavors to create a Duck Based Concept and usually paired with the Pinot Noir grape wines as a natural match. Ultimately, most dishes worked and were well priced. Some dishes could do with some more refinement. Overall the Price vs Performance point was kept relatively intact likable..

其實北京填鴨薄餅同平時係出面食北京填鴨一樣,只係餐廳預先幫你包好北京填鴨,唔使自己包,其實咁樣仲方便,因為餐廳已經將所有配料及醬汁嘅數量調較好,唔使自己操心,烤鴨肉依舊肉嫩皮脆,咬落鴨油甚香。

陳皮焦糖燉蛋
最後,終於到甜品時間了,我們叫了陳皮焦糖燉蛋,想不到陳皮與焦糖燉蛋的配搭相當合適,味道很夾呢,一點都不覺得奇怪,焦糖燉蛋的焦糖面非常香脆,燉蛋充滿雲呢拿香,非常吸引,而且裏面有一條條的陳皮絲,感覺很實在。

總括來說,這間餐廳的食物質素非常高,而且服務態度很好,環境舒適,非常適合一家人或朋友相約在此享受美食,若你是烤鴨愛好者,一定不能錯過。

難得今日陽光明媚、我跟兩位友人決定離開市區到附近的赤柱走走~  除了有無敵海景外,我們還發現了這間隱藏在赤柱廣場的pinoduck,未看餐牌已經能先聞其名猜到這家餐廳主要是以鴨爲主菜。別看他的裝潢以爲是西餐廳,其實他們的菜色感覺比較想fushion菜,混合了不同元素頗有新意的~夏天當然要點一杯冰凍的cocktail來降降溫啦~這杯Fresh Grape Mojito ($90),酒精味道不會太重,而且提子味道甜甜的,非常好喝~而友人就試了這款Bitter Lemon Soda,不會很甜我非常喜歡喔~前菜先來一份新鮮煙鴨胸凱撒沙律($98),生菜非常新鮮爽口,而且crotons非常香脆,不過美中不足的是鴨胸分量有點少..説到最出名的鴨子菜色,當然不少得北京填鴨啦,這款北京填鴨荷葉包($68) 用上中式包夾上滿滿的填鴨餡料。包非常鬆軟,配上香香的鴨肉及新鮮青瓜,口感層次豐富,配上甜甜的醬汁非常不錯,而且分量絕不欺場~不要以爲這款是cake pop 哈哈~其實這是荔芋香酥鴨丸($88),外面炸得金黃香脆,而且賣相可愛。每顆丸子都有滿滿的芋頭跟鴨肉,沾一點點的沙律醬可以中和一下芋泥的油膩感,我

友人在苦惱要點什麽的時候看到這道香煎鵝肝伴花椒烤菠蘿($138),在傳統中國菜裏面鵝肝絕對是稀客,而這道菜結合了煎香的中式麵包,燒菠蘿及香煎鵝肝,鵝肝油膩度恰當好處,下面的麵包煎到非常外脆内軟,而且中間的燒菠蘿的酸味起了微妙的作用,令到整道菜非常豐富,好好味!

我最喜歡的絕對是這道陳年花雕鵝肝醬($128),每款多士烤至香脆但不會太硬,而鵝肝醬上有一層薄薄的花雕啫喱,這新穎的配搭出奇地夾,鵝肝醬味道濃郁但不會太膩,非常好味!值得一贊的是旁邊的脆炸羽衣甘藍,味道有點像紫菜,好好味~

要食得滋味,當然不少得原隻鴨腿啦~我們點了一份風味炸滷鴨腿佐玉米薯蓉($128),鴨腿肉質尚可,而且薯蓉分量頗多,特別之處在於加上了新鮮橙,加了一份酸酸甜甜的感覺。
