來到星期五,與同事們到大坑享用一餐美味的午飯,真是樂事,更開心的當然就是同事因為升職而請,更加有意義。這個生牛肉的肉味較淡,與蔬菜一起吃時吃不出有肉味,不夠突出。因為之前吃了生牛肉,起初還以為在上層的紅色東西也是牛肉,但吃下去就知道其實是蕃茄。三款食材(蕃茄、蟹肉及牛油果)都有自己的味道,明顯得來又不會搶了另一食物的味道。不錯。第一款意粉是聽起來較普通的蒜片意粉,而這裏做得不錯。意粉軟硬度中,蒜片脆得來又香,加上淡淡的橄欖油味,好吃。另一款意粉是帶子墨魚麵。起大的帶子讓人很驚喜,但墨魚麵則一般,沒有吃出很大的墨魚味。這一款四季芝士薄餅就真的是推介,尤其是喜歡吃芝士的人就一定不可以錯過。四款芝士的名字已不記得,但味道順時針由淡至濃,叫人可以嚐了四款芝士味道,真的很棒。最後這款巴馬火腿火箭菜薄餅更是無得輸。用上巴馬火腿已是很好的材料,而外型是這麼的澎湃自然叫人一見難望!

這間位於大坑的小店,食物味道不錯,雖以"pizza"為店名,但我更喜歡它的pasta。第一次在這店進食時正值大閘蟹季節,嚐了是日精選的大閘蟹意粉,真材實料,蟹味濃郁,是一大驚喜! 最近再次到訪,點了餐牌上有的蟹棒雲吞,味道不及大閘蟹意粉出色,但算有中上的水準。兩次都吃了Parma ham pizza,火腿下堆滿火箭菜,造型很有氣勢,薄餅的底也烤得香脆,但火腿的份量少了點。這裡的食物值得一試,不過,缺點是枱面太細,而且價錢頗貴。

Have been to this restaurant several times in the past.  It is a small restaurant that offer really good pizza and pasta.

This time we ordered the following dishes:

Mushrooms Salad - refreshing and tasty
Baked Oyster - well baked, the oyster was still juicy
Black Truffle Pizza - aromatic, crisp and tasty
Linguine with Dried Prawns - very good, the spicy tomato sauce with dried prawn was really rich in taste
Warm Orange Cake - okay but could not register much memory

We are happy to come back again for the consistent enjoyments of good taste.

其餘三片,又的確有愈吃愈濃,愈吃愈咸的感覺。我想,一來是芝士種類不同,層層遞進,愈來愈咸是正常的;;二來,Parma ham火腿愈吃得多,當然愈來愈口渴,顯得其後的更咸更濃香。

以Pizza作為店名嘅一部份,薄餅自不然喺店內最耍家嘅出品,而薄餅分咗一般常見嘅麵粉所做嘅餅底之外,仲有另一類叫全麥薄餅(whole wheat pizza),市面極少見,當然要試一試啦。對比起有成8款嘅普通薄餅,全麥薄餅亦只得兩款:Coppa醃豬肩頸肉及Porcini牛肝菌煙燻水牛芝士。選後者因為大家都喺愛菌之人,牛肝菌的確幾香,蕃茄醬及水牛芝士落料十足,又加有少少香草,又真喺幾好食

西班牙甜品Churros,都食過好幾次,一般都好似小型油炸鬼咁,幾吋長一條條,炸好再沾滿沙糖同肉桂粉,之後蘸朱古力醬食。但今次個Churros炸麵粉條甜品,就極之有驚喜。首先,都好鍾意店家所用嘅譯名「肉桂脆」,做成環形上下兩層,再加入栗子蓉,裝飾仲有栗子雪糕及紅桑莓,相賣立體唔單調

。幾款食物,整體而言,有好有唔好,拉平均計,可以講喺OK高少少。成日話啲「男人沙沙滾」即喺搞啲唔正經嘢,但嚟到PizzaZaZa,個牛肝菌全麥薄餅值得一試,記住佢個正名叫Porcini,「ZaZa菌」唔知會唔會成為佢個別稱!

The food was quite delicious. As a literal cheesy person, I had to order a four-cheese pizza. The pizza had a thin crust, which was really nice. I was expecting the four cheeses to be mixed together, but instead the pizza had 2 slices of each of the four cheeses, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was quite delicious. As a literal cheesy person, I had to order a four-cheese pizza. The pizza had a thin crust, which was really nice.

I was expecting the four cheeses to be mixed together, but instead the pizza had 2 slices of each of the four cheeses, which was a pleasant surprise. This made it easy to taste the unique flavour of the cheeses. My favourite was definitely mozarella.



The second item we ordered was the wagyu beef with mushroom risotto ($298). Sorry if I sound blunt here, but I really was disappointed in my first bite of the wagyu beef -- the taste reminded me of Chinese/Japanese braised beef in soy sauce.

I felt like I had suddenly travelled from Italy to Japan, and the beef had no meat flavour. The beef was very tender though -- it really melted in my mouth.

The mushroom risotto had a very nice fragrance of butter. Pairing it up with the wagyu beef, though, confused my taste buds. The dish was an awkward fusion that did not blend two contrasting flavours well.

Price-wise? The wagyu beef risotto was expensive, but PizzaZaza was pretty generous with the meat portions.

You can also order dessert, and depending on adding an extra $10 or $16, you could get a coffee or cappucino/latte respectively.

The environment could be brighter with a cooler tone. The greenish-yellow door and the same-coloured windows creates an atmosphere that reminds me of the humid hot stuffy weather just before a typhoon hits.

I think the colour scheme was intentional, but if different-coloured windows, such as red and blue, were used inside the restaurant to balance out the yellow colour of the door, a better environment would be created. I definitely did not want to linger for long inside the restaurant.

Overall, this place is OK. The food, though special, did not leave a strong impression on me that would make me come back for more, or recommend to my friends.

今天和一個朋友相約在這間餐廳聚會聚會,星期一晚上,人不多,座位舒適!我們叫了兩個starter,分別是Beef tartar和USA Clam in white wine sauce然後再來是wild mushroom soup with truffle cream最後當然要試下這裡最出名的pizza,我們選了女皇薄餅,很脆,芝士味出,好味!而這裡的waitress服務也很到位,非常有禮,一定會再來,今餐係非常滿足的一餐!

香煎智利鱸魚柳配羅勒麵包及海鮮湯: 相較剛才的主,其實我更喜歡這個魚的主菜,有意大利香草,甘筍絲,意大利青瓜,碟內還有海鮮湯錦上添花。最心動的是雪白的魚肉上那層看上去有立體感的脆脆,脆軟交融的質感很理想。

熱情果白朱古力慕絲: 杯中的是白朱古力慕絲,鋪上一層熱情果啫喱,還放上粉紅色的心形裝飾,這個是分外有情人節感覺的呢,這是個酸度稍高的甜點。放於一旁的是杏仁蛋糕,雖說是 杏仁蛋糕,但就是沒有我不喜歡的那股杏霜味道,跟旁邊走清新路線的杏仁蛋糕是兩種不一樣的感覺呢。

惠顧情人節套餐還可獲得馬卡龍,據知是供應有限的。可以吃美食,而且還有小禮物作紀念,真是難得。
價位是$999+10% /2位,平均500塊左右,以情人節晚餐而言,而且以食物有質素的考量,實在是真的非常化算。假如要推薦情人節套餐的話,這兒也會是我的心水之選。
