Today is my last chance to visit this restaurant. I was told by my friend that the restaurant is going to close down, which is really sad.It's a pity to hear this news because the chef has a passion for Thai food and aims high to earn a Michelin star in Hong Kong. I hope he will have a great journey after he returns to Thailand.I like their seafood dish the most and I wish I could have time to try his food again!

浓郁虾汤与泰椒、柠檬叶、香茅,泰国香菜在盘中融合滋味,令香料新鲜的香气充分释放在汤汁中,再多添一份鱿鱼面,清香与鲜美便在盘中相互纠结。plaa做的是新派的泰式洋食,不仅调味烹饪里融合了两种风格,而在原本的料理基础上也扎实稳健。一款布里欧修,同诸多西餐厅相比亦不逊色,面包里融入了鱼露的鲜醇,再配上泰椒黄油,能佐出主食的丰腴。

热火朝天的海鲜与假作冰冷的甜美冰霜,在此间变成春日里的肆无忌惮,也变成了缓解开学前焦虑的、能够聊以慰藉的短小假日。想起从前常去泰国时,有朋友问我喜欢吃泰国的什么料理时,有段时间的回复便如此这般,不管是街边的烟火小食,亦或是高楼食肆里的精致佳肴,我都中意,而Plaa便是这二者的结合。

the threadfin was nicely cooked with super crispy skin😋 the brioche tasted super buttery but a bit too oily and flaky for me🤔the lobster fried rice was defo the highlight of the menu! Tasted like paella and some fried onion was added to give extra crunchiness👍🏻 dessert was just normal but the extra thai mousse cake served for celebration was quite nice🤣

以另一款夏天嘅生果做嘅甜品;龍眼製成嘅蛋糕,淋上威士忌焦糖醬,帶點新鮮龍眼
