辛苦一天,最期待同老婆撐下檯腳。打邊爐係我地兩口子最愛的活動,雞煲更加係最愛中的最愛。我地口味相近,食雞煲一定要點選乾鍋。店內的選擇好多,但我地當然點招牌奇味雞煲啦!雞煲份量頗多,有好多雞肉。炒到香口後,雞肉吸收盡汁底精華,又香又麻又辣,令人停唔到口。其實火鍋生料,整體質素也不錯,選擇多而齊。海鮮價錢相宜,亦有一定水準。牛肉份量夠,配雞煲的汁底很美味。肉丸是手打的,相信是自家制,味道不錯,口感佳,很彈牙。整體而言,食物是不錯的,價錢親民,值得一去。

呢間舖雖然位於太子內街,不過只要响太子港鐵站C2出口行不足5分鐘,一定到。門口大大隻字寫住寶寶雞煲,入到去侍應極好招呼,又介紹點先係最抵食。先來一個雞煲,不但唔老,而且極之入味,辣辣地好醒胃,食哂已經飽咗一半。之後侍應落你之前選擇湯底為打邉爐作準備,我揀了醉雞湯底,一落湯已經飄住藥材香,正!火煱配料不得不試本地手切新鮮牛肉,牛肉味好香,又冇渣,果然一試難忘,半份$108相當大碟。其他配料都自不俗。另外炸魚皮夠脆。打邊爐就唔少得叫啤酒飲,我叫咗杯HOEGAARDEN,大大杯。整體食物質素唔錯,性價比高,侍應老闆又親切,係朋友「圍威喂」好地方。

聖誕節前補祝八月生日既朋友食飯,因為朋友8月身體有D問題,生日飯一改就改到12月,好在見佢好返好多,佢話好耐無食過雞煲,所以同佢一齊去左太子寶寶雞煲食雞煲,呢間寶寶雞煲我之前食過一次係唔錯,而且又唔貴,可以人少少2個人食都得除左雞煲可以自選打邊爐配料先黎左一個雞煲先,雖然我地得2個人,但D雞都唔少,我地點左個走地雞煲,雞肉會比較有彈性,肉質較嫩滑,雞皮都好爽彈,好有質素有我至鐘意飲既咸柑桔7喜,好大杯,夠我地2個人飲一杯點少得打邊爐首選靚牛肉,切功很好,紋路很清晰,脂肪少又平均牛肉味好重墨魚滑釀油炸鬼,墨魚滑大大舊,油炸鬼好脆,必食~~~~

入冬吃雞煲應該沒人有異議這天來到在太子的寶寶雞煲這裡有新鮮雞和冰鮮雞的選擇新鮮雞的雞味比較突出而冰鮮雞的價格比較便宜所以看自己選擇我們這一次選擇的是新鮮雞寶寶奇味雞煲一打開蓋已經覺得那香味超級吸引而新鮮雞也沒有令到我們失望肉質的彈性很好而且雞的鮮味是真的濃郁醬汁也做得嘢味最後還吃到一半才記得拍照當吃完雞煲後在鍋中的精華當然不會浪費在鍋中加入湯底再吃火鍋🐮牛肉拼盤內有M9和牛、鮮牛肉、肥牛粒牛肉的質素不差沒有雪藏味而且油花分佈得不錯🐷豬仔大腸口感比較韌但是一直咬會愈來愈香嫩鴨血鴨血一來到就要放到鍋中一直煮的過程中鴨血吸收的味道會愈來愈濃最後出來又嫩滑又好吃糖心皮蛋酸薑糖心皮蛋加上酸薑那複雜的味道真的只有吃過才會知道皮蛋的流心程度也很好而且沒有泥味加點砂糖更好吃牛丸這裡的牛丸不得不說那個綿密彈牙的口感十分不錯牛肉味也有這裡的飲品是特大杯的不用怕一直點一直點飲品

之前同朋友係太子食飯想食雞煲,就決定試一試呢間寶寶雞煲,唔洗等位就有得入我地就叫左個半隻寶寶奇味雞煲因為怕辣所以嗌左微辣味道方面真係好惹味雞煲份量十足都有好多舊,絕對夠兩個人食微辣就幾乎係完全唔辣而火鍋方面,我地就叫左半份本地新鮮牛肉🐮黑豚肉🐷,一份韭菜餃🥟,一份水餃,🥟🥟同埋一份炸響鈴首先碟牛肉真係好新鮮絕對唔係平時食嘅果啲雪藏牛肉而係好有牛味🥩🐂質感都相當唔錯,值得一試黑豚肉亦都好新鮮點一點個秘製醬油會更好食而兩種餃都好好食,味道一流另外嗌咗王老吉同洛神花茶鮮甜嘅味道啱晒打邊爐好解渴
