相信係元朗人都會識得呢間餅店, 佢哋由1972年開業至今足足52年, 差唔多半個世紀, 時代嘅轉變佢哋依然毅立不到好犀利而家曲奇餅懷舊款嘅蛋撻已經買少見少,我真係好鍾意佢哋嘅蛋撻除咗熱辣辣之外蛋味香甜度適中, 每次食親都會有兒時回憶👧🏻呢間就係充滿人情味嘅小店❤️❤️❤️ continue reading

尋日禮拜六去咗元朗做義工,做完有啲肚餓,經過呢間餅店醒起早幾日係社交平台見到有人推介過佢既蛋撻同朱古力曲奇,一於買黎試下😀我買咗一個蛋撻,一個椰撻同兩件朱古力曲奇~我買嗰陣咁啱個店員捧咗半盤蛋撻出嚟refill,所以我食果陣仲係微暖😊蛋撻係牛油皮,外觀好圓面頭好平滑,非常靚仔!😍撻皮勁香牛油味,非常鬆化😋蛋味濃郁,唔會太甜,啲餡完全貼服喺個撻皮上唔會散開👍 好好食!🤤椰撻我就覺得裏面有啲乾同唔香椰味,塊皮唔夠酥,麻麻地🙈我一路望都望唔到朱古力曲奇😅問店員有冇,佢話“有呀!喺雪櫃” 😂通常麵包店啲曲奇都係斷磅計,原來呢度係一塊塊咁賣😯 $6.5一塊,一開始覺得有啲貴,但拎上手都幾重,望真啲原來一塊有兩層👍 咁成件事就合理左😆兩片曲奇裏面夾住少少朱古力 (其實我唔係好食得出😂) 曲奇口感超鬆化,牛油味香濃😍 加埋沾左啲幼滑朱古力醬,提升左成個層次同味道,令人難以抗拒🤣整體嚟講我估呢間嘅曲奇類產品係招牌菜,牛油皮蛋撻同曲奇都好值得試!👏👏 continue reading

今日去搵元朗朋友食飯, 當然睇下有咩好野食, 元朗實在系食好野既好地方, 由平民到小小高檔既都有, 任君選擇.今日睇食評見到呢間寶成餅店,發現有幾個食評都話系元朗最好味既蛋撻, 連朋友住左元朗一段時都唔知道, 我以前會去專登去中環買蛋撻食,所以 當然要試一試.$5個, 正常價, 一啖咬落去, 曲奇皮好鬆化無蘇味, 焗既時間岩岩好, 無太燶或唔夠熟, 我諗中意食蛋撻既人都食過未夠熟既蛋撻皮, 唔系唔食得落口, 不過好明顯會唔夠脆同鬆化仲要痴牙, 呢間個牛油皮真系正. 跟住到D蛋漿, 不太甜, 不太淡, 不太希, 不太杰, 仲要熱辣 辣真系好鬼正, 不過利申我系買完即刻食, 搵左個街口就食, 系好食. 我見個椰撻同其他包都好似幾好味, 留待下次再戰寶城 continue reading

一间破旧的小店,卫生环境很一般,看了网上推荐特意去打卡,满怀希望地买了菠萝包和蛋挞,尝试之后觉得味道一般般啊!没想象中的好!香港随便找一家都有这个水准吧,另外店员阿姨做事也很不地道,买6个蛋挞和3个菠萝包,听见我说普通话,乘我不注意还拿旁边柜子里的2个蛋挞混在里面给我(估计是时间比较长或者隔夜的吧)对这家店的印象极差,砸自家招牌,丢老字号的脸,根本不值得大家坐车大老远去打卡,失望至极!不推荐不推荐 continue reading

元朗人經典美食推介: 蛋撻寶城的蛋撻是元朗知名的。 以前的寶城是開在人流最旺的千色廣場對面, 我小學的時候就看到人來人往的十字路口, 店員收錢收個不停。可是租金上漲, 寶城搬往了教育路那邊。 今天特地走過去買蛋撻,人流真的跟以前沒得比呢!蛋撻來說,我最喜歡的就是曲奇餅皮—喜歡脆脆的、香香的牛油味道。買回來還是熱熱的!他家的蛋撻就是咬下香口的那種,加上微甜的蛋漿, 比新開的那家蛋撻專門店‘蛋撻王’ 好吃大家來元朗找小食, 不妨品嚐一下元朗這家老字號吧 發現很多大品牌都打廣告,但唯獨是道地的懷舊味道是其他地方食不到的!價錢: $5一個 / 半打$28* 從前吃蛋撻2-3 一個,隨著租金上升,現全香港都找不到$4以下的了 continue reading
