今夫第一次出post! 想介紹大角咀嘅「金柚」泰國食店。啲野好好味。又唔貴,我覺得好味過九龍城嗰啲。不過舖頭好細,好少人手,上次book枱後都等左30分鐘。我推介1)燒牛舌,好林好入味2)蠔仔炒蛋,用鐵板上的,送飯一流(不過蠔仔煎蛋好難食,不要試3)炸軟殼蟹配麵包。賣相一流,多士同啲咖哩汁好夾。4)生蝦。好有心機裝飾(見圖,如情侶去會整心型),睇見都開心。泰汁亦好味。

餐廳位置不是在火紅的埃華街,而是較隱蔽的樂群街,

眼見餐牌的生蝦刺身被貼紙掩蓋了,
但早肥先生在點餐時,還是多口問了一句,原來當天還有供應呢(笑)
伴著生蝦的冰,堆砌了兩個小雪人,
雖然不美,但可愛滿分!
總數10隻的生蝦刺身(68個大洋)隻隻都爽口彈牙,
配合自家製辣汁,提升蝦的鮮味,
必點!

再嚐另一前菜金柚沙律(45個大洋)
外面吃到的,大多是幾顆金柚再加大量花生!
這里卻下手大方,金柚份量夠多、夠爽甜而絕不苦澀,酸酸辣辣開胃非常!
建議吃得辣的朋友,不妨要求加辣,
相信會吃得更過癮!

KsMeow再嚐嚐這里的椰汁雞湯(45個大洋/小)
自年初二那晚,
跟早肥先生在半山的Koh Thai嚐過椰汁雞湯後,一直念念不忘!

每次到其他地方吃泰菜,
都想重遇那種半漿狀濃湯質地,可惜還是遇不到!
但今次沒有敗興而歸,因這里椰香味濃烈,雞肉嫩滑,香茅味足,
如店方加進少量椰肉,增強嚼勁會更好!



吃泰菜又怎少得燒物呢?
這里的燒魷魚(58個大洋)沒有太多調味,原汁原味更深得我心,
廚師把其燒約七八成熟,沒有多餘水份,口感軟腍,
連魷魚鬚部份亦不例外,驚喜之作!

最後出場的泰式乾咖喱軟殼蟹(88個大洋)炸得酥香,
炸衣上得厚薄適中,放在烤得香脆多士上,
雙重鬆脆感覺,確是一流!
邊吃多士,再邊沾上香甜乾咖喱汁,口感豐富!

雖然餐廳地方超小,開放式廚房亦吃得一身油煙,但食物的CP值非常高!
KsMeow吃得撐著肚子離開,每人才花150個大洋!

But it was off the menu, so I had the 海南雞飯.The set came with soup and drink, I had lungan ice.The soup wak OK, nothing special, but the chicken rice that followed was. I went for lunch wanting to try khoon chen na praa, 蝦刺身. But it was off the menu, so I had the 海南雞飯.

The set came with soup and drink, I had lungan ice.

The soup wak OK, nothing special, but the chicken rice that followed was. Large moist, tasty pieces of chicken leg off the bone atop oiled rice.

I usually eat all the chicken first with the tamarind sauce. And I did. Then I add all the sauces into the rice and eat that. The lady, having seen me do this and seeing that I could do with more sauce, brought some in a bowl. Wow, attentive.

The dish was rather large, but I eventually managed to finish it without blowing a gasket. And then the lady brought over a bowl of sago糖水, I think for entertaining her with my eating. But that was nice and I managed that too.

Having a brief chat with them while recovering, I'm glad they moved from Kowloon City. I'm glad they are hidden away in Tai Kok Tsui. And I want raw prawn salad back on the menu.

Excellent. Friendly, attentive and very tasty.

柚子沙津唔太酸,水份充足,柚子亦多, 配花生碎,生菜及泰式醬汁,開胃惹味, good!椰汁雞湯反而比較酸,湯也離不開傳統泰式香料,還有少許橙色既辣油浮面, 幸好酸多於辣, 而且湯內雞件嫩滑,都可以.海南雞上卓了, 半隻都太多了,雞皮鮮黃有光澤, 雞味非常突出,人說[雞有雞味]就該如此吧,而且脂肪唔多,讚!最後係乾煎咖哩蝦, 個汁好濃,油一點, 蝦好貼心地已去蝦殼,不用食客弄污雙手. 蝦只用中蝦,但鮮味夠, 未有被濃汁搶去蝦味,應該用新鮮蝦造這菜的,感動!

最後老闆送既甜品(南瓜大菜糕) 早知就唔叫芒果糯米啦....呵!! 呢餐飽到又滿足到呢.....
呢餐飯食左咁多野都係 $3xx 蚊埋單, 真係抵到爆, 平時去九龍城食一定食唔到咁好味又咁平既價錢呀...一個字講晒, 我一定會再來幫襯 ^^

Other Info. : 我好鐘意食泰國菜, 不過食開九龍城果D都士家覺得越來越唔好食 今次搵到呢間好野, 點都要同大家分享下
