上次去食已經係2020年1月,一年有多我都可以仲未出食評🙈,今次唔理啦,一次過出晒先😛。-今次食左:🌖手搖秘製醬汁海鮮拼盤 (二人套餐) $638套餐包括餐湯、煙三文魚意大利黑醋沙律、海鮮拼盤、甜品及飲品。海鮮拼盤包括一隻龍蝦🦞、兩隻鮑魚、青口、蜆、大蝦🦐、八爪魚🐙,鋪底仲有薯仔🥔同埋粟米🌽。全部都新鮮彈牙,唯一係㑼龍蝦鉗太勁海水味(即係太鹹😂)。以為海鮮唔飽肚?其實個底仲有粟米同薯仔,兩個人食完全夠飽。跟餐沙律最意想不到係個藍莓芝士蛋糕,質感好軟滑但係又有芝士味。🌗特色國腸拼盤小食+兩款啤酒 $108包三款不同德國香腸同大量薯條。🌖西班牙烤乳豬 ¼隻 $238;半隻$428(上次食)外皮脆脆得黎又有少少煙韌(但當然唔係中式嗰隻咁香脆),食到豬皮嘅膠質但又唔會油膩,肉嘅分量都算多。乳豬以外仲配有沙律同薯條。上次仲食左以下幾款,記憶唔深刻,應該係味道正常😛🌗蒜蓉香草焗青口 $98(8件)🌗焦糖蘋果合桃黑醋沙律 $96🌗D3 香煎鵝肝牛肝菌扁意粉 套餐價$228🌗D8 炭燒美國安格斯肉眼牛扒(10安士)套餐價$318 continue reading

其實之前也到訪過Pom's Kitchen & Deli,無論食物質素或整體感覺都在水準之上。最近收到餐廳的告別通知,所以在餐廳正式結業之前再來一次聚餐,作為一點點支持,期待餐廳他日東山再起!【Handshake Seafood Platter】拼盤裡面一共有6款海鮮,包括波士頓龍蝦、鮑魚、青口、大蜆、大蝦、八爪魚,每一款都滿滿的沾上番茄辣汁,同時又不失海鮮原來的鮮味之餘。而配菜的烤薯仔和粟米更加吸收了醬汁和海鮮的精華,既開胃又惹味~【香煎法式鵝肝多士】法式多士本身已經以蒜蓉牛油調味,烤得香脆;而上面放上一大片煎香的鵝肝,鵝肝的油脂慢慢滲入多士裡面,油香縈繞於口中,非常滋味。【芝士蟹肉焗大啡菇】大啡菇上鋪上一層層蟹肉,單憑賣相已經看得出真材實料,絕不欺場~ continue reading

當你睇到我呢篇食評嘅時候,「Pom's Kitchen & Deli」好大機會已經結業🙈。當上星期我同朋友知道呢個消息後,大感愕然😟,於是即刻訂枱幫襯多次。我之前喺度食過午餐,覺得質素相當之唔錯,但睇餐牌就發現晚市消費較高。不過可能係最後一次,所以就無所謂啦😉。晚市套餐有十款選擇,價錢由$198至$328不等。餐廳人氣高企,晚上八點鐘全場滿座,好彩我哋上網訂咗枱先有位。店員們超級忙,但全晚仍能保持禮貌,態度專業,抵讚👍。炭燒美國安格斯肉眼牛扒(10安士)($318),牛魔王嘅我一定唔會錯過食牛扒嘅機會🥩。牛扒幾大塊,但較為薄身。我要咗七成熟,廚師將火候控制得好好,冇過熟或過生,牛扒肉嫩多汁,牛味亦算濃郁。同時,我仲好欣賞牛扒真係有份炭燒嘅香氣🔥。墊喺牛扒底嘅新薯亦煎得好香口,個人認為薯仔比起薯條或薯蓉更適合作為配菜🥔。牛油白酒煎焗挪威比目魚扒($308),🐟比目魚扒比想像中大件厚身,雖然有骨,但啲骨大大條,好易起。比目魚魚肉超級嫩滑,魚脂豐富,魚皮就好香。醬汁亦係菜式嘅精華,本身以為只係得牛油白酒,點知原來仲用上茄蓉🍅,令味道更有層次。魚扒嘅伴菜亦係採用新薯。話明係晚市套餐,當然唔止得主菜,首先係法式蒜蓉包🥖,脆脆的,幾惹味。是日餐湯係蘑菇忌廉湯🍄,味道一般,因為略嫌口味偏淡。精選甜品係紐約芝士蛋糕🍰,雖然只係細細件,但都食得出好好味,芝士味濃,蛋糕質感軟硬適中。因為好食,所以覺得有啲唔夠喉。飲品方面,我哋要咗🍋凍檸茶(+$3)同🍎蘋果汁(+$6)。題外話,店員好細心會留意我哋幾時食完主菜,再主動問我哋飲乜。總括嚟講,今餐晚餐係開心嘅😁,食物出品係幾OK。雖然餐廳環境有少少嘈,但氣氛熱鬧,令人放鬆。Pom’s係一間值得支持嘅西餐廳,佢亦好支持香港人💛,希望遲啲有緣再會👋! continue reading

和朋友慶生辰,叫了一份牛扒和二人海鮮盤,牛扒煎得好香好林,值得推介。而二人海鮮盤若當主菜食的話,二人應該不夠飽,而且個汁比較濃,食唔出海鮮鮮味,但若用黎點墊碟的粟米就覺得好好食。整體計,食物係ok的,但不推介海鮮併盤。 continue reading

新年拜年飯局,朋友選擇佐敦的西餐廳,地點有點難揾,地鐵站出咗,仲要行一段路,餐廳裝修都幾靚,新式西餐,chill下最啱。睇餐牌-樣樣都有啲,但選擇唔太多。海鮮拼盤 - 兩至三人份量 ,賣相吸引,仲有鮑魚,好少西餐海鮮有鮑魚,但份量唔係好多,每人試少少,醬汁都幾好味,少少辣。Pizza - 分量唔太大,即叫即焗,好好食。薯蓉焗大啡菇 - 好好味,而且好大隻,必食👍🏻蒜蓉焗青口 - 賣相吸引,雖然係焗,但係青口一啲都唔乾,好食,份量都算多。龍蝦扁意粉 - 味道濃郁,看似份量少,但係一啲都唔少。呢一度每款食物都細細碟,適合兩至三人,可以叫多啲。整體都幾好嘅,員工服務態度好,坐得舒服,食物質素高,樣樣都好食,值得再嚟👍🏻 continue reading
