上星期試左呢間話拍得住添好運點心嘅食肆,試後覺得非常一般,去過一次唔會有下次。 首先入到去環境狹窄, 唔夠冷氣,食到出汗。 不過啲嘢食嚟得頗快。雞扎$26, 好細隻 ,個魚肚又幼又薄, 第一次食啲咁嘅雞扎。 鳳爪個顏色一般,味道ok,但係辣到食唔到。 蝦餃超細粒,$14一粒,啲蝦又唔爽。 腐皮卷薄到冇人有, 每條得一粒蝦, 細到好似一毫子, 一開二,得一邊有蝦食。 牛肉拿粉味重,一啲都唔軟熟。 蝦膠釀茄子,賣相好靚, 上面粒蝦膠細不特止, 煎到又乾又硬, 仲話係推介,簡直中伏。 仲有一款叫「不是炸兩」, 係腸粉包住啲唔知咩炸嘢 , 裏面夠炸嘢油林林又有啲苦。反而個燒賣幾好食。最後想講, 店內 24個座位坐滿,全程得一個侍應, 落單出菜執枱埋單,一腳踢。之後各枱都出左餐,差唔多食完,有一位貌似老闆嘅男人從廚房出嚟, 撳一撳個收銀機望望, 跟住又入返去喇, 真係鄧呢位侍應辛苦,而家d 老闆真刻薄。

突然好想食點心,openrice見到呢間野都幾出名,所以專程過黎試下。呢到既餐牌好新奇有趣,好多野食睇完個名都唔知係咩,所以我地望住旁邊個大拇指落單。先講下呢個全場最貴既原隻鮑魚燒賣,雖然$28得兩粒,不過貨真價實,面頭的確有隻小鮑魚,味道都唔錯,幾新鮮。然後叫左籠蝦餃, 紅油抄手,蘿白糕,味道都還可以,無咩特別。甜品叫左個香芒沙律盞,呢個真係食到摸不著頭腦,因為食黎食去都食唔到芒果,只有大量既蘋果粒。流沙奶黃包正,熱辣辣既包中間蛋漿湧流。雪山叉燒包都幾得意,面頭係菠蘿包既皮,裡面係叉燒包既餡。香滑反斗糕個名好有gimmick,味道有D似馬拉糕。不是炸兩幾有驚喜,大家都估左好耐到底裡面有無炸兩,原來係腸粉皮包住一D菜同肉。最後叫左海皇芝士千絲卷,唔係好食得出有芝士味,好似食左一舊炸粉咁,麻麻地。整體黎講,呢間野味道都OK,不過要小心嗌,最好叫番D多人推介既點心,以免中伏🤣

近來點心太子聲勢頗盛,收集了二百多個「哈哈笑」,擴張至三間,大有成為點心專門店之皇的野心,威脅「添好運」培哥的點心王朝。我這個培哥決定微服私訪,初步分析是太子之名是形容太子港鐵站這飲食地圖版塊,它顛覆的對象是此店的「一點心」長龍店。長龍店未能吸納的人流匯集到此店,令此店站穩陣腳。「籠」寓意廣東點心,亦可解中式茶茗。我來最新的長沙灣分店,一嚐其出品,解開籠太子之謎。新店對比其他分店,十分簡陋,位置偏遠,在新入伙的蘇屋村旁,明顯是吸納這群新街坊,亦可見其選址有精心策略。餐單餐單有39款食品,比其他分店略減。與「一點心」則相若,多於「添好運」。其特色是有新派點心,對比上述兩名店,有其賣點。特色食品1「皮蛋牛肉腸」是此店有👍標誌食品。配搭有新意,份量甚多,此兩項正是力壓對手的雙拳。入口則覺分數不高,腸不滑,皮不薄,皮蛋味不濃,似有還無,起不到化學反應。特色食品2:「不是炸兩」是春風得意式腸粉,以脆米為餡。兩款同吃,成為真正的春風得意腸,更具特色,有牛肉之香,有炸米之脆。特色食品3真正第二款有新意的是「煎蝦膠釀茄子」,有👍標誌,份量甚多,汁液澎湃。釀上蝦膠俾人「抵食」感覺,質素接近不合格水平。十

真正第二款有新意的是「煎蝦膠釀茄子」,有👍標誌,份量甚多,汁液澎湃。釀上蝦膠俾人「抵食」感覺,質素接近不合格水平。

十分油膩,茄子亦太稔,街檔煎三寶的水平更高。

懷舊食品

新派食品佔的比例不多,是為了兼顧傳統點心客。「古法」兩字吸引了我,「古法糯米雞」份量亦是大型,卻令到四周的糯米只是「一舊飯」,無汁液和無豬肉餡兒。

雞塊亦嚡得很。


對比培哥那間,駐店師傅即日鮮製,品質把關,此店只是街檔點心的水平而已。

致勝秘訣應在價格有競爭力。同區培哥的糯米雞賣28元,眼前這件只是24元。上述牛腸賣22元,培哥和一記則賣1元,份量大減。

還有一大賣點,是拓展了宵夜市場。此店經營至02:00。

之前去過太子總店食過一次籠太子覺得抵食又好味今日行過見到原來長沙灣開左新分店,咁岩有啲肚餓就入去幫襯下!!! 可能喺新店嘅關係款式冇總店咁多,不過特色嘅食物招牌菜當然無缺小原隻鮑魚燒賣 $28雖然賣相差小小,不過好味最緊要大大粒燒賣再配鮑魚仔,爽口彈牙藥膳雞腳雞腳都幾入味,藥膳味唔算太濃,$20非常抵食紅油抄手 $23粒粒都好大粒帶小小辣味,唔會太辣/太咸,調味啱啱好,咬落又夠彈牙翡翠帶子腸 $24外皮唔算薄,不過夠滑,裏面包住一小片帶子&翠玉瓜

黑椒金錢肚金錢肚夠爽口易咬,而且好入味,黑椒味最岩就係配金錢肚!!名醬蒸鳳爪藥膳雞腳呢個有少少台灣味道既感覺,湯入面有雞腳同豬肉可以食埋一份,味道較濃既藥膳味,可能因為無味精,帶點少苦但係完全係接受到既。黃沙潤腸幾好味,黃沙潤份量多,腸粉都幾彈牙。腸粉皮勝在夠滑。原隻鮑魚燒賣咁富貴既食法都係第一次係燒賣上面加左鮑魚,更顯高貴。皮蛋牛肉腸腸粉皮夠薄,牛肉味不錯,皮旦加碎牛肉都係第一次食,值得一讚,口感豐富之餘唔會太奇怪

還點了蝦腸,新派display吃的方便了,但trade off就是一碟得五六件(苦笑)不過這裡的腸粉不錯的,起碼保證每一件都有一隻蝦,沒偷功減料,而且腸粉很滑。就是因為好吃,所以未拍照就已經被我們消滅了。最後以桂花椰汁糕作結,一層一層的考功夫,桂花味清幽,椰汁糕清甜。一碟就好像吃了兩款甜品一樣,CP值高(笑)籠太子的點心的確很不錯,水準中上,唯獨餐廳位置有點偏遠,好處就是比較少人大排長龍,不過餐廳頂多10多個位置,所以要吃的話有機會還是要排排隊。

同同事好想試試籠太子呢間點心店因為之前朋友在Facebook 都説好。所以就諗住試下況且我地都幾鍾意飲下茶,食下點心這天剛好在附近開會有個下午茶空檔,我同同事兩個便來到飲下午茶...本人喜愛食蝦餃,幾乎每次去都食!這蝦餃是傳統的大小...剛好一口一隻。蝦餃皮晶瑩透薄。蝦餃的饀料以蝦為主,口感爽口彈牙。然而蝦味淡淡然的。鮑魚燒賣。完隻鮑魚仔賣相很得意。一口一隻鮑魚,咬落有嚼勁燒賣的肉饀包得滿滿的食下比蝦餃更為鮮美。既有鮮蝦的鮮味,也有肉香和口感,味道唔錯喎。咸水角好味,但一定要襯熱食。外面甜甜地又有小小脆口。入面饀料份量剛剛好,食得好滿足另外我地叫左個鳳爪排骨飯。鳳爪有一隻開二。也很入味。排骨半肥瘦,味道一般般。飯有點硬。應該要再蒸多一會。總結食物的味道是不錯的還有其他有趣的點心未試有機會再來...

今日去完明愛醫院探朋友, 之後於附近點一籠點心專門店食晚餐, 我點了原隻鮑魚燒賣, 不是炸兩和家鄉咸水角。入到去見到空虛, 寂寞和凍的燈飾, 感覺好有喜感,原隻鮑魚燒賣食落鮑魚彈牙, 肉質鮮味, 食落口感十足;不是炸兩不要被名字嚇親,其實就是炸兩, 皮薄香滑, 內裡的油條炸得金黃香脆, 配上醬汁食落惹味, 整份炸兩食落爽口美味;最後家鄉咸水角炸得金黃香脆, 皮薄餡靚, 肉碎味道適中, 蔥花美味, 花生香脆, 食落口感大滿足。點心店食物美味, 由於是即叫即蒸, 所以食落熱辣辣, 口感美味, 而且座位舒適, 價錢合理, 食點心好去處。

My favourite item was the congee that night as it was made with dried fish and peanuts.
You can find this congee everywhere but this one was my favourite because the dried fish was much chunkier compared to finely grounded pieces at other places.
